Pros: 1. Friendly reception. 2. The MTR is not too far away. 5-7 min walk away. 3. The neighborhood is quiet, so don't worry of noise from cars or rowdy crowds. 4. The room size is small, but unlikely to trigger claustrophobia. The bathroom is real tiny though. The water pressure is good. 5. The room is clean. Mattress is decent. 6. They clean your room and change the towels every day. 7. Proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. 8. They have a good number of electrical sockets, but unfortunately placed at places far from the bed. Cons: 1. The rooms are packed so close together that if someone knocks on the door next door, you'd think they're knocking on your door. 2. They don't provide coffee in the room. Just some black tea in sachets. 3. You've got to buy the water they place in the room. Not pricey though (HKD 4) but I wish they could at least provide this basic necessity FOC as in other hotels. 4. The pillows are so thin they provide practically zero support for the head. Ended up putting clothes under the pillows to prop them up. 5. The no of TV channels are disappointing.

Hongkong is notoriously known for its cramped spaces and this hotel is no different, for a 7x8 ft they have managed to fit in a double bed, a writing desk and a cubby hole attached bath and toilet. Since am visiting here during the HKTDC fare , these fellas have bumped up the rates drastically high... Paying almost 11k (INR) 1200++ hkd for a night with no complimentary breakfast (btw I realised on check in that they do not have a kitchen, let alone a restaurant)... They do have an electric kettle with a few satche of green and black tea, no creamer, no sugar, no complimentary bottled water( chargeable only). Only good is location...and that's it. Going to a hostel or Airbnb would probably be a better choice. I just had to spend one night while transiting ..so survived....best avoided for atrocious pricing, and better options.

I’ve stayed in some dodgy places at times, but this hotel is the worst. The room is minuscule, barely longer, than it is wide and not wide enough for a normal bed (see pics). The wifi didn’t work and the girls at the desk weren’t able to remedy this. We had no chance of lasting three nights here, so we moved to another (and far more satisfactory) hotel. If I could give a negative rating I would. Stay somewhere else.

We stayed here as it was affordable compared to other places. Hongkong ain’t cheap. The hotel is tiny but as long as the whole day you out and need somewhere to sleep then it’s perfect. Please buy your own water as it doesn’t even provide free water.Needs a bit of proper cleaning, one item feel under the bed and it was disgusting to just see what was there . Staff at the front desk were helpful. No restaurant on the hotel .Near by places to eat , under vacuum steak just after crossing the traffic light. The metro is 5-10 min walk Exit C prince Edward a few eatery places near by and 711 too. Can have a good breakfast at the Metropark hotel .

3 star hotel but service provided is like 1 star hotel. Wifi cannot work and hence we called the service desk. The answer from the staff is "if you want to use wifi, just come down to the lobby and use". Because room and lobby wifi is different name. So we survived with our own limited data portable wifi for the past few days. Hung the tag for room service and realized few stuff (eye mask and travel pack foundation) were dumped inside the bin when we were back. Room is quite small, especially the toilet, no matter how you turn, you will definitely hit your right or left hand. Location wised is about 7 minutes walk from MTR.

Staff were friendly but the room - to be honest- was "tired." It was clean and tidy and the bathroom was great after a 13 hour flight We also struggled to find the hotel - in the pouring rain. Location was relatively close to MTR - but definitely - you get what you pay for.

Room is small even for Hong Kong standard. I was solo, so it was OK. If you are in two, better stay away. You won't fit. The bathroom is small too and I kept hitting my elbow on the wall when I was showering. I am an average Asian built. In terms of cleanliness and room service, it was good. My first night was a disaster as the room allocated to me was on the top floor and there was a huge machine running on the ceiling which rumbled all the time. I requested a room changed and they shifted me to a floor below, which was OK. Price is attractive for the location. Prince Edward metro station is just 10 minute walk away

Thanks to Mr. Lee, the night staff for finding me a room at 2 am in the morning. Got me a room with a double bed and a single bed. Room space was small but the bed was comfortable for a good night rest. Hot shower was excellent but the space was ridiculously small. WiFi really bad and only one electrical outlet. Price was competitive and location was fine, not in shopping area but only a few minutes walk for Prince Edward MRT Exit C2. Just know what you’re getting, not the best but good for solo traveler and the staff were great.

The room was really tiny. Still it was clean and comfortable. We were there for 9 days but they didn't change our bedsheets during that time. Lots of eateries nearby and it's about an 8 minute walk to the Prince Edward MTR station.

The good: room service was always efficient and the noise levels were kept to a minimum during nighttime. The not-so-good: hotel room was cramped - really really cramped. We are not even overweight. Yet, we could barely move around in the room as the bed was literally right beside the toilet with our luggage in between and with a zero-walkway to maneuver around in. The shower area was so tiny we could not even lift our hands properly as it would hit the shower faucet or the walls. Overall, not a bad experience despite the really really cramped area as we learnt not to move too much in the room for fear of hitting things, dropping things or just banging into each other. Perhaps the room is only suitable for a one person stay instead of a double stay.
