Our family (3) had a 14 nights long stay at ALVA hotel's apartment suite and got the most pleasant experience during our stay in Hong Kong upon our reunion with family. The room is superior and tailor-made to accommodate a family: comfortably roomy, spotlessly clean and sufficient facilities (even with a washer & dryer). Not to mention the daily personal care from our room attendant (Ying) as well the sincere services from their concierge & front desk team. Location of the hotel is super ideal as it keeps a distance from the busy hub for our quiet enjoyment but is easily connected with restaurants and shopping by the hotel's shuttle services. Alva is a highly recommended hotel for oversea tourists' short/long stay. Our family will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Hong Kong. Thanks to Louisa's talent leadership with the entire great team. Alva has potential for a successful growth in the industry. All the best from our hearts and see you guys soon.

Alva Hotel high quality of service standards exceeds my expectation, a pet friendly hotel with a unique riverside location is great for relaxation, my family stayed in a spacious apartment, fully equipped with all basic appliances we need, modern style and perfectly clean. My daughter celebrated her birthday with her poodle pet. it's really a wonderful stay especially we can explore around the river by free use of hotel bicycle and the Terrace outdoor area is ideal place to play with our pet and do some exercises. The Alva house offered complimentary cake when we enjoyed brunch is highly appreciated. Welcome drink is also nice gesture for us that we enjoyed at Pitstop.
I would like to compliment manager Leo, his caring, helpful and professional. Moreover, special thanks to front office friendly team, Yannnes, Yuki, Derek for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Buffet dinner also very nice, however ostyer section limit to take 2 Ostyers only each time. Complimentary Birthday Macaron Tower serve to room after dinner, good for picture but that is too sweet. Breakfast have Western set, Chinese set, Japanese set.... Enjoy a breakfast with sunshine in restaurant. All staff at lobby and reception are energetic and nice. 5 Star Hotel with 6 Star stay experience and guest services by Mr. Alfred Sit
Thanks for everything that arranged for us. Firstly, the hygienic check-in was processed very smoothly which offered me a very good first impression to this hotel. Once I get in the room, I am very surprised that room is very comfortable and big in size for our birthday party. Room is very clean and tidy, bathroom design makes us feel relax.
All in all, hotel guest service is at high quality and always being aware of our requirements. Together with appropriate hotel facilities, I can say this must be more than a 5-star hotel experience than I expected.
Again, special thanks to Alfred and also Alva front desk team that made our stay here with a great satisfaction. We are sure I will choose Alva for my next staycation and highly recommend to my friend.

Attracted by the Japanese food, we chose to celebrate our anniversary at this young hotel. Though we only stayed for one night, it is a totally great experience. Unmatched by many similar ranked hotels in HK, Alva provided free parking, so convenient for us. We were offered a free upgrade to a suite with spacious room and spectacular view overseeing the river and park. Two towel-folded swans beautifully placed on the bed, very warmhearted preparation. The room cleanliness is impressive. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free bicycle renting is exceptional. A fully Japanese designed Mizutani restaurant made you feel like dining in Japan. The food and wine are excellent. We tried the unique VR-iCAROS equipment in the fittness centre, real fun !! Highly recommended for staycation.

today 11/11 around 1:57pm I call your hotel 36531111 regarding staycation package $1488 vs $1700 difference your colleague Koey or Kobi (cant hear clearly), I asked her whether breakfast is buffet or set
She then line transfer to reservation, then resevation line transfer to restaurant
However, the lady in restaurant (she didnt tell me her name) answer my call with bad and rude attitude, when i ask whether staycation $1488 vs $1788 brrakfast is,set or semi buffet, she said 你有冇攪錯到吖我地冇呢樣野ga，呢度係帝逸酒店buffet 係$128...
I then said I am asking staycation package, the line is your colleague transfer to you
She said again staycation..vacation pacage 吖嘛，she then line transfer again
I feel shocked and surprised why your hotel hire such poor, no quality staff, I have lots of friend with good CS skills can refer to your hotel, my attitude is better than her a lot. Her attitude and behavior is unacceptable, her conversation level same as local 大排檔，I think she is not suitable for your hotel

Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Chris and Ruby checking in & out smoothly. Especially appreciated FOM Ms. Louisa Hung gave us a memorable service with her quick response and arranged the surprise like the birthday decorations in room was really delighted our stay. Room is tidy with nice river view. In spite of the beautiful swimming pool, hotel bicycle rental is available too. It's such a great experience for my birthday celebration. This hotel is great. We bought the package promotion for locals which comes with a night's stay and dinner buffet for two. The dinner is very good with fresh oysters, lobsters, crabs and sushimi and foie gras on offer. Although the room feels small, it is not totally unacceptable by Hong Kong standard. Plus, the room is very well designed and furnished with everything coming in handy. I can tell everything in the hotel has been well thought through. The staff is extremely helpful and well-trained. And there are plenty of staff ready for help wherever we go, this really is a pleasant surprise for us as this hotel is just newly opened and we travel with an infant. The gym has an interesting machine for training back muscle and there is a gym trainer standing by for instruction. They also have a classy Japanese restaurant though we did not try that out.

On top of the hygienic check-in desk, I am delighted with the smooth check-in arrangement as assisted by your Front office colleague. The room is nice with amazing Clean and Tidy. I made the booking through one of the online hotel booking platform (bxxxing.com) for 2 adults and 1 kid which the package I choose is included breakfast. The confirmation I received from the online platform also confirmed that my room (Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds)maximum for 4 guests and breakfast included. When I call to hotel to double check my booking and I have been informed that my booking only included breakfast for 2 adults and need to pay for the kid if he/she needs a breakfast. Hotel informed me that the breakfast price is $118+10% and it is because the online platform format which hotel cannot state this information and they suggest me to call the online platform to check again. Then, I called the online bxxxing.com, they said this is the hotel policy to include 2 breakfasts per room no matter you have booked for 3 persons, they have helped to call again the hotel and reconfirmed the additional breakfast price is $118+10% per mea for kid. When I check in, the FO staff told me again that the breakfast price now increased to $128+10% and I can only enjoy my breakfast from 7:00am-8:20am. I feel very surprised that the breakfast price increased so suddenly, FO staff told me the price was just increased last night! It is not because the $10 different but why don’t hotel inform us the updated price (I believe when I and bxxxking.com call to hotel to check, they should know our staying date). I also feel very surprise that I can only enjoy my breakfast at 7:00-8:20am which I never see this information when o make the booking via bxxxing.com. FO staff finally offered me to have my breakfast at 8:40-10:00am. It is so funny that when I check the breakfast price on the hotel website and the the iPad in room, the breakfast price is still $118+10%. Even the receipt from restaurant also showed $118+10%! I really hope the management can look into the case!
