Nice Hotel and Nice staff in general. I had a pleasant stay with my friend, a short getaway for me. All the Front Office staffs were friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. My stay was nice and will come back to stay again.

There are some highlights & lowlights, my rating should be between 3 to 4 Highlights 1. As we booked the hotel for all our travelling colleagues, we were served directly (Perman), she has provided the required support to ensure our bookings are good. She has been accommodating as there were some changes before we reach. 2. Staffs are friendly, whether at the front desk, restaurants, etc 3. Bathing equipment is quite impressive, with few choices of showers 4. Specially arranged take away breakfast, as we need to leave early to catch a train, thus we were unable take our breakfast in their operating time. Lowlights 1. Location was not too far away from the MTR station. Reserved a room with river view which was superb. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. We enjoy our lunch buffet very much since they provided varieties food. I enjoyed my trip with my family very much. Definitely will back again!

Stayed 3 nights. Arrived in the late afternoon, and by the time we had early dinner, we were very tired so didn't have time to check how clean the room was. Woke up the next morning to find the room was not clean. The bedside draw had some kind of liquid spilled into it, and the edges were still sticky and dirty. Also, because this hotel allows pets, there were clumps of dust and small hairs along the edges of the long wardrobe. The female staff at the entrance of the buffet restaurant were not welcoming and got the discount rate for hotel guests wrong.

My parents visited Hk from Aus and stayed entire a week at Alva. Frontdesk staff is helpful, checkin flow is smooth and efficient, room is spacious, brightness, quiet, clean, even with the nice city view. There has the Japanese supermarket nearby and this is super convenient to buy the fruit and snacks. Lastly, special thanks to Antony as he is considerate and help to settle my parents' needs in patient. My parents appreciate my arrangement .will recommend to my friends who plan to visit Hk.Thanks Alva. Cheers :)

I have stayed a few times in this hotel. Room is clean and all staff is friendly and attentive. The check in process is efficient. This time I really appreciate Oscar Kwok for his wonderful service. Thank you for all the kind arrangement from him to make the stay memorable. He welcomed us with an attitude that makes us feel like home. Thank you also the concierge for taking care of our bags and taxi. We will definitely come back as always and hope to see the whole team again soon.

老婆發辦決定去呢一間過Staycation。 揀呢一間最大賣點係可以同狗狗一齊嚟 ，香港提供呢類型照顧毛孩服務的酒店唔多，而且個價錢一啲都唔會過分。好老實，如果我哋兩個去玩，但係隻狗狗要交俾其他狗酒店，個成本隨時貴過一個人住酒店。 假期好似長，但係我自己生意其實都唔係太行得開，都係唔好去咁遠。呢一間地點其實唔會離市區好遠，就腳方便得嚟唔嘈就最好。 最搞笑我哋個Staycation 有包狗仔嘅食物，佢哋都好詳細問我哋隻狗係咩屬性，可以食啲乜嘢。最後呢度嗰啲嘢都好精美，不過可能我哋隻狗仔都係習慣食返自己啲狗糧。 Btw, 兩公婆就食返佢哋個自助餐，我成日話食嘢要計價錢，呢度算係正常水準以上，計埋性價比好抵，最緊要乾淨企理，就係咁 I’ve been joined a staycation package with my wife and dog in Hotel Alva. We’ve enjoyed the stay and we appreciated there are facilities and care especially for pet owners who would enjoy a short stay. The buffet dinner is great compared with the average meals at the similar price range. As it’s been delighted that they catered our dog’s meal as well.
