Do not book this property without a cancellation option. My husband and I booked this property as we had a layover in Hong Kong. Our flight carrier rescheduled our flight which was out of our control 6 month prior to our departure. As we no longer needed this reservation we asked Agoda if they would reimburse our payment. Agoda agreed they would only if this hotel would except the reason for cancellation. This Hotel declined the cancellation even though it was out of our control of the airline changing its flight schedule. This shows very poor customer service and greediness from this property, obviously making a profit is far more important than their guests. And for all the other hotels we had to cancel there seemed to be no issues. Shameful.

We always stayed at Regal Airport Hotel (RAH) whenever we transit through Hong Kong. We stayed there last September when it was a quarantine hotel. I always pay extra for a room with runway view. But at that time, we were allocated a room facing the sea. We didn't complain at that time as it was too much trouble to change room at a quarantine hotel. Anyway, there weren't too much air traffic at that time. I raised this issue during my review. The manager promised to look after me with my next visit in his reply. We were given a high floor room with a good view of the runway and the terminal during our stay early this month. When I made my booking directly with the hotel website, there is a small message on the bottom RHS that complimentary breakfast offer with direct booking. However, when I double checked this offer at check-in time, I was told this was a different offer and did not apply to my booking. Anyway, after checking with the manage on duty, our family of 4 were offered free breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. I also appreciate that we were allowed to check in early before 7am. Our flight arrived before 5am. We had to leave our luggage with the concierge before we could go to Hong Kong Island. Overall, the facilities of the hotel started to show its age. However, the staff are friendly and professional. We plan to stay there again when we pass through Hong Kong this May …

Wonderful customer service throughout my stay. Location ideal with just a 5 minute indoor walk to the airport. Value was also very good. Many amenities at this massive complex including multiple dining and socializing options. Unfortunately my room, on the executive floor, was in dire need of a refresh. I expect a walk in shower (not a tub) in a room on the highest executive level. I also expect USB Ports (or at least plugs) near the nightstands. Neither was the case. My package included free unlimited access to the minibar, however, the minibar contained just 2 each of 3 soft drinks and 2 cans of beer. No liquor and no snacks. The executive lounge had a coffee maker…but it was out of order. And the only snacks were a very small assortment of chips and candies. At 7:00 pm, dinner time, the lounge was not staffed and there were no food offerings. …

This is our second time staying at Regal Airport Hotel. The first one was few years back while we’re on vacation for a couple of days in Hong Kong. This time it was a layover for our continued flight to US the next day. Our stay was pleasant and our room is very clean and complete with amenities. The front desk staff, Neil, was so nice to us and gave us a room with a view. Although the hotel had some renovations at present I still prefer Regal Airport Hotel because it’s within the HK International Airport Airport and 2 minutes walk to our room. The departure is on the same building (7th Floor) so no problem to commute anymore. Lots of restaurants within the hotel but didn’t avail them as there were lots of restaurants within the airport. Overall I will stay at Regal Airport Hotel in the future.…

We have stayed here a number of times and found the Executive Club Lounge well worth it, but this trip we were very disappointed, a choice of chicken wings and spring rolls, fries and house red or white, served downstairs, very shabby and certainly not worth the extra $. Breakfast was good but the Happy Hour was terrible, never again

Strong smoke smell in the room including the bed and pillows and this made me couldn't sleep well for the entire night. The cleanliness is poor as stains are visible on the furniture in the hotel room and thick dust on the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan can be seen too. There are cracks on the wardrobe as well. Overall, it is a terrible hotel given the expensive rate that we have paid :(

Hotel is old and need repair lots of cracks in walls. Receptiom is on same floor to airport. They are friendly but need to improve rooms. It is connected to airport but far to walk. Price is not cheap becsuse not much competition as no other hotel nearby

We tried reserving by email as per the website but that was a disaster so we ended up booking with a third-party. We received an email response saying they would get right back to us but they never did. The hotell said they never received it but it went to their reservation center not at the hotel. Miss Chan assisted with checkin after hearing my displeasure and took good care of us. We will be back.
