I stayed at the Marco Polo Hong Kong, Gateway and Prince Hotels in Hong Kong many times during the 2000s and always had good experiences on my stays. In September 2022, I again stayed at the Prince Hotel for 3 nights and found that Prince Hotel continues to be a top-quality hotel that I would repeat staying and recommend. The location of these 3 hotels, right in the Harbor City Mall, a short ferry ride to Central and close to other shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the MTR are all pluses. I booked a Continental Deluxe King room. It has been my impression that the size of the rooms in these 3 Marco Polo hotels are generally larger than the newer hotels in Hong Kong. To my delight this room has a partial harbor view and was on a higher floor. The room appears to have been recently renovated and things are still fresh and clean. The bed was just the right firmness for me, the table was good for working and eating, the chairs were comfortable, the tv has HDMI cable attached, and the couch was also comfortable. It was a very pleasant quarantine experience for one person. I would recommend anyone to consider Price Hotel for their stay in Hong Kong.…

Some improvements with Chambermaids would probably be a plus. Added an extra third bed on third night, but the towels and amenities remained for two pax. also requested for ice bucket but never arrived. Should train them to understand English more, this would help.

The location of the hotel is ideal of touristy area of Kowloon and 5 min walk from the MTR which makes it super convenient to travel around the city. The breakfast menu in Savvy the all day dining restaurant is good but options for vegetarians are limited though. The housekeeping staff was polite and kept the rooms well kept and cleaned them everyday promptly during our stay.

About 9min walking distance from TST mtr station exit A1. This hotel is connected to Harbour city shopping mall. It is also surrounded by alot of restaurants and eateries and retail shops. Very happening area. The hotel room size is big and very spacious for 3 adults. Though the window view is only office buildings, but we get to see the water of Victoria Harbour via the glass window reflection of the office building😁, still beautiful. Recommend.

The Marcopolo Prince Hotel has always been our favourite in Hongkong. Only because the level of service provided by the staff has been warm, welcoming and accommodating. When we have seen a lot of service decline after COVID-19, it is refreshing to sample this level of service again. When we arrived on Monday, 20 Nov, (after 3-year absence) Chief Concierge Lok Lung greeted us with a warm welcome. He, together with his team, Kooby Koo & Joe Tam looked after our needs effortlessly. Always attentive & accommodating.Thank you. At the Continental Club floor, Polly, Leo & team are equally priceless. Leo still remember our idiosyncrasies and favorites. Many thanks. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Cleanliness, check...friendly and competent staff (from check in to check out, porters, housekeeping, to daily breakfast Savvy Team, check...convenient, good, full breakfast buffet at Savvy, check... overall, it's good value for money. Location wise, there may be better sites if that is more important for you. Walking to Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry pier from Prince Hotel is a bit far but doable by getting off on the 2nd Floor and stroll thru the Harbour City mall. If you wish to check out city's super (a local supermarket), ride the Prince Hotel elevator, then get off on the 3rd floor and exit thru the Savvy restaurant. Have fun exploring Hong Kong!

Our stay at the Prince Hotel was somewhat accidental. We had originally booked a pair of executive level suites at the Gateway Hotel (which is a sister hotel of the Prince Hotel) but due to a booking snafu on the part of Marco Polo Hotel chain which owns both places, they offered us a pair of similar suites in the Prince Hotel which recently reopened after an extensive renovation. We were very glad that the switch was made. We had two spacious Continental Club suites on the 16th floor with fairly nice views of the waterfront. The lounge area was immaculate and always stocked with drinks and snacks during the afternoon and evening hours. We had an included breakfast at the Savvy Restaurant where there plenty of Asian and Western breakfast choices. The staff on the Continental Club knew us by name and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms we had a separate living area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large with separate shower area and tub area. It was nice that the hotel was directly connected to the large Harbour City complex with plenty of shopping and food options. The hotel is situated in a nice area with plenty of things to see and good connections to the MTR. We would definitely stay here again. From the front desk to the concierge, the restaurant staff, housekeeping and the crew at the Continental Club desk, everyone was so nice and caring. The room prices were also very competitive and affordable compared to other similar options we had looked at.…

The hotel is excellent and has an excellent location. As I write this review at around 8:30 pm, I can hear some humming sound of construction overhead. At such premium rates, one expects better. Also the hotel provides just two tiny bottles of water per day. Bottled water in HK is 9HKD for 750 ml. In two days , I spent more on bottled water than I’ve spent ever before.
