Our family of 3 including a 8-month old stayed two weeks at this great apartment/hotel when visiting families in Hong Kong. We booked an extra night as we landed at 5am local time and needed a place to rest and freshen up. Upon arrival, Lilian, the lady working the check in desk greeted us and directed our cab on where to park/drop off, helped us with our luggage and when we offered her a tip she refused as she took pride of her great service.
We were on the top floor with a great view of the Victoria Harbour and part of the skyline (we didn't need a clock in our room as we see the clock display on the ICC tower). There are two elevators and never took longer than a couple minutes for us to go up/down. The room was great size with a bath tub, vanity, closet, kitchenette which was handy for our baby, couch, side table and a king size bed. The hotel provided us a pack and play and we even had enough space to lay down a playmat.
Our room was serviced every day discreetly. The hotel is in a very central location being close to many local eateries, shopping malls, public transportation and the pier/harbor.
We enjoyed this place and the hospitality and will stay with them again.

I stayed with my daughter, so i guess it is sort of couple trip,
Check in was very easy.
Since I booked thru booking.com, I put a note that I would check in late night. So when we arrived at Modena, there was only 1 staff and she's ready with check in form with my name on it.
Room was quite spacious for HK standard. It was Suite Premier, so the kitchen provides a one-burner electric stove also. Quite useful for us. We ended up always had dinners in the unit instead of eating out.
All amenities were there, even loofah and cotton pads were provided.
Modena is not a hotel, it's an apartment. It does not have restaurants nor gym. But that does not bother me.
It is located in Tsim Sha Shui, and I always stayed in this area whenever we came to HK.
It is one of the busiest shopping area in HK so it's quite near to everything. Closest MTR entrance/exit is about 200-300 meters from the apartment.
Will I return to stay here again? YES!
Notes: We are from tropical country, and january was still sort of winter time in HK. If only the apartment provides heater, it will be great!

Apartment is in good location TST, but current there is a big construction site of a new building opposite to apartment (say 30m). Room is clear but small, the arrange basic clear up service except washing dishes. But I think it make sense. Window is not so big. Staff is nice and helpful. The drop off and pick up by car is easy in front of door of apartment.

We’ve been staying at Modena Fraser since 2018. Whenever we have a planned trip to Hong Kong, it will always be Modena for our accommodation.
The place is in close proximity to MTR which is very helpful if you have kids. There are Michelin Restaurants/Snack Bars around the neighborhood that you wouldn’t want to miss. It is close to the famous Victoria Harbour, Harbour City and K11 mall for your shopping relaxation.
Overall, we’re always at home at Modena. The staff are kind. The room are always cleaned up daily so you can relax after a long day exploring Hong Kong. 😊 We’ll definitely come back again! ❤️

Convenient location in good condition with comfortable rooms of a good size. However, the best part is that the staff is exceptional addressing any needs that may arise and even anticipating challenges that you may encounter. When I have asked for assistance with outside errands or issues, they took extra care to personally take care of me saving me time and trouble. This is also on a dead end street, which makes it quieter than many places in HK.

After much searching I booked a 2 month work trip stay with Caleb. Every touchpoint before and during my stay at Modena was positive and consistent. The team is very helpful and friendly, the place is clean, and the location is super convenient. Rooms are cleaned weekly and requests were handled promptly. The smaller rooms were booked up so I got the larger room (2 rooms per floor), it ended up being the right choice for a 2 month stay - a smaller room wouldve been stifling. Will be booking again for my next business trip!

Good location but bad hotel room set up. The bathroom doesnt have a proper shower cubicle, hence each time after shower, the entire bathroom is wet. The wash basin height is just so wrong, its built for a child. Someone with my height of 5ft has got to maybe kneel down to wash up each time. The reno didnt caused too much noise. I guess people book this hotel cos its just a stone throw from eateries, mtr and Harbor City.

It is located in the departure area of Hong Kong Marathon, only 3 minutes' walk away. The air conditioner in the room is too noisy, the check-in sign is not obvious, and the check-out time is too early. The check-out time should be relaxed for marathon runners.

This is the first time I wrote a not so positive review. We booked two rooms. A studio deluxe and a studio executive room. Bathroom is extremely small. Shower glass was so narrow that brush against your body when showering. Kitchen is very basic with unusable old pots and pans and two glasses. Mould on the edge of shower room, ceiling vent dusty. Safe not working. The whole place need to uplift and the rooms are facing the lift. Rate booked and confirmed online differ from what was charged. Overall stay experience below average. The only consolation location is convenient.
