Second visit to HKG and have stayed in TST to soak up the energy during New Year parties...Otto is a new highrise hotel in the middle of it all. But it is very quiet. Each floor has just 4 or 5 units. Lobby area was a bit noisy through my door when others came and went, but otherwise quiet. New and well appointed room. Wifi was decent. Staff were very efficient and cordial. I'll stay again. Enjoy HKG!

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. Stay was from 1am to 6pm for a particular day. As they shared that late checkout was on discretionary basis, I decided to book 2 nights so as not to leave the late checkout by chance. Unfortunately, despite requesting in advance for either a queen bed or for the twin beds to be joined together, nothing was done and the receptionist shared that nothing could be done. It was a disappointing stay.

perfect central TST location. All staff gave good and fast service. Price/quality ratio very good. Small, but nicely designed room. Fresh interior. Will definitely stay there next time in HK Recommend for all travellers

I chose to stay within the central area of Tsim Tsa Tsui this January and so I picked this new hotel to try it out, as it had good reviews. It seemed more affordable than the surrounding 3 star hotels and the location was perfect. Pros: Location. It is is just a few meters away from TST mtr exit A/B, and to the Nathan road bus lines. Beside it is a bakery, watsons, 7-11, KFC, Mcdonalds, yoshinoya, etc... everything you’ll need to cover the day touring Kowloon and HK. Rooms: very very clean. Comfy bed. Automated curtain. Good sized windows. Plenty of mirrors. Just enough space to put 2 medium sized suitcases on the floor. It has a mini fridge too. Bedside usb charging ports was convenient. Is good hotel for one night, location is top, have subway exit just in front hotel gate.., room is small like many hotels in HK, furniture is new and clean, room also clean, good deal with price, the staff at reception very nice!

Clean rooms in a centralized location . Just steps from the MTR Tsim Sha Shui , exit B2. The airport shuttle to and from Kowloon station is just at the street end . Staff are friendly. The doorman at level 1 are very helpful too. The hotel lobby is in level 3 though and the entrance of the hotel is a narrow shop space . But , you wouldn’t miss it . Lots of food nearby. Macdonalds , KFC , noodle shops and a very nice Dim Sum shop are all around 5 mins walk . Just ask the doorman to direct you .

Worth for the money paid in term of location ( mtr tsim sha tsui b2 just opposite the hotel) room is big enough unlike other hotel. Clean and very relaxing One of the hotel i will stay when i back to hk again

The OTTO Hotel which in Hong Kong Tsim Shi Tsui is a excellent hotel. Nice service and installation, and every waiter and waitress was friendly and obliging, especially the doorman . High recommended.

Being in a country where MTR is the main mode of transportation around, having one station set within 2 mins of walk from the hotel is great. Hotel may be a bit hard to notice at first, but if you are aware that there's a Japanese confectionery store right beside it's door, it wouldn't be much of a problem. Check in lobby is at the 3rd floor which you will be directed by the guard at ground floor. The pathway and lift are a little small for carrying luggage around. Receptionist can generally converse fluently in English and Mandarin. Check in and check out is smooth and no deposit was requested. Room is also quite small, we brought big luggage and have to keep it half open against the wall, either that or u can push it down under the bed where a space is provided. They…

Stayed 3 nights recently & love the hotel for its convenience! 2 mins walk to MTR ; eateries & shops are just next door when you step out of the hotel. No issue with street noise or room next door, all quiet & peaceful on 17th level. All staff are friendly & helpful. Will stay again!
