I came here with my boyfriend for multiple times, the hotel is relatively new, located near the airport and provide free shuttle to airport and Tung Chung Mtr station. Hardware of the hotel is okay since it is new and breakfast options are plentiful. However, the hotel need to consider provide more training to their staff regarding the general information or policy of the hotel. I had a long stay plan and the package include grab and go breakfast option, so I ask the staff via in app chat and via concierge what is it about the time that I can order and it turns out everyone give different answers on what to expect and when can it be provided. And as a Titanium member, I am entitled to enjoy breakfast in the buffet restaurant. However when I ask about the breakfast session time from "at your service" hotline and they gave wrong information on that. Later on when I chatted with the staff at front lobby, why the staff answering calls or replying chat massage in app always give incorrect information to the hotel guest, the answer is that they are newly recruited and need to handle calls from both Sheraton and four points Sheraton Tung Chung, so they always mixed up the information on both hotels. Also, it is observed that they always have some sort of internal miscommunications, for example, they rang my door bell twice by mistake asking if I need to do laundry during my first visit at this hotel.…

I came here for one night stop over to airport the next morning. Checkin and checkout is smooth and quick. It’s nice to see some familiar staff members from other Marriott hotels that moved here. The ocean suite is spacious and the bathtub is same as the executive suite in Sheraton, which is very comfortable. Thanks Ivan, Matthew, Alex for the warm welcoming and hospitality and I will definitely come back for local getaways!

Worst hotel experience ever. As a hotel near air port, it does not provide any adaptor for guests. Plus they charge for a 3-in-1 cable whereas the hotel next to them are giving out for free. If the hotel does not provide adaptor, please make sure specifying it on your description. That leaves cable your only choice. Unbelievable and ridiculous. I have lived in multiple four points hotel around the world. And it is my first choice when it comes to travel. Hong Kong is the worst. I am shocked by their ability to deal with guests’ concerns and problems. Please choose wisely.

We stay in four point Sheraton Hotel for few days, we had a wonderful experience with Cafe Lantau, They not just only providing a variety and delicious food, All the staff were amazing, they were warm welcoming and provided an excellent services fulfilled customer needs , I would like to thank all of them for the hard works, particularly the Manager Cindy, waitress Kitty and Dory , you guys gave me a unforgettable moments and a wonderful time.!❤️❤️

Layover and choose the new Four Points as it is close to the airport. They provide a shuttle bus but the wait was too long so simply took a taxi to the hotel ($62 HKD). Check-in was a breeze with attentive staff. Being a member of Bonvoy, was provided with late checkout. Room was on one of the high floors. Of the last five hotels I have stayed at, the room at the Four Points Sheraton was, although small, the best! Clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Dinner buffet was reasonable. Food variety was fare. I preferred the breakfast buffet.

We had a pleasant stay at four points by Sheraton. Thank you for the room upgrade to the ocean view, which was arranged by Pearl, the guest service manager. He is a professional and considerate person. The room was not that spacious but clean and comfy. We will recommend our family and friends to stay for sure.

I have stayed in this property twice and find it pleasant. The location is not too convenient for those who are exploring the island or Kowloon, but the MTR Tung Chung line will bring you there in 30 mins. Wonderful location for an airport layover though. Free shuttles to the airport and Tung Chung MTR is available. I am greeted by Heleen twice, and she is an absolutely charming and accommodating host. The room is spacious in HK standard and has a great view of the airport/sea if you are lucky. Breakfast is more than decent by Four Points standard. The only cons that I'd raise is the shuttle hours. People stay here for early or late flights: a smaller bus that plies around the hotel and the airport on demand would probably be a better idea.

My friends and I always go to Sheraton Tung Chung before. The Loyalty Team really is the best team in the world, Alex, Mathew, Oscar and Yanli. When they know we will go to Four Points by Sheraton, they help us to remarks what we need, just like being in Sheraton, extra towels, air purifier, etc. The team is really amazing. The room is really clean and tidy, the staffs at Front Desk also very kind in Four Points too, especially Heleen, she is very professional and polite, she helped us for checking in efficiently. The in room dinner quality is also great, when the foods and soup arrive, all of them are still warm and delicious.

Four Points is clearly a budget hotel managed by Sheraton. During my month long stay at the hotel, many services have been reduced to save costs. For example, breakfast is only served at the Four Points on the weekends. Guests have to go to the adjacent Sheraton cafe on other days for breakfast. Customer service at the Sheraton’s Lantau Cafe is inconsistent as staff could be quite rude when they are busy. Many hotel guests have left their takeaway food containers and in-room dining plates outside their rooms when they finish their meals. Unfortunately, these food waste are left unattended until lunch time on the following day. This poor hygiene practices facilitate rodent infestation but Four Points don’t seem to be concerned.

Four points by Sheraton is a select service hotel but with the rate on my visit, I would say it's considerably high for a 20-ish sqm standard room. Nonetheless, staff service was exceptional, friendly and welcoming. This is an ideal location nearby HK International Airport with free shuttles provided to HKIA and Tung Chung station. Breakfast is buffet style with a variety of selections and a noodle soup station.
