3 pm. You may have to Q but in the surroundings of the Pen that’s no big thing. Enjoy HK is a great city particularly at the moment as weather superb

If you were staying at the hotel you used to be able to book a table. Not sure that applies now. Very popular throwback to the days of the "Colonial RAJ".
