The rooms are very small, but the bed is super comfortable. The shower is strong and the room, although tiny, meets the basic requirements. The only bad thing was that the curtains were stained and looked dirty. Apart from that everything was clean and tidy. Ps: there's no restaurant nor breakfast in the hotel. There is a gym and nice terrace with free coffee and hot water for tea on the 19th floor. The location is also pretty good.

Hotel Location: Located in wan chai about 5 mins from the Wan Chai MTR station. The area behind this hotel is a little sleazy and there is some spillover effect to this road on and off. The hotel is also about a 5mins walk to the nearest tram station. Do google map to see which exit to take to reach the hotel if you are taking the MTR. Think we took exit A2 via a flight of stairs with our luggage. Hotel: A small hotel with just a recept and sofa at the first level, No toilets on this level for guests even. But the receptionist were kind enough to let us use the staff toilet and arranged it accordingly when we arrived as we needed to wait for our room to be ready. Hotel Receptionist: Two burly guys helped us (2 rooms) to check in. Their English was pretty good and they were friendly. Hotel guests: As it was China's Golden Week, there were many guests from just across the straits in the hotel. Lifts: With 3 lifts to serve the floors (over 20 levels), they were not the fastest but wait was bearable. Room: Very compact room and space was well designed for use. We had one room bigger than the other. Room came with the toiletries, bedroom slippers and amenities needed. Room was clean and that was great. There were also cutleries and coffee making facility and small chiller. An in-room safe is also available for use. Enough hangers for the clothes. The bed was generally comfortable but soft so i had bad aches the next day. Air-con and Noise: The air-con was pretty loud and kept me up for the 2 nights of my stay even though i offed the air con completely. There was still strong sound of air blowing out of the air con vents when i had off the air con completely.....very noisy. So, ZERO sleep. The rooms were also not sound proofed so you can hear the street noises, people shouting, cars/buses and mortorcycles zooming past. We were on the 15th floor. Broken Glasses just outside the room: There was an incident when i returned to the hotel and as i walked towards the room, there were broken glasses on the flooring carpet. I went down and showed the receptionist of the pictures i have taken. They were pretty quick in clearing up the mess. Kudos to the team. Late check out: Check out time was 12noon and the max they could extend was 12.30pm. Generally, would have grade the hotel higher if not for the noises and lost sleep for after all, a hotel is meant to be a place of rest....

It is located along Henessy Road which is a main road with a bus stop directly in frotn of the hotel from the Airport. Transportation is conventionally easy in this City but the hotel is smart location if you are visiting this side of Hong Kong. It is near the Exhibition Center and Wan Chai train station with a walk away from the tram station. The standard room is a little small but good enough for a space to rest. There is a Gym at the Mezzanine Floor with a roofdeck that gives a 360 view of the City. The night lights looks so much better from the top if you are drawn with skyscrapers. The attending staff are also kind and communicates well in English. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are a lot of Dining spots in the Area.

I was just staying there for one night with my partner. Since we were not able to travel easily, we just wanted to spend a night with a movie and hot bath in tub. Overall, everything is great. Check in was fast and easy, staff were nice and friendly, the room was even newer than we expected BUT the SMELL was eventually killing us. We are generally sensitive about smell no doubt but honestly this STINKY FEET SMELL from the carpet was just too scary. It could be possible that they washed the carpet but didn’t let it dry properly. But this is not my concern to be honest. And the worst was because both sides of the bed were also covered with carpet on the floor, no matter which side we were trying to lean on we could smell from the carpet. So, if you are asking if I would ever come back. I am sorry to say NO, because this kind a smell in a room with no window will apparently kill you and whoever with you.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights during our Honeymoon trip around South East Asia, the hotel is in a great location just on the main road through Hong Kong Central - The room was really nice and the bed was very comfy! There was also a free portable wifi device which you could take into town with you and allowed for free phone calls which was a big help. We were on the 12th floor and the view was incredible - we overlooked The Peak, with lots of cool skyscrapers in between. The Hotel itself was really good and much more fancy than we had expected from the price. We will definitely be staying here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Burlington, it was just what I needed for my buisness trip which was a quiet place to sleep. My bed was huge, comfortable and the black out blinds after a 11 hour flight were very welcome. If you are on holiday you might be disappointed. The staff were very friendly. My room was clean and had the relevant mod cons. I was disappointed there was no fluffy bath robe :( The bath is also an odd set up. Its hard to get to the taps around the glass shower screen and the plug leaked so it didnt hold the water. I didnt try the restaurants but there are loads of great food places nearby. The MTR is very close and convenient. A great buisness hotel, but very much like a premier inn for those brits in the audience.

Good hotel in Wanchai for the price. Small but clean, convenient, friendly staff, great location near Wanchai subway station, plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants on the street. There is a 24hrs breakfast spot a block behind the hotel and the bus direct to airport 2 blocks away. Other buses in front of the hotel to Central etc.

I stayed here for 2 nights back in August. I took the Airport express and they had a free shuttle service that dropped me really close to the hotel. Check-in was really quick. Staff were nice. I always asked them about protests before going out and they really helped me to feel safe. Bed was comfortable. I didn't hear the traffic noise. Room was really small but had all the luxuries you need. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel had a rooftop bar which had awesome views of the mountains. Make sure to check it out. Hotel is few minutes walk from the Wan Chai MRT. There are plenty of grocery stores to buy water to deal with the brutal hong kong heat. There's a nice cafe right next door which is great for a quick breaky or a bubble tea. I found a coin laundry just 5 minutes form the hotel (just google coin laundry around the hotel, you will find it). There were few bars and restaurants behind the hotel but I didn't bother going to that side as they may not be that family friendly at night! They were nice enough to hold my luggage till late as my flight was 8 hours after the check out time.

This is a good hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very clean and of a good standard. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room and an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, you never had to wait too long for a lift and a member of staff would call one for you when they saw you coming in. We will definitely return.

An affordable, clean and comfortable Hotel in the lively Wan Chai area of Hong Kong. I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong, and in Wan Chai, and this one is a good one for sure. What is great about it too is that if you take the A11 Bus from HK Airport it stops directly outside the Hotel. (If you are on a budget the A11 Bus only costs HK$40 from the Airport compared to HK$100 for the MTR and circa HK$350 for a taxi. The bus is easier than struggling on the MTR with luggage especially as you have to change trains to get to Wan Chai). I paid GB£102.20 a night for a Double Room at The Burlington. Other than in room WiFi there are no facilities at the hotel like a gym, pool or restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat & drink within a minutes walk of the Hotel door. There is also an HSBC Bank and convenience shops too. So if you are looking for a clean budget hotel for a few days exploring Hong Kong, in an area with plenty of nightlife, then you could do a lot worse then staying at The Burlington.
