Can’t remember this was the # of times we chose this hotel as our getaway break. We have started to use this hotel as our staycation when the pandemic started in 2020. We chose this one again this month as wanting to have a quick getaway and not leaving hkg. This was my third stay at Tung Chung Sheraton and It it’s one of the best hotels in the Marriott Group in Hong Kong. The rooms and hotel facilities are perfectly well-maintained and the team members are what make this hotel unique. The breakfast buffet was just amazing with a wide selection of food and Razal cooked the perfect eggs to my liking. And I forgot to mention that they even served ice-cream for breakfast. The food selection of the evening cocktail at the executive lounge was beyond my expectation. And I would like to thank the executive lounge team for their most attentive service, especially Yanli, Lina and Angel. My only suggestion is if they could have a Bluetooth speaker in the room/ suite. They had a Bose soundbar for the TV but it could not be connected to my phone. I can hardly recall any 5-star hotels that do not have a Bluetooth speaker in the room. Other than that, everything is perfect and I will not hesitate to stay at the Tung Chung Sheraton the next time I come back to Hong Kong. …

Sheraton TC made a tremendous trip for us. We would like to express our heartfelt thank to the lounge team: Mathew, Yanli, Lina, Roy and Olivia during our stay in the hotel. Olivia is super helpful and attentive during during check in. She offered personalized and warm service once we stepped in to the lounge. Mathew is the best. He is attentive and we dun even have to say a word and he immediately know what we know - that’s the attention to details what we looking for in the service industry! Overall it’s a really pleasant stay and even we are locals - we will def come back AGAIN!!!

We have stayed at the hotel many times this year and it is always a nice escape from the city. The rooms are nice, the staff are outstanding and the breakfast is excellent - especially the fresh noodle soup! The hotel lounge is comfortable and serves good food and beverages; we would like to compliment Lina, Olivia and Benjamin for their exceptional service! They always make us feel like at home, very helpful and always do their utmost to fulfil our requests. They are definitely a great asset to Sheraton!

We enjoy staying in this property for its great food and warm hospitality. The Executive Lounge team Matthew, Oscar, Angel, and Yanli never disappoint and entertain our needs promptly. Suite upgrades are always a possibility with their Elite members and the food at Yue is delicious as always not to mention the discounts available to food apps members. Although we travel extensively these days, we still enjoy hometown staycations here from time to time.

The hotel rooms are nicely furnished with modern amenities, including electric drapes and heated bathroom floors. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, including some of the most delicious dumplings I have ever tried. There is a free shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes to the Tung Chung metro, as well as a free shuttle bus to the airport. The staff of the Executive Lounge was very helpful with making travel arrangements and addressing any other issues. I want to particularly commend both Angel and Yanli for their superb service in the Executive Lounge.

Wedding Anniversary - Zero Rate Stay My husband and I stayed at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel in November 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At that point, we had already decided we would return for another staycation at this property. Anniversary time - April 2023 : Tung Chung Sheraton was offering a Zero Rate Stay The decision was a no-brainer as whatever we spent on the room for a two night stay would be given back to us as F&B credit for our stay. Our status with Marriott Bonvoy was recognized and we were upgraded to an even larger suite 2nd time round. The Premier Suite was lavish with 1 1/2 bath. Thank You Ivan at Front Desk who made this happen. We remembered Oscar Tsoi well from our November stay and enquired about him on our first day at the hotel. We were told that he was working the night shift so we thought it wouldn't be possible to meet him and just told the Executive Lounge staff to pass on our regards to him. The next morning at breakfast, Oscar came looking for us after having a busy night shift and chatted with us before signing off to go home. We really appreciated this and will always remember the extra effort he made to make us feel welcomed ! With the F&B credit - we went to Yue for Dim Sum twice and also dined at the Sunset Grill which was superb. The drinks at Sunset Grill are very innovative and the quality of the food served was simply amazing. Service was also top notch. We chatted at length with 2 staff, both of them coincidentally named Lily. One Lily was doing breakfast service at the Cafe Lantau and said she really enjoyed coming to work as the hotel was like her extended family. This really shows when you see how they all work well as a team and everyone is happy to be there. My husband said to me that Management at this hotel is really doing something right !! Keep up the good work ! The other Lily worked at Yue and told me she remembered me. And I thought in my head - "yeah right !" But then she told me exactly where we sat last time and that it was my husband's birthday etc etc. We were gob smacked !! That's utterly impressive... Overall, it was a wonderful stay. And yes, we will be back again... Thank You ! …

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Good location, well appointed rooms and impeccable service. We were assisted by Heleen during check in and she was amazingly efficient, firendly and accommodating. Always had a smile on her face. Our guest room housekeeper Mandy was also very efficient. She made sure our room was clean, complete and comfortable. The lady at the gym reception and the concierge, was not able to get their names, were also very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is free, fast and easy to access. Good bfast spread. It would be nice to have crunchy bacon Would recommend a bidet in the bathroom These are minor items that didnt affect our stay. The hotel is a true 5 star property, and it’s people made a big difference. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the mtr and airport which is so easy to use, has a regular schedule and the transport are clean. Kudos to the GM, you have a wonderful team. Thank you…
