Detailed Reviews
My friend book this hotel package to celebrate my birthday with me and it was awesome! There are several things i would like to highlight and recommend friends to stay here for a vacation as travellers or staycation as locals like us.
First of all, while entering this building with the red front door closed behind, it already gave me an impression on entering a world which is kept away from the busy and noisy street around. This is really good start for us because we were planned to do a staycation in HK for a weekend to relax. The whole building noise control really well and all the decoration and design are bringing everyone inside to a sense of art and back to earlier 90s feeling.
Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. They helped my friend to give me a surprise at hotel room with birthday cake on candle and delivered by them within 5mins after i arrived. The warm and friendly attitude every time we met them inside the building made me quite enjoy the stay And comfortable. Our room also being upgraded with extra tea set gifted to be enjoyed in their tea / coffee workshop. We were feeling like VIPs during our stay there.
Thirdly, our package include a 24hour pass to their different facilities and workshops. The workshops all have their owner and personal stories which we would feel the dreams of different artists. These gave us time to slow down and express our stress through drawing/ experience on making aroma bag or just simply enjoy some special coffee cocktails on their bar which would view the surrounding area/ sunset at higher level.
Fourthly, their room is very clean and tidy with all necessities you need for a night. Clean And hygiene is the part i concern most during a stay in hotel and this part i was really satisfied no matter in room nor in common area / toilet.

The location just off Nathan Road is very convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. We found the hotel charming and unique. Everything is absolutely clean and the room is quiet even though we are located in a busy shopping area.
The staff are excellent. Jimmy was so friendly and helpful. He ordered a taxi and came down with us to street level in order to locate the taxi and to ensure that the driver understood where we wished to go. We are thankful for that because this is Hong Kong and we would have trouble finding the taxi ourselves (it was not possible to park in front of the hotel).
We had a twin room and while it was fine for us, it could be a little cramped for people with a lot of luggage.

Stayed in the Superior Comfort King Room with a TV. Yes, it is small. But as a solo traveler with only one luggage and a backpack, it felt more than adequate for my needs. I was able to put my luggage underneath the vanity by the front door without obstructing a path. There is some space to walk a bit, but no other seating besides the bed. You can sit on the window sill I guess, but just don’t lean on the window for obvious reasons. The room is very clean. There was a hair dryer, kettle, two water bottles everyday, and some basic toiletries for you to use. The bathroom is definitely tight and the shower takes some time to drain. Basic TV channels (no international channels). WiFi works. The bed was comfortable enough for me, but be aware that HK beds in general are more firm. As a solo traveler, I thought the space was enough if you just need a place to sleep. There aren’t any facilities at this hotel.
The location is excellent though as it is right in front of a MTR exit. If you want to take the bus to the airport (A21), the stop is about 2 minutes away by foot. Geographically speaking, it is right at the border of Yau Ma Tei and Mongkok. Though the closest station is YMT. No need to take the MTR to Mongkok if you are reasonably capable of walking. About 5-10 min away.
Overall, this is a place to stay if you want the basics. If you don’t have high expectations of a place to hang out and just want a base to explore and sleep, this is it.

Highly recommend the 2 bedroom duplex penthouse for big groups. We booked for our family of 5 during CNY period. Its rare to find a hotel with so much space for us. The only minus is that there is only 1.5 bathroom i.e 1 bath, 2 toilets. Took a long time for all to get ready.
The location was superb. Right outside of Yau Ma Tei MTR exit A1. A very good Fu Wah cafe sits right across the street, with long opening hours. The Airport express bus stop was just around the corner. In normal traffic condition, it took us 1 hour to reach the airport and cost HKD35. It was a real convenience for us!
We felt safe walking around the area as a family. Easy walking distance to Nathan road that links to the rest of shopping/food etc. We caught the CNY firework display and took a 30min stroll back from Tsim Sha Tsui, beating the MTR crowd.
Staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great find!

Great hotel in Yau Ma Tei. Super convenient location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole place has a Chinese tea theme/decoration which adds a lovely touch. The only slightly inconvenient thing is the size of the rooms (stayed in two different ones) and lack of storage space. But I had no issue with that as a solo traveler. Just flagging for other visitors. Would definitely return there for my next stay in HK.

Good location, next to a metro station exit. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as the "night market" on Temple Street a few dozen meters away!! Mongkok, with its shopping malls and many stores, is also right there. Well equipped room, with everything necessary for a good stay. Too bad the window doesn't open!! Attentive service.

Had a wonderful stay in HK. The hotel is located right next to the MTR station, within walking distance to Mongkok as well. There are a variety of restaurants and convenient store nearby. The room size was good enough, with a large bed for traveling in HK. Definitely will come back again.

The room was small but clean and very beautiful.
Thanks to its convenient location, transportation is good, there are many places to eat, convenience stores and currency exchange are close by.
Only one...it's very inconvenient not to have a refrigerator.
It's very hot in Hong Kong, so having a fridge is really cool.
However, it was my first time in Hong Kong and I really enjoyed it. And I fell in love with Hong Kong.
I'll be back soon.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Shower head water pressure is strong and good. It’s so comfortable that you feel like you are at home. MTR is just few steps from the hotel, very very convenience. Many restaurants and shops at the surrounding too. Their counter staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Hin served us on both checked in and checked out, very patience and nice guy. Thanks for the good experience.
