Hotel's Favourite
I am a longstanding guest of this hotel. I enjoy all the perks of their very well organised team. Essentially EAST is my home in Beijing. I believe that a special mention and a five star feedback goes to the team managing the services at their 24th floor lounge. Cecilia, Barry, Kim (and all the other guys whose name I forgot…) are the enthusiastic group of people making a dinner a special experience. Well done !

Really good experience in every sense: comfortable and clean room, good restaurant, very convenient swimming pool, sauna and gym, etc. but so far, people working in the hotel is the best. Public transport close to as well

The hotel location is good, next to the mall which make you easy to access to supermarket, good restaurent. Lastly only 5 mins walk to subway station. the room is clean, wide enough for 2 persons and the service from all staffs are totally good. Love that For those who is going to Beijing first time, i 'd recommend to stay here.

I am a top tier member of a leading hotel group from the US that also have many hotels in Beijing. I always stay at hotels of this chain, other than in Beijing when I always stay at the East Beijing. Without exception I will stay on the executive floor to have access to the executive lounge where you will find unmatched personalized service and treatment. Once they get to know you, you never have to ask for anything - things are just being done in advance. For instance, I prefer vegan food. When I would be arriving at the hotel, they are already aware of this, as after so many years, most of the staff on the executive floor are still the same. It is very hard to highlight anyone, but this time round I have to provide a special mention to Cecilia and Kale. The are exceptionally great humans and if you want to feel completely at home, make sure you see them in the lounge. This has to also be a complement to the management of the hotel, as it is the folks interfacing with the guests that radiate the culture on top and around them. Well done East Beijing Hotel for employing excellent people like Cecilia and Kale!!…

5 star hotel with modern amenities, living up to the reputation of a 5 star. The hotel is inside a mall which makes it ultra convenient for food and groceries. The room as sleek, spacious and a large window looking outside. The bathroom has walk-in rain shower. The breakfast is great with a mix or continental and Chinese spread, day to day variety could have been a better though. The gym has a lot of instruments and they have sauna adjacent to the pool and a large yoga and taichi room too.

Great hotel. Amazing breakfast, nice clean rooms. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I had a very special experience at check-out, where my credit card did not work, so I had to find an ATM. One lady from the reception, Shirley Zhou, came all the way with me, literally running, to help me find the ATM. That was so kind. Thanks again, Shirley! 🥰

East Hotel was one of the top 5-star hotels that I have ever stayed in. The service was superior from the moment I entered the hotel, starting from check-in, restaurant service, housekeeping, laundry, and check-out. The check-in, check-out, and stay modification experiences with the front desk staff, Zoey and Jason Shi, were very efficient. During my one month stay, I had parcels delivered, and the dedicated parcel management desk, Darren, always gave me a call to follow up on my parcel receiving and delivered it to my room.The morning breakfast service enthusiastically welcomed me every morning and checked in with my needs. I would like to highlight the 14th-floor housekeeping/laundry service, especially the focal point 王灿灿. Besides tidying up my room timely and professionally, she also always followed up with my needs proactively. I had a wonderful experience at the East Beijing: rooms are very clean and modern - you may also drink tap water which is properly filtered - , breakfast features many different plates and an original, Italian barista machine. The personnel is extremely kind and helps you with all your needs. The Hotel has direct access to a modern shopping mall, where you get access to many restaurants. Swimming pool and fitness studio are also modern. Special thanks to the personnel of the hotel for all the help and assistance during my stay!
