Yery low quality room and furniture, standard of a cheap guesthouse rather than hotel. I was first surprised by the low grade plastic chair, one which you won't even find in most fast food restaurant. No sofa, but a cheap wooden chair with a flattened mattress. The bed has no headboard, the mattress is hard with no elasticity. TV sound poor. The only thing good is a powerful shower. Most furniture worn out. Just see the photos. No gym, no restuarnt, no food supply... how can this be 4 star? The 'lowest price' of HKD517 incl tax is over priced. Another nearby hotel truly of 4 star quality cost only less than HKD700 is much much better.

I arrived at COZi Harbour View Hotel on 29 August. I am still deeply shocked about the insane rules at this 3 day quarantine hotel. Hotel management has set up rules that may be appropriate for a prison but not for a hotel for which I have paid a significant amount of money. A special arrival area for quarantine "guests" is set up on the ground floor level of the building. Every wall is covered by plastic sheeting. There is nothing that resembles a welcoming hotel lobby. Arriving in my room on the 31 floor (this has a very nice habour view), I found nothing but 10 x 380 ml water bottles together with some paper cups. No tea bags, no coffee bags, no glasses or porcelane cups for drinks, no nothing. The dinner pack (3 x food per day is included in the quarantine deal) was delivered to my door. I pre-ordered vegetarian food. What I got were a handful of small vegetable pieces in a disgusting tasting brown sauce (mainland style food). Looking closely, there may have been a few pieces of tofu within the sauce...and rice, of course. The taste of the dinner meal (as well as the breakfast meal delivered next morning) was so bad that I decided to pour it into the toilet after having tried a few pieces. The quality of the food was at a level to be expected during a stay in jail but not while staying at a hotel. The food supply is obviously outsourced to the lowest priced bidder. I brought my own supply of coffee and asked the hotel staff to provide me a porcelain cup as the paper cups are not really suitable for hot coffee. This request was denied two times by front desk staff. Sleeping arrangements: The mattress of the bed is enclosed by a layer of plastic sheeting, just like for people who cannot hold onto their body fluids due to a severe illness. There is a thin cotton sheet put over the plastic. The pillows are also enclosed by a thick layer of plastic with an outer thin cotton layer. Did you ever try to sleep in a bed with plastic foil sheeting? It is quite sweaty! Just talked to the hotel manager on duty and she said that all the above is due to government regulations. Hmmmm...decide yourself if this is credible. She finally offered a coffee mug as special deal just for me. Thank you! Still waiting to receive it. I am looking forward getting out of this insane hotel, hopefully in 48 hours.

For future confinees: DO NOT GO to Hotel Cozi Harbourview (Kwun Tong): 👎 Dirty/ poor hygiene (hair & dust on the carpet, stains on the floor, mould in the shower and on the curtains… when I asked for a deep clean as soon as I arrived, or a vacuum, they denied and said that no vacuums are allowed.) 👎 Bed is as hard as a brick. This results in back pain every day 👎 Uneatable food 👎 When ordering Deliveroo they bring it to your door only 15-20mn after it has been delivered to the hotel. The good aspects: 👍 Nice view 👍 Spacious

We stayed here for our 7 day quarantine only bec this was the last 2 Rooms left and the size is decent. However we first noticed that the bed was really TOO HARD that it gave us both black pains every morning and the carpet was not vacuumed at it has so many strands of long hair (we both had short hair) . We called the hotel from just before 11 am but someone answered only just about 4pm. Yes, 5 hours we kept trying to call them bec we wanted to borrow a vacuum cleaner at first and bec our lunch wasn’t served. I reported this poor cleaning condition to the Food and Health Bureau, the agency designated to list the quarantine hotels which has not replied back to me as well. I also wrote to the hotel with no reply. When someone finally took our call, that’s the only time I managed to complain to the duty manager Peggy who was giving me excuses when no one could pick up the phone from front desk to operator and housekeeping for 5 hours. I asked to refund me for the meal they skipped (during Father’s Day) but instead I agreed she gives us some bread, pastry, coffee and juice for the remaining days bec their breakfast, lunch and dinner would almost everyday have the same chicken with the same sauce and vegetables😞🤦‍♀️. Only the menu stated it differently but the chicken is always cooked the same.I couldn’t eat the same dish and vegetables anymore after the 4th day. AVOID OR DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I have stayed in a number of hotels of the same brand Cozi in different districts of Hong Kong. On comparison, this one in Kwun Tong is rather aged, not so clean, lack of restaurants. My room is facing harbour and the view is not that "WOW" as expected. Somehow, I regret that I couldn't get a wonderful view because quite often it rained during my stay and the window glass was covered with water stains and steam (on the exterior). I didn't see similar situation in my previous stay in other hotels in rainy days. The interior of room is spacious with sufficient amenities. The shower is very good, strong and hot. Air con works well. Quite some TV channels which I enjoy. The bed is surprisingly low, quite hard which is however my liking. The carpet, bedding, towels are not the most hygienic ones. Located in traditional industrial district but there's rapid change recently in the vicinity with many modern office buildings and shopping malls established. Transportation is excellent with all kinds of public vehicles and to everywhere you can think of. The big mall APM is less than 10 mins away on foot. No restaurants inside this hotel. There're quite some choices around though. It's 10 mins from the waterfront on foot, a good place for jogging and relaxing. Ferries are available, to HK island. Overall this is not a bad choice (given the price is good) if one wants to explore Kowloon East.

Because of house moving and renovation, I stayed at Hotel Cozi Harbour View Kwun Tong for the last 5 months. Even though I encounter the threats of Covid19 during my stay here, I will say I experience an excellent hotel service here which most of the staff are so helpful, reliable and professional. Thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Alan Wong, your people skill is so wonderful. Your strong problem solving capability always makes me felt you are standing with the best benefit of the customer. My thumb up!! Also, the another manager, Thomas Li also performed very good in communication. Your friendliness impressed me so much. I am also so happy to have the help from the Concierge Ken Chow and Lok Lun. You guys are found to be so responsive and willing to try all your best to address my every request. Of course, I will never forget House Keeping lady, Sally Xiang. You are so efficient in cleaning my room and allow me just like staying at my sweet home. I love the chocolate left on my desk on Christmas Eve. Small thing means a lot to me. I also want to share a little “incident” during my stay here. I forgot to lock my safety box at my room when I went out one day. But that day was a room cleaning day. I called back to the senior management Kelly Lau and reported it. She was so professional to disable the lock of my room immediately and waited for my return and allowed me to check if anything missing. I want to appreciate: 1. The management team is very responsive and with high quality; 2. I feel very safe to stay here as all the staff is trustworthy. But, of course, it is the customer’s full responsibility to take care of our own belongings and valuables appropriately. All in all, I will rate it as 9.9 over 10 for my stay in the last 5 months. Not only the staff deserved my high appreciation, but also the lovely environment and perfect location shared this high rating. Though it is a 4 start hotel, the sea view is fascinating especially in the evening. It is highly comparable to those 6 start hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai and Central. I also enjoy running at the Kwun Tong Seaside Park, which is just 1 minute away from the hotel. Also, the transportation is also perfect. It takes only 5-6 minutes away from the nearest MTR station and 4-5 minutes to the bus stops of having over 50 routes to the different areas of the city. If I have the need to stay in a hotel again, Hotel Cozi Kwun Tong is definitely my number one choice and I would recommend to all the people I know. Thank you once again to make my stay here safe, pleasurable and enjoyable. Customer: Phyllis Chau

Harbour Suite was huge and there were windows on either side, providing excellent views of the Kai Tak cruise terminal. Unbeatable sea view, comfy room and friendly staff. Convenient location with shopping mall and some restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay again.

If cruising out of Hong Kong 🇭🇰 this is a great place to staying either before or after your cruise. Pluses are great views (if room is on the harbour side), free shuttle bus from hotel to nearby shopping malls and MTR rail stations (although this service will finish sometime in January), and plenty of nearby restaurants Minus is beds are very hard, and not enough pillows.

Had a pleasant 2 night stay in the Cozi Suite room, which is huge with a large bedroom and equally large lounge and kitchen/dining area meaning it is a wonderful escape from the city. There’s a big bathtub and nice very soft towels provided, but the bed I found to be very hard. There are huge windows on either side giving you a great harbour and city view over the Kai Tak cruise terminal to the famous Victoria Harbour skyline. The location is fine, closest MTR is Ngau Tau Kok but I recommend using Kwun Tong as there are multiple shopping malls and supermarkets close by, and the walk is maybe 10 minutes through an interesting local streetscape. All in all a positive experience. The size of the suite is unbeatable for the price! .

Room was huge and comfortable with a great view of the Harbour. Front office staff were friendly and patient in accommodating my family’s request. Shuttle Bus to Kwun Tong MTR was a nice touch. Hotel is also near apm Mall with a good selection of retail, F&B and a supermarket. Best of all, room rates were reasonable. Highly recommended!
