Apartment is in good location TST, but current there is a big construction site of a new building opposite to apartment (say 30m). Room is clear but small, the arrange basic clear up service except washing dishes. But I think it make sense. Window is not so big. Staff is nice and helpful. The drop off and pick up by car is easy in front of door of apartment.
Our family of 3 including a 8-month old stayed two weeks at this great apartment/hotel when visiting families in Hong Kong. We booked an extra night as we landed at 5am local time and needed a place to rest and freshen up. Upon arrival, Lilian, the lady working the check in desk greeted us and directed our cab on where to park/drop off, helped us with our luggage and when we offered her a tip she refused as she took pride of her great service. We were on the top floor with a great view of the Victoria Harbour and part of the skyline (we didn't need a clock in our room as we see the clock display on the ICC tower). There are two elevators and never took longer than a couple minutes for us to go up/down. The room was great size with a bath tub, vanity, closet, kitchenette which was handy for our baby, couch, side table and a king size bed. The hotel provided us a pack and play and we even had enough space to lay down a playmat. Our room was serviced every day discreetly. The hotel is in a very central location being close to many local eateries, shopping malls, public transportation and the pier/harbor. We enjoyed this place and the hospitality and will stay with them again.…
There is a kind of smell of cooked fish or seafood. And bathroom is rather small. Kitchenware can be more well-maintained. So far the location is great and staff are nice and efficient. And much appreciated that a mini kitchen is provided.
Convenient location in good condition with comfortable rooms of a good size. However, the best part is that the staff is exceptional addressing any needs that may arise and even anticipating challenges that you may encounter. When I have asked for assistance with outside errands or issues, they took extra care to personally take care of me saving me time and trouble. This is also on a dead end street, which makes it quieter than many places in HK.
Nice apartment hotel at good location. If you are foreign tourists, you'd better bring a power adaptor since there is only 1 US/Japanese power outlet. I didn't know how cold it is in Hong Kong in December. I shiver with cold. Housekeeper brought me an additional blanket and a portable heater. Kitchenette is nice. There is no dish though. Power outlet is too far away to dry my hair in front of the mirror. It wasn't bad overall.
Its one of the rare hotel which gives Kitchenette in Kowloon at a reasonable rate. The service and wifi are also really good. Close by to all nearby attractions and even the metro stations and restaurants.
Hotel lobby under reservation during our visit, this did not have any impact on our stay, the staff had to use one of the hotel rooms, so always available and very helpful, nothing to much trouble for them. Hotel is in a good location, metro local and just a few minuets from the Star ferry landing. Hotel gives you the use of a Handy Smart phone, this is great for navigating Hong Kong, down load one of the metro APP's, this will guide you form metro station to metro station with exits. Taxi to Hotel from airport £28, very reasonable price considering the distance. I would highly recommend the purchase of a Octopus Card, you can get this at the airport when you land. If you are a senior it gives you a big discount on the Metro. This card is accepted in many places not just the Metro. You will need your passport to get other senior discounts. One thing that really annoyed me was the minimum pricing in some of the bars and restaurants. We visited the stilt village, stopped for a drink, when we looked at the menu you had to spend a minimum price for a drink to sit in the bar. Okay on certain circumstances you have to pay a premium, but to charge the same price for your child's small soft drink as you pay for a pint of beer, rip off !!! Have a good Holiday…
Excellent location for this apartment means good connectivity & neighbourhood. But no views from room ! I found the size of room quite small, but my hubby said that was quite good as per Hongkong standards . There was a kitchenette as well, but practically cooking is not a good idea in that much space, quite congested. Location is really good. They have Chungking Mansions hardly 150 yards away where you can get the best exchange rates as well as Indian food. Even water is reasonably priced there . Then Ocean Centre is also at walking distance. There are a lot of shopping options there. Harbour is also very close. You can easily spend your evening there. We did a Aqua Luna Cruise which I found better than those ferries. Aqua Luna reminds you of Pirates of the Caribbean. Above all Ashley Road has good connectivity to Airport. While coming to Citadines we took Airport metro & then shuttle . Then from Citadines they arranged a Taxi for us for HKD230.…
The location is very convenient on a quiet, dead-end street in the middle Tsim Sha Tsui. It is a good value for the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, well-kept room with good amenities.
location was perfect and clean, wide, interior was good too. they have free mobile phone. can share internet. using google map with free phone. nothing bad! i requested smoking room, they say nothing about that before i ask again.
