Pros:
the room is spacious and functional in terms of HK standard. At least I can open the suitcase without a problem.
I like the bathroom is not too open, with sink, toilet bowl and shower all in 1 unit (some hotels in HK are so small that they need to put the sink in the room which I dun like). Beds are comfy. Decent size of wardrobe with safe and fridge.
The location is unbeatable.

Cons:
Cleanliness is far from expectation. While the mug in rooms is not clean, the bed board feels tired and unclean. The most disgusting place is the board behind the bed (where electric plugs and switcher for lights are located). The dust is so thick there I can even see footprints/ handprints from either the cleaner or previous guests.
The TV remote control shows there is Netflix but actually it is not available.

First time at this hotel. Hard to find as it has only a doorway shopfront on Granville Road and it is all too easy to walk past.
But I found it and was expecting that I would have to just drop my luggage and wander for hours - arrived just before 10 and listed check in is from 3.
Not the greatest few hours to contemplate after a long flight (no sleep). But the receptionist turned into an angel before my eyes by letting me into my room early as it was ready. Bliss and relief.
Facilities are great, though my room was less lux than the one in the photo. Smaller and no sofa, but with views over the roofs of HK commensurate with being on the 14th floor (not so joyous when someone didn't put on their aircon when showering and set off the fire alarm a few days later)
Fridge and hotel type safe included but no access to a microwave. Shower good though design meant I had to get into the stall and unhook the shower to start it or spray self and bathroom with cold water to start. And no soap in the washhandbasin (bit weird)
Mr reception kept his halo as I left by letting me lurk on a reception sofa (check out 12...flight 23.30)

Greatest advantage of the hotel would be the location. Probably one of the most convenient hotels given the price point, with the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade, K11 Musea within about 10-15 minutes’ walk, and the MTR station less than 5 minutes away.

The room was far from clean. The room smelled a little musty and was rather dusty, especially at the headboard of the bed. There were also many stains in the toilet, especially on the small shelves in the toilet near the mirror. Not sure if there are fleas on the bed, but my friend got some sort of bites after waking up in the morning.

The room itself is also quite small, with no space to walk once you lay out your luggage. Although shampoo and body gel are provided, conditioner and hand soap are not.

The front desk staff was also not very friendly. On our first day, we decided not to get the room cleaned but wanted clean towels, so we headed to the front desk. We explained that we opted not to have the room cleaned, but wanted to ask for 2 extra towels. However, the first thing that the staff said was that we didn’t get towels because we had placed the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. We had to explain once again that we understood that, and we simply wanted extra towels. He begrudgingly headed to grab some towels, but it was not a nice encounter.

As another reviewer has mentioned, would be good to check out the history of the hotel if you are superstitious.

Did not bother with the hotel laundry due to our experience, not sure if there is even one offered. There is a laundromat just 100 metres away (cut through the alley next to Cotton On), Mama 24hours Laundromat, which is technically a self-service laundromat, but an uncle there was extremely helpful and all I had to do was leave my laundry there and collect it once it was done.

Overall, not a hotel I would return to, nor one I would recommend staying in.

Not expensive accommodation that sits in the middle of Tsim sha Tsui area.

Easy to access by airport express free shuttle bus (get of at Luxe Manor stop) and walk for few minutes. Quiet, Clean, comfort bed and pillows.

Hotel sign is a bit hidden among other signs, be noted it situated slightly opposite of The Body Shop on another side.

We reached hotel before noon and, without request, the staff told us we can leave our luggages with them, and they give us a deposit tags. That's nice!

GOOD
Very good bed - good pillows - good air con
Very good shower
Very fast Internet
Right in the center of TST
Room was well decorated

BAD
Staff is rude (normal for HK though)
Bad smell in the lobby
Sometimes the air con was bringing weird smells

All in all, probably my favorite budget hotel in Hong Kong.

Soravit is located smack in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and so it’s easy to get around or hop onto the MTR. Nathan Road is barely a minute away and there are shops and eateries immediately downstairs as you step out of the quaint hotel. It’s rather new and so everything is still pretty much spick and span. We had a Superior King Room. While the room wasn’t large, the king-sized bed made up for it. It also has one of the best showers I’ve ever had. Housekeeping did a great job every day with the room and bathroom; all nice and clean. Adrian checked me in at the front desk and he was very polite and welcoming. I’d stay at Soravit again next time I’m in Hong Kong. Hop on the complimentary K4 shuttle from Kowloon Station; get off at the stop for Soravit and it’s just a couple minutes walk to the hotel. Great stay. Thanks, Soravit!

Perfect location in TST where you can experience the best of both worlds. Walking distance to Nathan Road (luxury) and also 5 minutes from the MTR line (Tsim Sha Tsui Station) to experience a more localized way of living. It is across the street from many shops which carry toiletries/novelty items and they are open late. The entrance to the hotel is unassuming. There is a staff member downstairs at all times to greet you / provide security. Check in is on the third level. The wifi works utilizing a given code however I had to log on each time I would return to the hotel. The room is equipped with a samsung device loaded with maps, information, ticketing options, etc to act as your city guide. You can make domestic calls using this as well (very helpful). The restaurant attached to the hotel will deliver (in place of room service which they did not have). The beds were okay - but the showers were fantastic. The A/C's coolest temperature still felt a little warm. To me, the price range reflects the premium location and I would return for that reason mainly. The rest of the hotel is good (nothing stellar, but not a concern).

Neat Thai interior designer boutique 4 star hotel just off central area of Tsimshatsui, with really tightly fit rooms but great for business visitors.
It's near transport links, huge variety of Asian foods and Western foods such as Knutsford Terrace and quality food marts abound such as M&S to meet your desire for deli foods.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a layover between Europe and Australia. Decided to break the journey and explore HK.

Hotel is clean, everything worked as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, a few minutes walk from TST MRT and from Nathan Road. Entrance is on a sidestreet but it is well lit with lots of shops so no need to be put off by that.
