We had a really great stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt the unique charm and quality of the service. The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding area is easily accessible and the views are pleasant, making it an ideal place to explore the local scenery and culture.
The hotel staff are warm and attentive and show great professionalism, both in reception and room service. They always maintain an attentive and undisturbed service attitude, attentive to our needs and making the whole stay easy and enjoyable. As can be seen, they pride themselves on providing exceptional service and truly make guests feel at home.
We chose the standard room, which, although a basic room type, completely exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities such as comfortable beds, soft pillows and fully functional furniture. Everything is very well maintained and extremely reassuring. Even more pleasing, our room window also offers stunning views, which adds an extra surprise to the entire stay.
Overall, the stay was unforgettable, perfect in terms of setting, service and details. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to come here and can't wait to stay again to feel more of the good moments!

Very strategic location in Mongkok. Less than 5 minutes walk to the MTR station. Very convenient to the shopping area and many restaurant/cafe nearby. Convenient shop is just stone throw away and can pay with credit card in Circle K. Staff are friendly too. The hotel practices green environment, you can bring your bottle to review water on Level 3. And also remember to bring your own toothbrush and tooth paste. However, you can request (not sure need to pay or not) from the counter if you need. I was lucky that my floormates were mostly quiet and I have good sleep through out the night.

I often stay at a hotel in Hong Kong. It’s very convenient. It’s only 5 minutes away from the subway station. Next to it is the Sneaker Street Women’s Market, and of course there’s a lot of food. There is also a small gift for this stay, which is very thoughtful! Facilities: New and clean, the space is reasonable, and the suitcase can be opened. Due to space reasons, the beds in the twin room are basically pushed together. Service: The service is good. The front desk is enthusiastic and answers all questions. The taxi boss even held an umbrella for us and took us to the car on a rainy day. Hygiene: clean and tidy. Environment: There are many shopping malls such as Mannings and Watsons in the surrounding area. It is very close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. I will continue to consider staying here next time I come to Hong Kong.

This hotel is nothing fancy, just a good hotel in the middle of vibrant Ming Kok. It was perfect for our stay, a good price, friendly staff, a little off the tourist trail and with easy access to the airport by A21 bus. Our dual aspect room on the 19th floor was small but perfectly laid out with a great shower!

Very close and convenient to the MTR, Fa Yuen market, sneaker street and ladies market. Shop till you drop. There are other close specialty shopping areas here also in Mong Kok. Its about 15AUD in an uber flash to the star ferry terminal, 35AUD to the start of the Peak, if you dont want to walk down Nathan street. Uber worked really well. The hotel is very clean and quite new, no mould anywhere, staff very friendly. No sign of any protesting (Jan 2020) and we felt very safe taking teenage daughters here. There are a lot less tourists so no queues anywhere. Prebooked airport transfer was 70AUD (Taxi2airport.com) coming in, and an Uber large going back to the airport was 100AUD, ok for 4 people with 6 large bags. Yes rooms are smallish, and not for spending a lot of time in, or relaxing, just to base your exploring from. Aircon can be switched off or left on fan mode only. Some street noise to 25th floor but its a busy city only to be expected and not sleep interrupting. Small and good gym. Overall a good tourist hotel for a shopping base and to explore from.

From the outside, it looks amazing from its design. The room is cozy having a home feeling. The pillow and blanket are comfortable and just good. Nice place and clean. Also lobby smell good, it feels like orange or some fruits. Besides, Staffs are very friendly no matter front desk and housekeeping, service was great!

I was quite skeptical about living in Mongkok (hotel booked by wife). Was quite surprised when I reached the hotel, clean, friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t really like was the size of the room, the Manager, Angus offered us a good rate for the suite and we took it. No regrets after that. Hotel is closed to the train station, plenty of food around it. (Ichiran Ramen is just below) will definitely stay here the next time I go to Hong Kong! Keep up the good work.

Super nice and nice hotel. We found the area a bit less, especially in the evening. Sufficient eateries in the area and perfectly located near the metro. Hotel is luxurious and equipped with all conveniences. There is a shared lounge with coffee and tea and a roof terrace. There is a gym and the rooms are spacious and clean.

A brand new boutique hotel which is conveniently located in the busiest district in Hong Kong. Staff are friendly and the room is cozy. I really like the small cube with multi functions: USB charging, alarm, speaker, wireless phone charger, very user friendly for travelers.

All children are welcome, if child under 12 years old can use an existing bed free of charge. Request extra bed is only available on The Beacon Suite and extra HKD440 per night. Our double room is queen size bedding with 1.5m x 1.9m.

Due to limited lounge chairs and side table available at the G/F lobby, I would certainly recommend The LOUNGE at level three as mentioned above with plenty of chairs, stools and coffee tables in place which opens 24/7. Not to mention complimentary tea, coffee with water dispenser and beverage / snack vending machines.
Be reminded guestroom keycard is required for lift access to designated level.
