I called for room service ask if I can add topper for the bed, and receive no reply for 45 min. I give up waiting and went out; before I leave the lobby, I asked again at check-in counter; and what I received in reply is a NO; just a NO. I wish they can present this in a slightly better manner. Service in restaurant is very good, but temporary manu make me feel a little bad, typo, unclear message.

Pros: It locates at the shopping hot spot, Causeway Bay. Only 5 minutes to MTR station. Big bathtub and cheap price. Cons: Old hotel. 90s styled hotel. Old room decoration and amenities. The curtain has dirty spots on it and the sofa bed is broken.

A very nice good value hotel. We stayed in the lounge on 31 floor. The manager was very nice. The breakfast front of house was also good. Check in staff were rude abrupt and totally disrespectful. Was told to wait while she shuffled some papers around no sorry or hello or how are you. No help offend with bags. Room had great view and nice coffee machine. Very clean

Big room with the big bathtub was the most impressive thing. A deluxe room was well prepared by reception staff Nigel who was friendly and polite. View in the room was nice. Supermarket and convenience store were nearby.
