Because of the virus, I am getting crazy for stucking at home. my friend recommend ARTUS to me. I spent 3 nights for enjoying the amzing sea view. And the balcony is perfect for me to breath fresh air. I also bought food from Market place downstairs and cook inside the room. The lady who did check in was very kind. She introduced all equipment (washing machine, oven) to me when she learnt that I prefer stay in room and cook by myself. She even provided my washing detegent. How thoughtful！

First staycation of 2020 with my family and it was excellent!
Every member of the staff was friendly and amicable, ranging from the porter to the guest relations. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and you can expect a new and clean room in a very comfortable homey setting, fully equipped with basic cutlery, pots and pans, oven / microwave and Nespresso machine, I would have certainly cooked there if I was staying longer.
Highlight - the bed was facing the balcony with the spectacular view of Victoria Harbour skyline, you will also have a bath tub of a similar view but only narrower due to the smaller window size. There is also a small hidden gallery space on the 10th floor, which is quite an interesting space.
The only room for improvement would be their in-room dining will be served in takeaway containers, which we found a little wasteful so opted to dine out, would have liked to dine in and enjoy the living / dining room space.
All in all - would definitely return again!

Stayed with a friend at K11 Artus on a weekday. The hotel is above the new shopping mall K11 Musea, and the location is quite good if you like to do activities within walking distance. We went to the cinema, lunch, coffee, dinner within K11 Musea. Compare to other hotels in HK, the room in K11 Artus has the best harbour view, and it comes with an opened balcony that you can sit there all day long, all night long looking at the moving sea traffic, sunset, nightlights etc. It’s a new hotel, so all facilities are in the best conditions. Gym, restaurants, pool, all facing the harbour, it’s a pretty good place for staycation.

The Nespresso coffee maker inside my room required multiple cleaning procedure before it started working. Dephosphorization and deep clean have been required for triple times upon the digital screen turned on. In order to get rid form the compulsory cleaning alert , the whole process back and forth for literally “three” times so to allow those practicals inside that machine got clear……time consuming enough for me to finish a whole Netflix show episode…
It implies no one to check and do the cleaning for a long while before you put the room on sale to new guests.
I didn’t reach out to ask for a new machine replacement given It was at late evening , but this kind of cleanliness problem should have never been happened in such luxury property. It leaded me felt kinda “surprise” on the overall image towards your decent property .
Apart from that particular cleanliness issue my stay was generally as a pleasant one! Our regret was we couldn’t get a chance to visit your pool due to thunderstorm, we are thinking to be back & hopefully the sun will raise by then.

Artistic hotel with very clean and comfortable environment. There are many snacks and drinks provided in the room. Besides, the facilities are great. The staffs are very nice and helpful. We joined the art tour organised by the hotel. Since the stay was mainly to celebrate my birthday, it's of our great surprise that the room was already decorated with birthday balloons in advance there were birthday cakes prepared in the refrigerator. The room was also upgraded. All these were out of expectations. Only one thing that we felt a bit setback - there is only shower but no bath tub. Gym room, swimming pool and spa facilities are close because of COVID and it is understandable so that no comments on these issues. ^^

A very stunning harbour view, attentive and professional service from all staff that had made our stay unforgettable. Room amenities and kitchen equipments are well stocked such that made us worry free. K11artus is a undoubtedly the best hotel in HK. Staff are young, helpful, energetic and sophisticated!
We booked for 1 night for birthday celebration, our staycation started with lunch at The Commune. The menu is changed which looks good! Superb service to Bonnie who attention to details, she is so helpful not only recommended for dishes but helping us to storing the baggage at reception! Great food and nice presentation! What made the lunch especially enjoyable other than the view, the quality and presentation of food and the ambience was the attention given by Kathy, Celine and Bob!
It was 1:30, we pre-registered and return at 3:30 due to room was not ready, Vincci was taking care us and directing us to the room with the room introduction, she is so friendly and amicable!
The room was awesome! With a huge kitchen, cozy living room and the wonderful view!
We waited the bag for a bit long, in the meantime we found the door of balcony was broken, after we reported via wtsapp, the engineer handled quickly and he was so humble and polite! Due to COVID, he even changed his shoes to slippers before get into the room, which is so thoughtful! Thanks Yan and AMICI team's follow up! Hotel specially offered free breakfast to us which is so kind and unexpected.
Not only the staff at restaurant and reception, the staff at the gym is also nice and friendly, pook deck is the only area allowed for smoking, the guy at Gym floor gave me a small tour for the gym&pool deck area when i waiting for my hubby. Look forward the sunbath area reopening!
The food delivery function vis TV is prefect! But we missed the last order time, for sure will try next time.
A pleasant morning in the Commune, such a decent environment and meticulous service by Ken and Rex. Dishes are lovely! When we enjoying the breakfast in next day morning, the manager Kming came to us, this is such a nice touch and thanks for the heartfelt chocolate and the late check out offer.
Thank you Mikko and the manager, service with a smile even the reception area is fully occupied.
Little comment that there is no soap at the lavatory, only provided at washbasin next to the bathroom area, which hotel should alert by today's standard. & the cheese cake is nice but we cant found the oven gloves
Anyway, this is definitely a great staycation that i am craving for!

As the situation of the COVID 19, we can't travel outside Hong Kong during the summer holiday of my son. We went to 4 hotels for staycation duing the past 3 months, I can say The K11 Artus is the BEST when I compared to those we went.
In order to celebrate the birthday of my husband, we choose K11 Artus as we heard a lot of good comments from the internet. Since I have emailed and communicated with the hotel regarding the purpose of my stay, they have arranged the room nice and perfectly with the birthday setting and sent us birthday cake to surprise my hubby. Kids amenities were prepared of which was so thoughtful ~~
The room is spacious and clean, they have mini bar for free. Laundry machine, coffee maker,dyson dryer, etc. We all impressed by the view of Victoria Harbour, my son were so enjoyed by drawing picture with amenities provided. We could even order the food from The restaurants at the K11 Musea, that made us feel like more home
Thanks for the help of front desk staff named Danny who guided and showed us the room with detailed information.
We were super happy with about our stay and highly recommand to our families and friends. Definitely will back again !!!

Spacious room with beautiful and modern interior design. The extremely high level of craftsmanship is evident in each and every corner of the hotel. Customer service was extremely helpful, allowing real time enquiries via whatsapp. They also helped to arrange a private shuttle to our next destination. Room service ordered from The Commune has been fulfilling and above our expectations, especially the wagyu beef noodles. Definitely a top hotel destination in the city. Would love to visit again for a staycation.

K11 Artus is an incredibly unique, beautifully designed, modern boutique hotel hidden discretely on top of K11 Mall. What truly sets it apart from other hotels is the unbelievable service. We decided to take advantage of the sunset to sunset staycation for our anniversary after having spent two previous one night stays there in the past. We arrived to be showered with gifts, decorations and staff hugs in the most OTT way. Mandy, Marco, Cecelia and the rest of the staff made sure from the moment we arrived til we left that we felt like royalty. We arrived to a gift of china candles, cake and bubbles, in honour our 20th "china" wedding anniversary, I cant wait to come back for silver. As we left staff gave us our sons favorite teas to bring home to them. And in between were discretely texted who to reach out to if we needed anything but never intruded upon. Sunset to sunset staycation is a special deal currently which is so smart for HKers, checking in and out at 5pm means only one work day off and yet it feels like a full vaca. K11 Artus is a hidden gem I cant wait to visit again.

You could go to K11 Artus by taxi, around HKD$230 to HKD$280. If you have luggage. It’s a easy way.
Or you could go to Kowloon Station by AirPort Express, then get on taxi to K11 Artus.
