One of best stay in my life. I have club access room what it was extraordinary. Hotel itself is extreme level of luxury. Great choice of restaurant and amazing room service dining. The best part it’s service. After some misunderstanding for booking via travel agent. I want special thank to Mr Wingo operational director. To make my stay special and also greet me help with luggage to airport express station. Service and food was fantastic. Very comfortable bed with high quality egyptian cotton bedding feel like silk. Turn down service was fantastic too. Just the best. Thank you so much again Mandarin Oriental HK team. So looking forward to be back again soon.

Its an amazing night with my girl’s friends. We had Lamb Samosa, Beef Tartare, Fish & Chips, Vegetable Masala…the dessert Warm Chocolate fondant, Crumble, and Strawberry. Super tasty, the atmosphere is great, highly recommend. Special thanks to the manager Hubert Debouix and Jimmy taking care of our table, we had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

Had a great dinner at The Chinnery with my friends. Great food and amazing service from Hubert and Jimmy. Highly recommended the Fish and Chips, Chicken Curry with Garlic Naan. Apple crumble for dessert is a must! 🍎🍨 Definitely worth a visit 👍🏻💯

MO Hong Kong is actually a surprisingly excellent hotel, and in ways that I did not expect before arrival. I have stayed in MO properties in Tokyo, and dined in MOs around the world including in their flamboyant London outpost, and my wife and I found ourselves over the years leaning to Four Seasons or Capella as a high end chain brand. MO Hong Kong turned that misconception on it head. The hotel shows a bit of age (1963), and ceilings are on the low side. But this is where my criticism will stop. The welcome you get at MO HK is near perfect, especially in a hotel of this size. Service is personalised, and that is a feat in itself. It would be the standard you’d expect at a top Maldives resort, and this is a grand dame with probably 300+ rooms and suites. The staff here is genuinely sweet and remembers the smallest things about you. The MO Club Lounge serves unlimited Ruinart Champagne, and delicious morsels of food from its many Michelin starred restaurants. If you wanted you could stay and eat and drink your life away watching the harbour and skyline from the opulent club seats while chatting with the really delightful stay that do their utmost to help and smile and warmly welcome you. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Harbour View Suite with zero fuss as Fan of MO members, something that both FS and Capella seem to struggle with… rewarding loyalty, where upgrades can be sporadic. I hate to ask, and at MO you don’t have to... Things tend to flow naturally into a near flawless experience…. Although there are numerous top hotels in HK, i have no doubt that the original Mandarin Oriental (the old MO as locals affectionately will call it) will always be my second home in Hong Kong. Keep up the great work, you are truly a hospitality gem, and we have really sampled the best of the best all around the world. My only regret is I don’t remember the name of the Cantonese speaking gentleman with slightly spiky hair that served us in the mandarin Club Lounge most times, he was genuinely the nicest most attentive, affectionate staff member around (he used to work at Cafe Causette at MO before with coco, another wonderful lady), and I hope if MO is reading this they can take my commendation into consideration, he is a real asset to your company.…

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Amazing location, hospitable staff, spacious room overlooking the harbour and reasonable value. Being a loyal customer I was given early check in and late check out. The concierge team were very helpful in identifying and booking our meals. Housekeeping was prompt and staff at the restaurants were sharp (esp Adam for breakfast). Proximity to the business district and shopping makes it’s a perfect location for business or holiday.

The Grand Dame of service. Taking advantage of their promotion, their service- starting from the limo service and private room check in, was impeccable. Thank you to Karen, Christine and Paige from the Mandarin Club for their seamless arrangements, their welcoming greeting and personalized service a reflection of the brand. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with a wonderful harbor view and binoculars to boot! Also thanks to the waitstaff at the Club - they made sure I was well attended to, and always had my "work corner" ready when I needed it; and refilling of my drink of caffeine was low. They all remembered my habits and preferences well ! Although there was a slight hiccup with the false alarm going off the whole building one evening- the chocolates were a surprise it was completely understandable, unavoidable and patron safety first! Each stay here is more welcoming, comfortable and superior to the last. There are many places in Hong Kong for a retreat, but somehow the Grand Dame draws me back with her charm and service. Comfortable room with wonderful sea view. The shower water is smooth and soft that I enjoyed the shower so much. My breakfast experience at Clipper Lounge is super nice. Waiter service particularly from Adam is good. He is very considerate and addressed our needs during the meal.
