Me and my husband are coming for our honeymoon and it is perfect! It is our first time staying at Alva Hotel which has a lovely location next to the Shing Mun river. The room is extremely clean, stylish and accommodating, way better than what we expected. The lightings in the room are sufficient as well. Hotel staff are outstandingly friendly that they make us feel at home. Also we had extra care from the staff Leo, Front Office Team and the House Keeping Team, they tried their very best to fulfil our request which made our stay more memorable! Thank you for the wonderful stay and will definitely introduce this hotel to our friend & come back again!

I made the booking through one of the online hotel booking platform (bxxxing.com) for 2 adults and 1 kid which the package I choose is included breakfast. The confirmation I received from the online platform also confirmed that my room (Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds)maximum for 4 guests and breakfast included. When I call to hotel to double check my booking and I have been informed that my booking only included breakfast for 2 adults and need to pay for the kid if he/she needs a breakfast. Hotel informed me that the breakfast price is $118+10% and it is because the online platform format which hotel cannot state this information and they suggest me to call the online platform to check again. This is the second stay at Alva Hotel By Royal, Hong Kong with my wife and the crowds are as usual on weekend at lobby. We met Leo, the Duty Manager again and he offered us an attentive service to us and assign the same room for us which is requested when making the reservation. Despite the long queue as expected, a special thanks to Leo and Ted who are super responsive and gave us a clear understanding of when the earliest rooms available. My family and I have high praise for them and their diligence and professionalism.

It is our first time to stay and dine in Alva hotel. It is definitely a memorable one. Both our kids and us enjoy the stay so much. We got a upgraded room as the check-in staff noticed our birthday in July. We had dinner buffet at the hotel. Staff at the restaurant are really caring and friendly even my kids do make a mess. The food quality is good. Staff, Mr Ted Wong, offers us attentive assistance when we come to the lobby asking for the shuttle bus service. There is a bicycle park opposite the hotel and bicycles are available to rent from the hotel. I really recommend this hotel for family stay.

My partner booked this hotel at short notice due to another booking not being possible. I am so glad that she did as the whole experience was amazing. The apartment room is a fantastic size and you just have the ability to completely relax and unwind at the end of the day with the open space and feel of the room. The other features such as double sink and walk in shower are amazing as well. There were 2 wall mounted TVs for us to use including the ability to AirPlay and cast from my iPad to enjoy videos and movies. The housekeeping was top notch, they had our room immaculate and fresh towel exchanges whenever we needed it, as well as being friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and modern, excellent services, various choice of food in buffet breakfast and the view from the hotel room is nice too. The supermarket is located on the hotel G/F, it's convenient for a long-term stay customer like me. The staff here is friendly and professional, especially Ms. Perman Chik of sales office; the front desk lady who assisted me during check-in (sorry, I forgot your name) and Leo who assisted me with Go Royal app points registration, they're all good!

Stayed here in mid-June for 4 days 3 nights, delighted to have the room facing the river on a high floor. Quite surprised with the room size, room is spacious comparing the average hotel room size in hk. Room is well renovated. Room equipped with smart home system, you can use an iPad to control everything in room, like the lighting system, TV and air-con. Minibar with 3 complimentary drinks, no room service, but you can easily find the vending machines at lobby that sell mostly all you need at reasonable prices! Best part is room was the shower, they are using water therapy shower head that you can totally recharged after a long day! I’m very glad to have a new stay with my friends in Alva again. Alva is always on my list! Their swift and efficiency are always in my mind! When I stepped into the hotel entrance, I can feel the warm hospitality from the staff. Especially thanks Mr. Sammy Yip, who is the Director of Operations of the hotel, for his warm greeting and welcoming again! And I would like to thank the staff too. They arranged two rooms just next to both of us. Thanks for making us more convenient. Their facilities and entertainment are modern too! You can just easy to control the equipment within an iPad! Alva by Royal is one of favourite hotel in the past two years when I have to spend my holiday locally. Visited again early this month, staff and rooms are always up to standard and friendly. Bike rental is one of my favourite activities during my stay and is hard to find another hotel in Hk with such activity provided next to the bike trail.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 months (2nd stay) and 9 months (1st stay). The fact that I came back again showed how much I liked about this hotel - clean and modern facilities, excellent services and green surroundings (quite rare in a city like Hong Kong). If you look for a long-term stay in a serviced apartment, Alva is a fantastic choice. Please look for Ms Apple Ng, who’s the sales manager supporting my stay. She’s absolutely service-oriented and professional.
