I picked the say yes package" offered from the W hotel for a proposal on the 26th of September 2023. Staffs of the W hotel were friendly and dedicated to prepare the set up in the room for a huge successful proposal, which led to an amazing remarkable night for me and my fiance. This years ONAM and Onasadhya event celebration was held at W Hotel Kowloon station, Hong Kong on the Sunday 17 September 2023 with very delicious yummy Kerala rich traditional delicacy by our own proud Mr Santhosh Subramanian Head Indian Chef, and Mr Jeffery Siew Executive Chef W Hotel ably assisted by our Malayalee Team expertise Neema Santhosh, Umesh Unnikrishnan Nair, and Subhash Manickam and our Team Malayalam Academy, Onasadhya banquet arranged for more than 450 Malayalee families and their friends in Hongkong a once in a life time experience in such an ultra luxurious ambience with landmark seaview of West Kowloon harbour. Our ONAM celebration function was inaugurated by Hon Consul (Commerce) Consulate General of Republic of India, Guest of Honour Mr Ricky Chu Chairperson Equal Opportunities Commission Govt HKSAR, Mr Derek chi wah Hung, District Councilor Kowloon District, Mr Justice Kumar Ramanathan SC former President of HK Bar Association and Educationalist Mrs Poonam Mehta and other distinguished dignitaries from other sister Indian Associations. Great location and views for events, staff were incredibly helpful and supportive to ensure the event ran smoothly. Would highly recommend the ballroom for any event as they can tailor the location according to your specification.

Really good experience! We have an authentic South Indian party with South Indian food, which was well cooked and very delicious. Hats off to Chef Santhosh for such a great taste! The team was also very welcoming and warming. Recommended 10/10

The first reception at the hotel was very pleasant: Ms. Rene Tsang was more than welcoming, very thoughtful and polite. She even escorted us to our room and explained everything in details. The food at breakfast was awesome! The staff was the bar on 6th floor was so nice and warm. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I went to an event organised by Malayalam academy for Onam celebration which is an indian festival. I was personally very much satisfied with the environment in the hotel as the staff was very polite and welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect.The food was scrumptious and very homely as it remind me of my home back in India. I will definitely come back here again ❤️🫶🏼👌🏼

My stay started out terribly from moment of checkin due to the continuous horrible service and mistake after mistake from staff and seriously considered checking out the same day. Mentioned some issues and checking out to the hotel operator and was met with nonchalance. However, after meeting Willy the manager, he was able to seriously turn things around and made sure all throughout my stay was the same experience as i had 2019 and years past with the previous amazing staff!! Thank goodness!! Many thanks to the one and only Mr WIlly Tsang (for saving my trip!!), the luggage desk guys as always, Jennifer in housekeeping and Alex the loyalty manager, for making my stay pleasant. Everything else- food, room, views, amenities are just as i remembered and of course cant beat the convenient location.
