Had a very helpful abd smooth check in experience from front office team. The queue was short and Cathy was very helpful with my questions. The room was quite new and chic with nice views of Lantau Island. Will definately be back to stay again at The Silveri Hotel

Staff service was great. Hardware is new. View is magnificent. Can further improve on hardware details. Check on the air condition, room was a bit hot, esp the sunset suite. Great escape for couples in this place.

Staying at The Silveri for a business trip and throughout the almost 4 months stay it became my home away from home. The room I was assigned too was sparkling clean and had a majestic view of the nature, sea and airport. It has highly modern features and amenities that are useful for my daily needs such as automated toilet system and Nespresso machine in every room which has pods that are refilled everyday. The sheets were kept clean and changed regularly and the pillows were the fluffiest. Even the public area were well-maintained. The hotel accessibility is beyond compare, having all the transport system being available within the vicinity. The airport shuttle and concierge always makes my every airport travel a hassle free one. With the direct access to the Citygate Outlets means shopping and dining at extra convenience. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, warm and professional. Ms Katherine from Guest Services had been extra helpful with queries and willing to offer assistance when needed. Housekeeping team have always done a tremendous job keeping the room clean, comfortable on a daily basis. The Enclave and Executive lounge team had been equally accommodating and attentive to my needs. Truly, The Silveri went above and beyond our expectation and will definitely consider for our future Hongkong travel. Stayed at The Silveri Hong Kong again. Cathy and Katherine made my stay truly wonderful. From the first moment I arrived, their warm and welcoming personalities instantly made me feel at home. Throughout my stay, Cathy and Katherine consistently provided excellent service, making everything seamless and stress-free. What stood out to me most was their genuine care and attention to detail. This is my first time stay in The Silveri Hong Kong-MGallery . This is great experience. Concierge - Penny so professional. He can carefulness to let me know where I want to go and his team so helpful too. Front desk and club lounge staff also helpful ever we check out already. Definitely a great bday stay. Nice and helpful staff, special thanks to Cathy and Katherine, they made our stay even more memorable 😀 The room was very nice, im glad i picked the room with jacuzzi. Sitting at the outdoor lounge was chill 😎 Though there was a little hiccup at night evening, it was well settled. Overall it was a fabulous experience.
