Our family spend 1 night in Sheraton hotel during valentines and the 3rd day of CNY. Surely predict it’s a peak day therefore the receptionist girl very honest and clearly explained today occupancy really high and room still not ready yet. She is very polite and mention once the room ready will phone my mobile. So we after check-in our luggage keep with them then walk around hotel area. Everything it’s new renovated however not too much restaurant. Fortunately there has convenient store near hotel. We get the room around 6pm even though we original book the room type which it’s King bed. They arrange twin bed room for us resting first. Maybe they saw we have 2 babies tired. An hour later, receptionist Angel come up and show us the king bed room. Much appreciated their consideration, fast responses and provide great service. In the late evening, we got relation team Savannah send us an amenities. That’s really really sweet❤️Thanks very much your caring. We unexpectedly our stay like that. Overall ,hotel room it’s new and clean. Restaurant food is quite limited not much option for guest. But staff is great 👍🏻 they work hard and keep smiling. I think the one thing to complain is about the hotel management. The policy shown on the booking confirmation check in time it’s 1400hrs. During high seasonal day should be arrange more manpower to operate hotel management. Nowadays the internet connection has high transparency as the system can forecast how many the occupancy daily. Please be smart management!

Sheraton Tung Chung is not a quarantine hotel. Four points next to it does. People staying in a quarantine hotel are supposed to be healthy though. Go back to our stay at Sheraton TC which has given us a wonderful experience finally. Like others, we have to thank Alex Chung in particular who is really an outstanding and valuable staff for the hotel. Alex is not the only person giving hospitality and professional service to us. He is also very sensitive to ensure his executive team providing perfect service as well. That’s why we had a wonderful experience finally. We did some research, so we decided to pick the very practical premier suite which is less glamorous but have 2 toilets in this suite. You won’t feeling wow comparing with the lower class executive suite but comfortable all in all. We also have another room next to it which is relatively small but the same fabulous view. Thanks to Gary Chui of the front desk for the very nice arrangements. Other staff are working hard too but some of them are still room for improvement to be professional. The room amenities are of good quality and much enough, just you cannot bring home. The only thing I don’t like is the slippers which are not individual packing! The smart control panel “Hi Simo” is quite efficient. It is able to close the curtain in the bed room for you while keeping the curtain open in the living room. Haha. We had in room dining too. We preferred leaving the catering trolley with us rather than putting all the food on the small writing desk. Nasi Goreng and beef burger are taste good and big portion. Finally it’ll be good if one more chair can be put in the suite for in room dining. I wish Sheraton TC can stay in high standard service and good maintenance of this brand new hotel after returning normal business situation.

Wow, wow, wow Views, F&B, Service. I would like to thank front desk Ivan for such kind and homey service delivered throughout my stay. If only Marriott kept the SPG thank you certificates, he should definitely receive one. Also, Thea and Alex from the e lounge are exceptionally friendly. Had a nice talk with Thea and hope she excels in this hotel. Thanks Savannah for the birthday card for my friend. He is delighted to receive an early greeting. This hotel has just opened its doors in December’20 and the facilities are of course new. The design of the entire hotel closely aligns with Marriott’s new ambition for Sheraton. Comparing with the rather historic Sheraton Towers in Kowloon, this Sheraton brings a fresher and more “zen” sensation for travelers. The location is ideal for crews and short layover guests to stay in and shop in the nearby outlet, when travel resumes. At this moment, shuttle service is not in place yet but they will have it, probably later this year. The room I stayed in is the Deluxe Suite. There are only 2 of this kind so contact the hotel directly for booking. Otherwise, the guest rooms are shower only (except for suites). The suite is very spacious and has a proper dining table for 4. Everything in the room can be controlled via a smart control surface “Simo”. The spotlight of the room is the bathroom. It’s enormous with a huge bathtub overlooking airport and Tung Chung bay. The 2-person shower room is equipped with rain shower and dual body water jets. Overall, their suites are of pristine quality. The guest rooms are generally smaller but still offer rain showers and a very comfy bed. I also had a chance to try out the Yue restaurant. You have to try their signature dim sum, Yuzu shrimp dumplings. It’s really refreshing. Best wishes for this hotel in the future and hope to return very soon! J.

A great hotel and thank you for another beautiful room for our second stay at this new property which only opened last month. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable beds with quality linen and towels. The lounge staff lead by Alex are amazing and attentive, in particular Angel, Fumiaki and Yan were tremendous. They, along with all the other staff, made us feel so welcome in this hotel. The pool, outdoor areas and gardens are fantastic. The views toward the mountains, harbour and airport are all stunning. Floor to ceiling windows enhance this highlight. We look forward to our next visit which is coming up in the next week.
