Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
This hotel is refurbished from an industrial building (I guess that's why it's called "IND"). The location is not good, not near to metro station and the neighbourhood is industrial. Very quiet in night time.
The style and decor of the hotel are interesting, funky, nostalgic. Room is dark and windowless, limited space, cleanliness acceptable. The thing I don't like is that somehow I heard noise from the floor of upper floor, so sound proof here is not good.
Anyway this hotel is not my favourite. Won't go back.

The concept of industrial design was really stunning. The room was cosy, clean but not soundproof as I thought they would be. I could hear people shouting and talking through the walls, which was quite uncomfortable. The hotel is close a small mall with a nice gym and health food restaurant, and also the MTR station.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly, nice and helpful. They really made our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. Facilities were perfect for a city break. It is about a 20min taxi ride to the city center.

This hotel is still new although it does not have any facilities. There are lots of restaurants around and a very big shopping mall (APM) is just 20 minutes walking distance. The nearest MTR station is just 10 minutes and outside the hotel is a bus stop of the airport shuttle bus route A22. So, in fact, it is very convenient.

The hotel is small and designed to look industrial. It is modern, in fact newly built, and very clean. Typical of HK hotels, the rooms are small but the hotel is quiet. The hotel is located near the MTR (subway) which links to downtown. It is very easy to get to TST in one direction and North Point, Quarry Bay, Causeway Bay as well as the stations on the Island Line in the other direction.
Very much a boutique hotel but the only issue for me was the lack of food available in the hotel and indeed the immediate vicinity.

Yes the the hotel is located in a industrial street But it is only a short walk ( 10 minutes if that ) to a massive shopping plaza which has everything.
Rooms are new and clean they have a cool look about them old meets new,
Rooms are modern clean and have a good shower the bedding was nice and clean.
Free WiFi . Tea , coffe . Bottle water . Toothbrush toothpaste etc.
The hotel offers a great information pack which was very useful tells you where everything is and how away.
Over all it is a pretty cool hotel in a pretty good location.

The hotel room looks big in the website.It is located in the middle of the industrial building.About 10 minutes walk to the train station.The staff didn't clean properly our room because I found some hairs on the floor.The hotel is old and far from the city central.If you want to stay in Hong Kong better stay in the central which is close for everything.

Its about 3 metres by4 metres but apparently that normal in hong kong. Price of about $120us is normal to good in hk.staff and service great.its a little walk say 10 min to a ststion that gets you everywhere.great local and cheap food places 2 min away.was quiet with bland communist view(cement n trains.but thats not important. If ever i win a lottery will visit hk again.sooo expensive.bang for buck i give it an 8
