We were originally scheduled for check in at the OTTO Hotel this morning on the 14th of July. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances and relative flight cancellations arising from Covid-19 we were unable to continue the reservation. We proceeded to ask for a cancellation and full refund. The general manager, Simon was extremely understanding in this situation and allowed a full refund although our booking was under the non refundable scheme. He even called up Agoda and explained everything and provided us with a local Agoda number to call. The whole thing was very efficient and we highly appreciate the Hotel, staff and Simons help. So as long as everything works out, I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everybody.

This hotel located in heart of TST (Tsim Sha Tsui) so I decided to book this hotel because it convenient for me travel especially you have subway just outside hotel and loads of taxi go pass the hotel not even that there a airport express bus just literally 5mins walk from the hotel. Once I arrived in Hong Kong on 30th June after staying at Dorsett Hotel in Tsuen Wan for 14 days quarantine it's the worst hotel to stay so after the quarantine I decided not to stay there lucky I have plan this way back to stay in another hotel after quarantine since February. We booked this trip at the height of unrest of HKG, tourism has dropped 40% prices are soft, we got a great deal, by the time we got there, Coronavirus was started to inflict fear, prices were dropping even more, hotel is in the heart of TST, walking distance to all transport, TST metro station is just 100meter away, new hotel of less than 2 years, well kept, wonderful staff, rooms are small, but works if you only want a place to wash and sleep.

Pros: Close to TST subway, obviously many shops and restaurants around, even to crowded for some people. Great blackout curtains. Staff very polite, specially the door mam. Fast and reliable WIFI. Clean room, clean toilet. Great shower. Aircond worked perfect. Cons: Bed was really uncomfortable, hard mattress. Weird smell from the carpet on the entrance of the hotel.

GOOD The staff is relatively better than in other hotels in Hong Kong. The shower is great. Good view from the room. Center of TST. Good decoration. Internet is good. BAD: The street is probably one of the most crowded of HK. It's very hard to walk there. The room is too small The bed is VERY small The pillow is too big and too hard, I could not use it to sleep.

The Otto Hotel is one of the many "upstairs" boutique hotels that arised around the various streets in TST over the year. This was ideally located near Nathan Road and have a clear view of Cameron Road. It's a great spot with lots of food choices all within walking distance. You can check out the numerous "char chan teng" around the area, that have been refurnished with trendy and chic themes. Definitely great for Instagrammers! I would definitely go back again when order and peace is restored in the country.

Hotel check in process was very efficient, we got into the city really early, about 5-6 hours before check in, the receptionist let us leave our bags an told us our room would be about 2 hours, after a 12 hour flight we decided to have a little wander around. After 2 hours we returned and the receptionist had our room ready. The room itself was on the small side, as I imagine most rooms in Hong Kong to be. No room at all to store luggage (we had to keep our suitcases under the bed) but the room was clean, modern and air conditioned with free soft drinks in the mini bar on arrival and water throughout our stay. This hotel is a gem right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with the MTR (Metro System) station literally 20 metres opposite the hotel entrance. All the staff is super friendly, from the entrance of the hotel and the receptionists to the maintenance and housekeeping personnel. In particular we would like to thank Tenny and James for their excellent customer service. The rooms are super smartly designed, clean, well ventilated and air-conditioned. There is also a mini bar and as a welcome they feel up 3 soft drinks and waters. Bottled water is also free of charge for the duration of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel which is within minutes of walk to the seafront and the breathtaking views of Hong Kong.

Take bus A21 from the airport to hotel. Upon alighting from the bus, turn right, left on the forst corner Cameron road. Walk straight down about 50 meters. The hotel is across the road. Check in was a breeze. The room is modern with comfy beds. Cleanliness though was a letdown. The ledge by the wimdow had hand smudges all over as well as the bathroom counter. The next day, September 24, when we arrived late afternoon, we noticed the toilet was not cleaned & heaven knows what else. With all the positive reviews, this was quite a disappointment.
