Just book this hotel if you are looking a place to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui area. Hotel OTTO, opened in May 2017, room condition is very good, nice design, nice bathroom. Staffs are very helpful. Hotel located on Cameron road, walking distance to Mira Mall, K11, The ONE, many restaurants around.

Best place to stay when you're in HK. Located in a convenient area where d subway is just at d street, easy to go anywhere. Rooms r clean & comfy, space js enough for a good stay. Staffs r friendly & helpful. Worth it indeed 👍🏻

Where do I start? First they say there’s no record of my booking and payment. Even though I show the confirmation on my computer. Still charged me for a room on arrival. Next day they notify me that I’ve paid twice. Difficult to get refund. On the second day I can’t get back into my room. Apparently the hotel key cards need to be renewed every day. Air conditioning does not work. Poor customer service, even when management become involved. Don’t be tricked by the nice photos and pricing. This place is a disaster.

Bed is slightly creaky but everything is new and comfortable. Hotel is 1 min walk from MTR exit and easy to get around Hong Kong at this location. We took the airport transfer to Kowloon and took a taxi (around 10 mins ride) to the hotel (to avoid taking the MTR which is a longer route). Food choices are plentiful within the same area. Room is slightly small but it's expected of most hong kong hotels. Bed is on a raised platform and you can store your luggage below the bed, which helps a lot when the room is tiny and there's barely any walking space. Stayed at this hotels on their 2nd week of opening, restaurants at level 2 & 3 are still undergoing renovation work but no noise impact when we stayed at level 5.
