My girlfriend and I did a staycation at the Hyatt Centric. Friendly staff and well located in the heart of North Point. Accessible to many F&B locations nearby with a prominent location by the harbour front which includes a garden path which you can enjoy a scroll after dinner by the Victoria harbour or simply a jog in the morning. Neighbouring the hotel, you can find all sorts of local jems from wet markets to special eats. We enjoyed a Michelin recommended Chiu Chow restaurant nearby the hotel which was only 5 minutes walking distance. The next morning, we went out to enjoy some local eats at a congee shop before heading back to the room to pack up and depart. Will definitely return!

I have read through different sites about staying in this property as well as recommended by friends and I must say that I am very satisfied with my accommodation. The room was lovely and me and my wife were given an Anniversary cake when we checked in. I am more surprised by Cruise. It was our first time and our experience was amazing. From the check in, accommodating us with our table request, to the food and drinks, to the bartenders and hostess. All are exceptional. Props to the Cruise Team. Overall, I recommend stayng here.

Firstly, all rooms have a view! Service was excellent, special mention for Caleb Tse at the front desk who anticipated and took care of every need of ours (we did have special needs)! Nice areas to walk nearby, and there’s access to outdoor space. There was a bit of a wait to get into the restaurant for the buffet breakfast (which was really lavish, plus they provide containers for takeaway), but that was understandable, considering the pandemic restrictions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed for 15 nights. The room size is not too big but enough for two. Bed is comfy. Nice seaview when sitting on the sofa. Staff are nice and helpful. Usually it takes around 1.5 hours to have the room ready after we requested to tidy up the room. Bed sheets changed around every 3 days. We don’t have a chance to use the facilities in the hotel due to covid but the cafe is quite ok. Price not too high and nice coffee. Housekeeping may be too busy sometimes close to the mid-night so no one answer but not a big deal as we can make the request at front desk as well.
