Wifi just never work and no follow actions from staff regardless you report it many times The reception just don't want to pick up your call Not easy to see a friendly face I arrived with no luggage help, had to carry it by myself and went in asking for help. I am surprised anyone left a good review It is a very poorly managed hotel, you can have incidents but how they manage it make you feel worse
