Definitely treat yourself to a harbour view room. The view is unlike any other hotel in Hong Kong. This was a solo trip for me and K11 Artus exceeded my expectations in terms of service and made me feel very safe and comfortable in the room. Will be the only hotel in Hong Kong to stay at from now on.

K11 is simply top of the top in Victoria Dockside area... Art objects provide a special ambience around state-of-the-art facilities at a premium location facing the Harbour. The service, warm attitude of all the staff is unique.

Just had a birthday staycation in K11 Artus, everything was just amazing! The staffs were very friendly, polite and professional that they showed us around the hotel and guest rooms and explain well on the mission and stories of their hotel. There are art works everywhere around the hotel and even in our room which allows us to immerse ourself in this artisanal environment and experienced a totally different lifestyle. I do appreciate their efforts on promoting and preserve the traditional craftsmanship.
We stayed in the Grand harbour One for one night. The room is very spacious and clean. The interior design is so great that it gives me the feeling of being home. The private balcony is definitely one of my most favourite part of the room where we can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views.
It was surprising that the guest relation team had decorated the room with ballons and prepared cup cakes set for us to celebrate birthday. It was so sweet to receive the blessings from them. Special thanks to Sophy from the guest relation who took great care of us during our stay. We really enjoyed the stay at K11 artus and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

A brand new hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, I’ve never stay in any hotel with balcony and such as beautiful Victoria Harbour view!
We booked a two bedroom for 3, love the bathtub (including bath salt!!), it was so nice to have a girls talk with my friends in the balcony.
All staff are nice and helpful, a great room tour to introduce the facilities, we can even contact them by WhatsApp for any request.
I don’t stay in 5 stars hotel much but thanks my friends for inviting me to join, this is a fantastic experience for me, definitely planning to visit again!

Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. They have prepared some kids items in the room which make our kid very happy. Personal feeling - if staff can take off their shoes when stepping in the room would be much better.

I lived at K11 Artus for 18 months (Jan 20- Jun 21) and would still, were it not for Covid-19 and a work decision. I cannot speak highly enough of this magnificent establishment and it wonderful staff, led by the amazing GM, Ms Lo. Where do I start?
From the moment I walked into K11, I was captivated by its stunning design and the presence, everywhere, of incredible pieces of Chinese traditional art and artisanal craft. These pieces don’t overwhelm you but are displayed as if they were in a gallery – subtle and part of the built design of the building’s interior (which is stylishly decorated). This design ethos and style flowed through into my apartment. It was a delight.
From the first interaction to my very last (tearful farewell) the staff – every single one of them – were a delight. Friendly, helpful, professional & welcoming. It was not long before I truly felt ‘at home’ and that every member of K11’s staff was a member of my family – and I of theirs. Nothing was too much for them – every single request I made, and every (minor) issue I raised, was gladly accepted and promptly met with grace (and, when needed, humour!).
I was fortunate to have had a corner, south facing, east-wing, apartment, about middle of the Residence and my view over the magnificent Victoria Harbour, day and night, was stunning and never ceased to entrance me.
Sadly, we are currently in a time when there is no intentional tourism into Hong Kong, but, when this finally ends and tourists return to the city, one could not find a better location than K11. Set on the harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui it is a short, pleasant walk to Star Ferry or to TST MTR. It is an easy stroll, through fascinating Hong Kong back streets, into Kowloon proper and such districts as Jordan, Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok. Of course, if you don't want to walk, take one of Hong Kong’s ubiquitous red taxis. Both MTR and ferry will quickly deposit you on the Island and in connection with many other public transport options to the east and west. There is literally nowhere in Hong Kong not within easy reach of K11 Artus.

It has been a very relaxing, recharging birthday staycation at K11 Artus. I have always been impressed by the artistic senses and design of K11, and staying at the Artus is definitely the best choice for a staycation where you could completely enjoy and refresh your mind.
With the balcony facing Victoria Harbour, my husband and I have spent most of the time enjoying the beauty of Hong Kong which give us a chance to pause in the middle of our busy city life to enjoy such beautiful view. Talking about the room, with spacious living room, walk in closet and open kitchen, it creates you a comfortable and homey environment which makes you feel like home !
By walking into the reception and lobby area of K11 Artus, we have already been impressed by the quietness, sense of privacy when it is actually located in the heart of the city. And most importantly, the exemplary services offered by the staff, friendliness and being so attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Mr Marco Ma from guest experience team who welcomed us upon our arrival and has been so patient and caring to ensure that we have a comfortable stay throughout the staycation.
The dinner at The Commune was another highlights with quality service, quality food and a quality view.
I would have to say my husband will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharging staycation. K11 artus will make you feel home.

A stay in one of these rooms doesn't get much more perfect. They call it a home away from home, and having all the amenities supplied I can see why. K11 Artus is a new location in Hong Kong. I took a taxi there and the driver didn’t even know where it was. The entrance being kind of hidden didn’t help things either, but I actually liked the “private club” feel about the whole place. If you’ve been to Soho House in Beverly Hills you’ll understand what I’m talking about. From the understated lobby on the ground level we took the private elevator up to the reception. The doors open up to an amazing view looking out over Hong Kong Harbour, the contrast smartly juxtaposed against where we were earlier. The entire floor is decked out tastefully with beautiful artwork and furniture sprinkled around. We were checked in by a bilingual receptionist and the taken to our room. I’ve included pictures as I can’t give it justice with words alone. We took a high tea on our private balcony and it was absolutely wonderful, and perfectly appropriate during these Covid times where social distancing is the way to go. We later took a walk around the beautiful shopping mall next door, and the harbourside walkway after. But we wanted to spend more time in our room. Oh, and the nighttime view is even more spectacular! Definitely going to find an excuse to go back there. Oh, and their infinity pool overlooking the Kowloon side is amazing!

You could go to K11 Artus by taxi, around HKD$230 to HKD$280. If you have luggage. It’s a easy way.
Or you could go to Kowloon Station by AirPort Express, then get on taxi to K11 Artus.
