Overall it was a wonderful stay. The staffs were nice and well prepared; the art pieces were well designed and got along well with the interior design that maximizes our experience of staying at the residence. It would be better if the instructions for check-in were more clear on the ground level, and dish washing materials, i,e, a small bottle of detergent and a small piece of wash towel, could be provided in case of cooking inside the residence..

We stayed in One bedroom Plus study for the weekend (2 adults 2 kids 10yo 8yo), and it was an acceptable value for money given the location and size of room; compared to suites in the other hotels. You can potentially close the partition doors to create a “second room” for 3 adults. The kitchenette and dining table was helpful that we could have meals comfortably in room especially when kids got tired and not wanna head out after swimming! Overall a good stay

If you are looking for a special place where every little detail of the hotel comes with a story, find time to treat yourself and book a stay at K11 Artus. We were fortunate enough to stay at the harbour suite, and boy was it a treat.
We were left completely mesmerized by the breathtaking panoramic views and the beautifully decorated rooms, complete with specially curated artisanal pieces. Even the bathtub had a full harbour view and everything from the arrangement and design of the room were thoughtful and faultless. We were even presented with our own personalised bath robes to take home as souvenirs. Once you step foot in this room, you never really ever want to leave - which is why we opted for breakfast in our room (by far one of best we've had at any hotel), to take full advantage of this little oasis.
What truly set this hotel apart was the unrivalled hospitality and attention to detail of the staff. From the moment of booking till the moment we stepped foot out of the hotel, we felt the undeniable sense of dedication of the staff to provide the ultimate sense of hospitality - a word which will hold new meaning once you've experienced Artus. We would like to extend a special thanks to Guillaume, Julien, Sophy, Marco and the rest of the AMICI team for making our stay truly memorable.

I celebrated my birthday in their harbour view room. The sea view was stunning. The decoration was simple yet elegant. The birthday cake was delicious. We also cooked in their kitchen and the utensils were clean and well sanitized. Special thanks to Guest Relations Perry for his thoughtful arrangement. We spent a relaxing weekend at this new, state-of-art accommodation and we loved it so much! Staff were sincere and helpful. Our suite was spacious, modern, clean and super comfortable (made us feel like home). A mini kitchen was included in the suite with all kitchenware we needed as well as a washing machine; basically we didn’t have to leave the room during our stay. Also, with the stunning harbour view, I really wished I could stay longer at this fantastic place!

I had a lovely staycation with my family on January. Artus arranged a MPV to pick us up from the Kowloon station to the hotel, it's so convenient for us, especially we came with our kid.
Receptionist Rolland is a wonderful guy, he is very friendly and caring, my kid loves him a lot. When I had little coughing, Rolland sent me a warm water immediately, I was being so touched. It's so interesting that there is a giant chess board and table football in the lobby, Rolland even played with my kid and my kid had lots of fun.
We have reserved a seaview room with a sofa bed, the room is spacious and beautiful. Artus is a children friendly hotel, they have put some balloons and toy into our room for my boy, he was being so spoiled.
I noticed that they had a happy hour session, so my husband and I had ordered the cocktail and snacks. The truffle fries and Churros are excellent. Bar tender Sherman is very friendly and he is an expert on cocktails. I love the cocktail that he recommended to me, the naughty peach.
My family and I truly had a relaxing moment in Artus, we didn't feel like we were being in HK but having a vacation.

Staycation for a 2D1N for birthday plus wedding anniversary at Artus, an overall very wonderful moment we had!
Nice greetings from staff at our very first stop at the concierge.
Sharp check~in with staff escorting us to the room.
Very responsive frontline room services all along and we felt so comfortable to stay at room with everything we need, eat and drinks.
The infinity pool with a 360 view was tempting.
Astonishing seaview for day and night and you would be able to browse the whole hk at a glance!
Once again, a great choice for staycation and thanks to Winnie, the chief concierge and her team of staff for the hearty services!

Beautifully designed hotel, so much attention to detail, craftsmanship, the finishing was immaculate & interior decor very well thought out. We appreciated their use of technology to speed up service. You can communicate with their staff through WhatsApp before check in & throughout your stay. Wife was in her third trimester with gestational diabetes. The staff tried hard to accommodate her dietary needs at breakfast & they were very thoughtful to provide a pregnancy pillow. It was also my birthday. The staff decorated our room with balloons & gave us a low sugar complimentary cake which was a nice touch. Room was extremely spacious, just like a small apartment with functional kitchen & all the basic amenities. We enjoyed the infinity pool which was heated & the gorgeous harbour view. There are lots of seating alcoves in the lobby & a small art exhibition with fine ceramics. The hotel has direct access to K11Musea mall & just a stones throw away from the HKMOA making it very convenient. Service could be further improved, although most staff were nice & helpful it was slightly robotic at times. Overall we enjoyed our staycation & would love to return in the future perhaps with our baby! Thank you K11Artus!

Artus was a wonderful experience. It is a very family friendly hotel and we felt alot of thought was put in for our stay. Children's cutlery, children's toiletries, and bath robes were provided as they knew we had a small child staying with us. There was even a little stool for her to stand on to use the sink. Our little one also enjoyed the milk in the fridge, on top of the usual tea and water etc. The staff was kind a professional. They responded quickly to our requests.
The hotel is itself is beautifully designed. Curated art pieces were displayed across different areas in the hotel. The lobby itself felt warm and welcoming as one would feel when visiting a home. The view from the restaurant of the harbour was also lovely.

We spent 2 nights at Artus (Grand Harbour One), it was cheapest to book their breakfast package through Agoda. Personally I preferred the stay at Rosewood, because I love spending time (sitting by) the pool and drinking, whereas, the sunbaking chairs at Artus aren’t next to the pool, and you also can’t order drinks/food like at Rosewood. There’s also only 1 restaurant at Artus, BUT, the great thing is that you can order food from K11 MUSEA from your tv and they’ll deliver it to your door, AT NO EXTRA COST!!! Or you can cook since Artus has a mini kitchenette but mind you, there are no pots and pans provided. The service at both hotels are excellent, both very aesthetic, Artus has a beautiful balcony which Rosewood doesn’t.

You could go to K11 Artus by taxi, around HKD$230 to HKD$280. If you have luggage. It’s a easy way.
Or you could go to Kowloon Station by AirPort Express, then get on taxi to K11 Artus.
