After staying at K11 Artus for 4 days, we left for Taipei for 3 days before returning to K11 Artus for 4 more days. After staying in many hotels in the past, Artus to us is the best hotel ever. The location is magical. The suites are clean and extremely well equipped. The swimming pool is amazing. Our return to Artus was greeted by Katy Wong, the resident relation manager. She was so helpful, cheerful and efficient. Our left luggage was already in our room when we arrived. Thank you so much for the upgrade to such a beautiful suite as well. It means a lot to us. This is THE RESIDENCE where you can lay back, relax, escape from the reality and recharge yourself. The spacious balcony, the mesmerizing Victoria Harbour, the artistic ambience, the spotless room and warm and welcoming staff set a high benchmark for other hotels in Hong Kong!

Excellent modern rooms with great client service, highly recommend. Whole family of young and old enjoyed the stay, will definitely stay again while in Hong Kong. Was even offered the hotel car by the supervisor, Aidan Wu, to send my family to the Kowloon Station when we had difficulties getting a taxi to fit the family, to cap off an excellent experience we had at K11 Artus.

I stayed at ARTUS for a night as I needed to attend a wedding nearby. Just before I went to the banquet, I realized that I forgot to charge my phone. I went to the lobby to see if the reception could lend me a portable charger. Will apologized and informed me that they did not have portable chargers for loan, but he asked me to wait. He returned in a few minutes with a portable charger he borrowed from a colleague in the office. Thanks to Will for going the extra mile and saving my night! Other staff members I encountered during the stay were also very welcoming and nice. I did enjoy my stay and will definitely return!

Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We got the Harbour Studio which is directly facing Victoria Harbor. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and their sauna. The hotel is connected to the mall and it's just a door away from the Avenue of the Stars. And their staff are just so friendly. I've been visiting HK annually for for the past 2 decades. I honestly can say that this is my favourite hotel here in HK. We absolutely loved our stay.

We arrived during Signal No. 8 of Typhoon Koinu when shops were closed and streets were empty but our beautiful 2-bedroom suite felt welcoming, cozy and safe. As we were unpacking, we realized we had left my son's spacer for his asthma inhaler and we panicked because we had to get a replacement as he can't forego it for 5 days. Thankfully, Cyrus Lam at the front desk, was a life-saver! He quickly called up nearby pharmacies until he found one that was open (many were closed) and had the item in stock and reserved it for us. He also helped us call a taxi (not a single one was in sight at the normally busy taxi stand outside the hotel) that was willing to wait for us while we bought the item and bring us back to the hotel. We booked a harbor view room for a family gathering and fireworks on the national day. The price was definitely not cheap, but the experience made it worth it! The room was spacious with a magnificent view. We all enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony, and the ambiance was simply unparalleled. What impressed us most was the service. Although it was quite busy when we arrived, Winty approached us instantly and efficiently checked us in. She introduced the room to us and gave us some tips on the events happening around the area. I had a 1-night stay with Harbour One room. The interior and all furniture are at top-tier, unfortunately the view was wasted due to the bad weather. Apart from the room itself, I think the most important and crucial element is people, the whole Artus team is well-trained, attentive, and warm. Want to specially say thank you to Kitty Au here, and also the staff who helped me with the check-in process (sorry i forgot their names).
