From the moment we entered, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and efficient, Victor, the director of rooms, escorted us to our suite and gave us an overview of the property and surrounding area. Suite had great views, service was top-notch, and we loved that the breakfast had a few local a la carte choice. The shopping mall connected to the property has a few great places to eat and there is also a bar within walking distance. Overall, great place if you're looking for a staycation or visiting Beijing.

That’s the first time staying in Beijing with my mummy, to corresponding local CNY policy. The operation team of Ritz Financial St prepared a lot of surprises for us, which made us feel the warmth of home on New Year's Eve in Beijing.

Maybe the best choice to enjoy the Chinese New Year in the city center. According to the loc policy of gov, most people in China staying in their working city for the New Year this holiday, instead of their hometown. Thank the hotel staff for providing guests with extraordinary service.

We had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Qi. Since my mother is a vegetarian, the staff ordered the food provided us with a customized menu, which left us a EXCELLENT impression. Qi dishes are also very exquisite, it is a very delicious Cantonese restaurant.

The Ritz-Carlton BJ Financial St is the second Ritz-Carlton in China. Thanks so much for the GREAT guest service teams. Special thanks to Sunny for the room layout and communication during our stay to understand our needs; special thanks to Ripple and Steven at the front desk; thanks to Weixing Gao, Sam, April and Daisy for their help and concern during our stay.

Looking forward to the next trip.

Second time in Beijing in one month’s time, this time at Ritz Carlton Financial Street which is definitely better vs the Ritz Chaoyang. My room had a few issues ( was not able to turn on “do not disturb”, nor adjust room temp down) but the toiletries are from Diptyque and while I didn’t use it, the hotel offers free transport around the immediate vicinity. It is also just next to Land Crawford and a shopping center. Again, didn’t get to go in but just knowing it is there was good enough. The Ritz FS is also older but not as badly in need of a renovation vs the Chaoyang one. We were able to walk to a nearby Beijing restaurant 悅融餐廳 yuerong which was excellent. The hotel offers a welcome break from meetings and horrendous traffic, but definitely not the city’s nicest spot to bed down.

I was staying at this property while I was visiting Beijing. As a Titanium member, I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a Premier Suite. The suite was spacious, but the suite is more like an open 1-bedroom. I have personally been a big fan of the Ritz-Carlton brand, unfortunately I personally would not recommend this property since this is getting a bit old with dated decor. I believe they are working on it and I heard they were renovating their rooms. When it comes to service, I felt a bit disappointed with this property since I felt the staff did not have much training and they could have done a better job. That being said, this property is in a very nice neighborhood and is right next to a high end shopping mall. If I do every stay at this property again, I hope it will be a better experience.

Mr. Lai

Stayed here only because of the location at financial district. The hotel is only a part of the large mixed use development for the financial district. Next door has a high end mall. The hotel itself looks a bit tired but managed to maintain good standard. The room is clean; typical RC style deco with a bit local characters The mattress feels a bit old. Had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast’s selection was adequate but nothing wows you. Restaurant’s food offering and service are OK. The hotel bar shuts at 11PM which is a bit early for international travellers want to unwind after long day’s meeting. Additional points to the front desk people. All of them have been friendly and efficient. However, it’s not the most memorable RC hotel I have stayed. It’s a hotel for business travellers who visit the financial district.

I'm writing to appreciate the high standards of luxury service for my family stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street. Especially thanks to GM Mr. Karan Jain who arranged everything that I asked for celebrating my mother's birthday, and even wrote a warm handwritten letter to welcome us. Besides, I want to particularly thanks Ripple Pan, she prepared all the details in advance perfectly for us, the elaborate preparations of the whole teams, such as instant photo, birthday decoration, beautiful designed handwritten card, made us feel surprised and comfortable. I stayed two bites and hosted a conference at Ritz Carlton Financial Street, Beijing. The staff were very well trained and sensitive to small nuances in customer needs and expectations. It was the small things with the random staff in moments when I was anonymous. Karan Jain the general manager had clearly drilled the organisation really well. Most staff were in problem solving mode for the customer.

Stayed here for 3 nights for work. In short the hotel could use some updates but the biggest problem is its WARM. Like very warm. You cannot control the temp in your room and it’s warm and gets warmer at night as it shuts off. I had to call each day to get them to lower the temp and each day they would lower it by 1 degree, but then at night it would climb back up. Even the lobby is warm and the gym is also extremely warm. No one wants to be extra hot working out! All my coworkers complained about it and it ruined what would otherwise be a decent stay.

The other issue is in my room I could not get the bathtub to drain or the rain shower to work. Little things like this show it didn’t love up to RC standards. But the breakfast was very good, the gym full of equipment and well appointed and the common areas very nice.

We decided to travel this spring festival to Beijing and selected this hotel due to the positive feedback on social media and recommendation from friends. The hotel is located nearby Tiananmen square and easy to get around by didi.
The room was very spacious and the check in procedure went smooth as we arrived after midnight. The service and food quality in the club lounge and in the all day dining was outstanding. We enjoyed the daily specials that was served on rotation during our 5 day trip such as the Beijing Duck. The beverage and food selection in the lounge had all offerings and the staff was helpful to offer any further assistance. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is really worth a try, they have been recognized by Michelin Guide for 5 consecutive years and the manager Lily was very friendly and going the extra mile to offer specials outside their menu such as hot and sour soup which was delicious! The hotel has been well managed and that’s exactly what I have experienced during my stay. Look forward to visit the Ritz Carlton Beijing financial street on my next visit!
