Such a wonderful restaurant! The signature dishes BBQ Pork and shrimp toast are really nice, I think every visitors should have a try! You will never get disappointed. Today my favorite dish is steam crab meat and egg white dumpling topped with salmon roe! It is a unique and delicious dim sum which I have never tried before. It surprises me a lot even though being a Hongkonger. Service is cordial as well, which I am very appreciated! P.S. Thank you Peter to arrange this perfect meal for us! No doubted that I will visit here again.

I went to the Ritz Carlton lobby bar during a mid week day for my birthday. The hotel is exquisite and the views were staggering. The guest relations were outstanding. Bregita made sure I had a window view despite not arriving with a reservation. Ian made us the most heavenly strawberry carbonated gin and tonic. When Bregita heard it was my birthday, she and Ian brought me a slice of cake free of charge. It was a fabulous couple of hours.

We want to visit the restaurant for a while, and we decided to go there to celebrate our anniversary. We are served at the window side but unfortunately the weather is not good. No good view is not an issue as all the dishes were delicious and good presentation. It’s so yummy and the trained staffs served in a very comfrey manner. 2021 Michelin reward is well deserve.

I had a blast and was amazed by the detail of attention given to your hotel guests despite pandemic going on. Our check-in was smoothly done with room ready on arrival by Bailey. We than went for our 5 course lunch at Tin Lung Heen which was marvelous and so was the staff. The room was fabulous with decorations and flowers. Thanks to Katrina, Natalie and Emily for making it one of the best during non- flying period which actually made me feel I flew for my birthday out of HK. Kudos to your entire team. Will be back soon again for this wonderful staycation.
