The hostel was a few away from the MTR station. there were convenience stores and fast food outlets nearby also. We had a double room which already had its own shower and toilet so it was a good setup for those who wanted an affordable room but wouldn't want to share toilets with everybody else. The room was very small though but good enough since we were only staying there to sleep. The staff was also very accommodating when we had to move our booking once due to flight issues. They were also quick to respond over email.
Small (as is normal in Hong Kong), clean and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. We loved the location most (super close to the MRT) and the staff were quite helpful. Not a super social hostel - everyone seemed very fixed on doing their own thing, even in the common room - but the Autumn festival BBQ on their sister hostel’s rooftop was fun. All in all, a nice place to stay.
This place has a great location in TST, it is literally 3 minutes walk from the MTR (if you take the right exit). The room was clean, good hot water pressure and aircon worked well. The room was small but that is standard from what I have heard about in HK. The staff were there when you needed them. It wasn't the most sociable hostel but definitely opportunities if you wanted it to be. Their sister hostel on Carnovan is probably the place if you want to be more sociable. The location is right near a Wellcome and a 7/11 for your amenities and also near bars and eateries.
Everything I needed was just a few steps away. The location is great, just across the TST MTR. Rooms and toilet were very clean. The overall interiors is hip, artsy, and quirky. I'm definitely staying here when I go back.
the best thing about this hostel is the location: it's in the middle of tsim sha tsui and really, really close to MTR station. the room is small (just like most rooms in hong kong) but clean and comfy. they provide water and refrigerator. the elevator of the building is kinda shabby and scary though.
I stayed with a friend in private bunk bed room, with indoor toilet for 5 nights. Hostel location is very good, very close to MTR (east tsim tsa tsui N1/2), good shopping mall around (K11 art mall), as well as many restaurant/pub. the room itself is efficient. Very small yes, but hey it is Hongkong right, everything is in uptight space so no issue. The bunk bed itself is quite good, but it is also very short so i frequently bumped my head to bunk bed ceiling and my friend in upper bed bumped her head to ceiling. and yeah we are Asians with height no more than 165cm. Surprisingly for small room, the shower room & toilet is in appropriate size. It is only divided by glass wall, not so soundproof but hot water is good & cleanliness is superb. they don't provide private hair…
I stayed 2 nights in 麗東大廈分館. The public shower rooms and toilets are clean. Bed and doona are comfortable. Staff is fine without smile (Most Hong Kong people don't smile?) Great location, only 1 min to MTR, 5 mins to Bus stop for the airport. Close to K11 mall and welcome supermarket.
Good location, very close to the subway station and at walking distance from the main interesting streets and the harbor. It has a nice terrace at the 9th floor. Staff is helpful e speak good English. Quite difficult to find it from the street, it is located in a pretty ugly building. The room was definitely too small and dark and it had no space for the luggage. Air conditioning was super noisy. The tiny bathroom has the shower over the toilet so everything get wet after using it. We definitely do not recommend it for more than 1-2 nights.
This cozy hostel is a perfect budget option for backpackers in Hong Kong, since most accommodation in HK is expensive. It's located in a narrow building on Mody Road, just across the MTR exit (make sure you take the East Tsim Sha Tsui Station - N1-N3 Exit) in Kowloon. The common area and the rest of the hostel looks nice with some eye catching art. The female form was pretty basic, but the bunk beds were comfortable, with curtains for some privacy, small but clean bathroom and toilet and a small shelf in your bunkbed to charge your phone while sleeping. I only stayed for one night, but if you're staying in Hong Kong on your own the hostel organises a bunch of nice activities to explore Hong Kong! Their hostel on Carnarvon Road looks a bit nicer and larger with a rooftop, but the…
