This hotel located in heart of TST (Tsim Sha Tsui) so I decided to book this hotel because it convenient for me travel especially you have subway just outside hotel and loads of taxi go pass the hotel not even that there a airport express bus just literally 5mins walk from the hotel.
Once I arrived in Hong Kong on 30th June after staying at Dorsett Hotel in Tsuen Wan for 14 days quarantine it's the worst hotel to stay so after the quarantine I decided not to stay there lucky I have plan this way back to stay in another hotel after quarantine since February.
Once I arrived to this hotel I greetings by security officer/ which they are really helpful and friendly helping you take to the lift and hotel lift and press the floor you need to for the reception
Arriving at the reception greeting from the reception staff they are friendly and helpful and I was too early to check-in so they let me check-in and they also see if the room is ready and the room was ready so they told me to leave your luggage at reception and come back an hour time your room should be ready so I come back an hour time and the room is ready and also they told me we have upgraded your room.
So I went to the room and check it out. I mean it's small but the hotel is lovely and room is fantastic and stylish but most important is the room is very clean to be honest you just need a room to sleep unless you going to stay in the room all day lol and it's reasonable price.
There is mini fridge which is free I think it one time according to the reception because there no pricelist of the drink in the mini fridge.l but the cleaner top it up everyday when cleaning the room. I haven't take any drink after they top up the fridge. If you have taken any drink after they top up the fridge let me know lol.
The only thing is there no hdmi input or google casting also the cable TV is not HD only the local channel is HD. Overall the stay is so perfect because the hotel is near to all local restaurant, shopping district and bars.
I would like to say thank you all the staff.
I would love to come back and stay here and that I will be definitely for the price I pay for and definitely recommend friends and family to stay this amazing hotel.

There's not much that could be improved for this hotel. Location is perfect: taxis, metro, airport shuttle are just around the corner and many places can be reached quite conveniently by foot (if weather allows it). I enjoyed the excellent room, with a great bed, fantastic bathroom, high quality wifi and a nice view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Even the security guards were friendly and always in good mood. Not the cheapest place but definitely worth every penny. Would immediately decide to stay here again next time I'm in HK.

The prime location of the Otto Hotel makes it exceptionally convenient. Situated just steps away from Nathan Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and various bus stops, including Bus # A21 providing seamless airport transportation. The proximity to a plethora of fantastic dining and shopping options further enhances its appeal.
Our accommodation in this boutique hotel was exceptional. The room exuded modernity and functionality, with a comfortable bed. Accessible power outlets and USB ports met our charging needs seamlessly. The room's impeccable cleanliness was maintained daily by the housekeeper, who ensured replenishment of water bottles. The room had essential amenities such as a safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a selection of beverages including coffee, tea, and a few free soft drinks.
The staff at Otto Hotel went above and beyond with their super-friendly and helpful demeanor.
My stay was enjoyable, and without a doubt, I plan to return on my next visit to Hong Kong. I wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel for its unbeatable combination of affordable pricing, central location, pristine room conditions, and outstanding staff, making Otto Hotel the obvious choice for any traveler.

I never rant about hotels but this is my WORST experience ever. Super disappointed with the customer service and the manager’s attitude. The air conditioner is always dropping dirty yellow droplets, on the floor, on my chair, on the outlets (which is a major electrical hazard). I saw tiny white bugs beside my bed. The washroom does not get the AC. The staff keep calling my phone when I say do not disturb. The cleaning guy touched my clothes and under wear while I was gone (I found out because he folded it, which is violating my privacy / uncomfortable) . Most importantly, they have hidden fees. The phone says I can make international calls but they didn’t say that there was a charge. I only knew when I went to the front desk and then they randomly slapped a $160 fee right in my face. Actually at first they said $22, so although I was already surprised, I gave in and paid. Theb they called me a few hours later to tell me I have to pay an additional $130 which I was shocked at because first of all, it never said I had to pay and when I asked the front desk to help me activate the long distance, he never mentioned it to me. Secondly, I would’ve just used wifi to call then if I knew. Thirdly, I don’t mind if I have to pay, but I absolutely am disgusted at hidden fees and false advertising, it is super unethical and unacceptable behaviour.

The soundproof work of this hotel really need to improve. You can hear everything your next door is doing, e.g., talking on the phone, watching TV, packing, etc. And the noise got quite loud and obvious at night. Wifi is poor with slow connection. Room had a weird, unpleasant humid smell and the bathroom smelt like vomit between 8-9pm every night. The bed was quite narrow and small. The only nice thing about this hotel is the location.

I came here for my solo staycation to celebrate my birthday. I discovered The Otto for the first time when I searched for hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui and picked it based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I wanted to wake up in the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, and The Otto is in the heart of the heart of everything.
The room's on the smaller side, but a good size for a solo staycation. Luckily for me, I didn't have any noise issues or hear my neighbours' activities. I enjoyed peace and tranquility.
The Otto is a great bargain for their unbeatable location. By saving money on accommodation, I got to allocate my budget to other enjoyable activities, such as movies and food.

We were originally scheduled for check in at the OTTO Hotel this morning on the 14th of July. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances and relative flight cancellations arising from Covid-19 we were unable to continue the reservation. We proceeded to ask for a cancellation and full refund. The general manager, Simon was extremely understanding in this situation and allowed a full refund although our booking was under the non refundable scheme. He even called up Agoda and explained everything and provided us with a local Agoda number to call. The whole thing was very efficient and we highly appreciate the Hotel, staff and Simons help. So as long as everything works out, I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everybody.

We have planned to stay in the beautiful OTTO Hotel for 3 nights. But due to some circumstances we were not able to travel, and the hotel was very responsive and generous to handle this issue.
