We had a lovely stay in the WM hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. A special shout out to the housekeeping team. Hotel's Favourite
This low-rise resort hotel is located next to a beach with facilities of water sports. Trendy design and high-tech facilities make staying in this hotel a pleasurable experience. Sound-proofing and bedding in the guest rooms are excellent to allow a good sleep. Lots of restaurants and local boat tours are found in the town centre just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Guest rooms with balcony and sea view are highly recommended. Large car park at the basement of the hotel. Complimentary 24-hour parking is available for some of the accommodation packages.

Check in time is way too long. The line was about 45 minutes and the front desk staff took around 15 minutes to finish typing in our personal information. Also you have to line up for everything here.

I had a really nice stay with my 2 dogs. We went to WM hotel with our own car. The concierge staff - JD had being so nice. He provided speedy service which make our day as we had 2 dogs with us (it’s a mess when waiting for the check in process although it didn’t take long actually). We will definitely coming back for staycation with our dogs again.

A lovely, modern hotel which is spotless and clean. The hotel setting is located next to the ocean making the views stunning especially from the infinity pool. The gym is well equipped with latest machines and wide selection of free weighs. All staff were very polite and hospitable. A special mention to Ivan and Tony who always took time out of their busy schedules to speak to us with laughter and smiles. A very positive experience visiting WM Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely visit again!

Me and my best friends bringing our mom to try staycation at WM hotel! 2 mom love this hotel, great experience! We went there to celebrate my mom’s birthday! They have bday surprise for balloon! They just like kids playing around the balloon! Thx for this little surprise make the day great! We arrived at 2pm, so lucky one of the room was ready so we checkin first and waited for 3pm for high tea set! Even high tea set also hv bday cake for my mom! So lovely! Even the other room only available around 4:30pm , they delivered the room key to my room directly! Excellence and hassle free to queue up again! Staffs are warm and welcoming! As it was a bit cold for swimming on mar! We will come back for sure!

We had booked a king room with balcony and city views so was pleasantly surprised to find that our room still looked out to the sea although it was slightly blocked by the chapel. Room was very comfortable. Bed must have been super king sized - it was certainly much larger than my own standard king sized bed at home. Bath tub was a delight, very deep with rounded edges and it was a pleasure to have a hot soak there after a long day hiking. Sai Kung is a quaint town with the freshest seafood and it was a lovely short stroll from the hotel to the town along the promenade. WM is the only hotel in this vicinity as of now so you really don't have a choice! The only negative thing is that though this is a non-smoking hotel, there was definitely a lingering cigarette smell in the room. Good thing we could open the windows to air the room! …

This was my second time staying at this Hotel. I would like to thank this hotel's staff, who are very friendly and helpful. The Garden Room is fantastic especially, traveling with kids, they were so happy! I would like to compliment two hotel staff because it has been a long since I did not see the staff with such heartfelt attitudes and take very good initiative. Simply they are trying to help from my perspective, I was traveling with kids, and this made me feel special and valued. When I asked for a request, Staff Ms Yo Yo very nice with sincerity smile and voice talked to me and offered me something with options. I feel she is one of the good models of excellent hospitality services. But also other languages assist Mr Edward, he helped us all the way to send our stuff in the room with sharing us the hotel room layout...etc and explained with a pleasant and patient manner.
