Very good hotel with clean and well designed small rooms. Quick check-in and out. Would recommend and come back for a short stay in HK near Tsim Sha Tsui. One issue: noisy! The room is poorly isolated from the neighbouring room. Other than that the room was perfect for a business trip.

Super convenient location. Nice room design. Clean and comfortable. Free 1 time minibar (3 can of carbonated drinks) Outdoor deck at lobby with seats, so you can enjoy or have a quick catch up with your friends there too.

I traveled alone to Hong Kong in Sep 2018 and stayed at the Otto Hotel. I booked the Superior room for HKD 750 a night. Pros: 1) Everything is new and clean. Automatic curtain and it can totally block out the light. Air conditioning is quiet and effective. 2) Bathroom is nice 3) WIFI is very fast 4) Tsim Sha Tsui MTR B2 exit is about 50 m away. See my photo. 5) Many restaurants and shops around. I recommend Tao Heung at NO.3 Minden Row for breakfast. Their steamed char siew bun is very nice. Its a big restaurant but I felt comfortable sitting at a table by myself. I also recommend Chee Kei at Lock Road for their wanton noodles. 6) Check in and out super fast 7) One mtr stop from the high speed rail station to Guangzhou. From the start, I was welcomed by a very warm crew of staffs who let me check in a few hours early. I was traveling alone, so how conveniently the hotels are located were of very high importance to me. In that regard, The Otto Hotel was a 10 hotel. I could walk virtually everywhere in TST within 5 - 10 mins at the most. I loved to take the ferry to Central, and the walk was only less than 10 mins to get to the ferry. Also, it is 30 seconds away from the TST station, so weather you go to Airport or HK Island, the locational convenience is guaranteed. Plus, the rooms looked all new, and reasonably sized in HK standards. The only problem I had was the smell from the bathroom. I stayed there while on a business trip for a couple of nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff was quick and efficient to check me in and out. The hotel is very close to MTR exit so very convenient to travel around.

Arrived at 1.30pm and told by a very frosty lady that had to wait for my room. No problem but a smile and bit of courtesy would be highly welcomed... Apart from that, the room was great (but smelt of cigarette in the morning) and a good size for HK. The rooms was extremely clean and the bed perfect for an excellent sleep. Lifts are very slow during busy times and the voice of the lady 'closing doors' is most annoying for a hotel lift... Location: Perfect Good night sleep: Perfect. Stay again : oh yes !!! Highly recomended.

Great location, nested with many local eateries, close by to the shopping belts of Tsim Sha Tsui as well as TST MTR within 4mins walking distance. The rooms were well lit & designed for space and comfort, free wifi and minibar. Staff is very helpful and polite which made my stay pleasant! Highly recommended not just it’s close to my office.

Very solid hotel with a few caveats. The hotel must be recently refurbished/open since the rooms are showing very few signs of tear. The standard room is with twin beds and quite small but well designed. There's a new TV in the wall and a small cupboard next to the beds. The bathroom is really nice and the shower booth is modern. For at 3* hotel it's a great choice. Staff was nice and helpful. There are some things you need to be aware of though. First of all, the room is quite small and if you have suitcases it's difficult to find space for it. Secondly, it's quite loud, there is poor isolation towards the hallway so noise can easily come from that direction. This hotel location is excellent with TST MTR just next to it. staff in this hotel are all friendly and helpful especially the Ground Floor staff. Room is small but cosy and clean, There are only 4 rooms on each level which was quiet

I stayed at the Otto hotel on two separate occasions in June 2018. I have never left a review on trip advisor but following my experience with Otto, I feel compelled to. My initial reservations about staying in a old Hongkong building was dispelled immediately. I had expected Ikea furnishings, thin walls and slow lifts but they were all unfounded. Not only was the hotel new, but the built quality was fantastic. It is apparent that the owners have spared little expenses in creating classy yet functional spaces within the hotel itself. I will go as far as to say that design concepts give many international chains a run for their money. The positive experience would not have been possible without the staff.
