Danger. Beware that front desk or reservation depressed skimmed my credit card. Only used a new card in novotel March 24 to 38 and gave number on 27 March to hold my room after 6pm. Gave credit card to front desk on check in. Today Friday 31 March informed of Card not present transaction" for 55usd. Only could have come from novotel front desk or reservation depth. Beware this hotel with your credit card details.

A great hotel. I was upgraded to a very spacious room and for HK that is a rarity. Absolutely great stay and I would recommend it. Front desk was polite and courteous. The shower was a dream, powerful and refreshing. No problems at all. I will visit again.

This hotel is in Wanchai, $60hk taxi from air train central station. Located within close proximity to eateries, ferry to Tsim sha Tsui and the convention centre. Stayed here few times before COVID but this time found room was completely renovated so is the lobby area. Didn’t try their buffet but seems reasonably priced. Service was standard.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel and the kindness of the hotel managers were impressive. Especially, I appreciated the kindness of yoyo who helped us check-in. If I come to Hong Kong next time, I want to stay at Novotel Century again.

Good basic facilities, convenient location for tram, train and mtr. Superior room are good size though small bathroom. Earth friendly so don’t provide toothbrush but you can ask at front desk during check in. Only negative comment, room is very dusty.

Great hotel with very good rooms. Short walk to Wan Chi station or the ferry terminal. The breakfast is excellent and the staff extremely helpful Access to the rooms required your room key to operate the lift, providing additional security.

Had to use for an extended stay whilst fire damage in the lower part of the apartment building was rectified. It was a home from home, got an extended stay package at a great rate (1month). Staff were very helpful, even highlighted my points about to expire so that I could use then during the stay. That's Sanki for the warm welcome, and assistances through the elongated stay.. Service was excellent, and Value was Great. Location is spot on, you have Wanchai and Causeway bay equal walking distances, the tram and MTR are close by, and taxi's in abundance. Uber also runs in HK. Locally there are any number of many types of food, or Foodpanda, very convenient. Across the bridge you have the Causeway Center with many restaurants also.

Pleasant and comfortable stay if you wish to stay for more than a few days. Reception and especially Shanki was very helpful and friendly. We did have a problem with the room upon arrival (bathroom was not clean) but another room was provided immediately. Otherwise a very clean hotel with a lovely fresh aroma throughout. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. Rooms were sound proof with blackout curtains. Breakfast was a huge buffet so could choose whatever you fancy. Ideal location close to Exhibition and Wan Chai MTR. Overall very pleasant stay.

We have great stay at this property for the past 10 years and always look forward to return. Last stay in Dec 22, we are so glad to be back after the COVID. The premier room has been a plus for our stay. The front desk staffs are very thoughtful in all the arrangements. The resturant staffs lead by Mr Sunny Lee are always impressed customer by their dedication to the fresh and tasteful international food. Thanks to Mr Lee, Yanne, Nick, Wai and Felix to make our breakfast and buffet so enjoyable!
