There are many harbour facing hotels in Hong Kong with incredible views but what makes K11 Artus unique is the ability and freedom to step outside onto a balcony to enjoy the incredible setting in the open air. Sitting outside, perched on one of the world's great harbours, with a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, watching the ferries and boats travel across the water, is wonderfully peaceful and stimulating at the same time. What a luxury! Aside from that, the room interiors are fabulous, the public areas are elevated by a curated art collection, and the team are highly professional, warm and always smiling. k11 Artus is hard to beat!

A very nice service apartment, feel like home as always. It’s my 4th or 5th stay in ARTUS. The staff is always helpful and professional.
My first time to stay in a 2 bedroom harbour suite, the big balcony surprised me, each room with its own toilet and bathtub/shower area. Excellent for friends and families.

We booked Grand Harbour One Plus with bedroom, study room, kitchen and balcony facing fantastic Victoria Harbour seaview to celebrate family birthday. It was an excellent stay for my parents and we love it so much. The room was decorated with birthday balloons, colour pencils for drawings and birthday cake! Very comfortable place to stay though it’s a typhoon 8 in Hong Kong hoisted after 6 pm. Staff are very helpful and nice including receptionist, hotel staff and technican. Breakfast was good. We would highly recommend it to anyone who like to stay in a hotel service apartment. There is a big shopping mall (K11 Musée) with many restaurants and shops with easy access from K11 Artus above MTR station.

The room is very comfortable. The facilities in the room are very thoughtful. You can cook and wash and dry clothes. When you arrive at the check-in lobby, they will ask if you want water, which is really heartwarming. The butler service is very good and meticulous. Tony received me when I checked in. He was very nice. He completely solved my problem. He was very friendly. He introduced me to the facilities in the room. Tony also told me about the music party of the K11 shopping mall. A friend introduced me to Li's breakfast, and I fell in love with this place after that.
The environment here is quiet, and the sitting position is very comfortable no matter whether it’s sunny or cloudy. You can have breakfast while facing the incomparable sea view, which is refreshing and chilling.
The coffee is delicious and there are different styles of latte art. Chinese breakfast has a lot of wild food, including porridge, carrot cake, fried noodles, spring rolls, and fruits. Healthy breakfast style - the salmon is super delicious, the salad and avocado puree are so fresh. We hope that brunch and afternoon tea will be launched in multiple D styles.
Special thanks to CAT. Li always warmly welcomes me, has a friendly smile and is very professional. We will introduce the special features of different styles so that we can choose our favorite breakfast.
