I was on a business trip to China with my agent. We stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights. The Eclat impresses with its extremely high attention to detail. Everything is convincingly designed down to the last detail. Massage chairs in the room, shower toilets in every bathroom, plus spacious showers and baths. The staff is extremely courteous and fulfills your every wish around the clock. When we arrived late at night, we were treated to a delicious snack from the hotel kitchen. At the breakfast buffet, it should be emphasized that practically everything is fresh and prepared at the spot. There are none of those rotten egg dishes that are kept warm for hours in warming containers. The juices are also always freshly prepared.

We had a Grand Lagoon Suite (Star Wars) on the 18. Floor with terrace and pool - just fantastically beautiful!
The suite is simply awesome - if you can put it that way! Everything very lovingly decorated with attention to detail. Nothing is missing.
Living room with large dining area, bedroom with a huge bed, there is a massage chair, a free minibar (we did not use), an espresso machine etc. The bathroom is very large, with separate Jacuzzi and private rain shower. There are funny Gimmcks everywhere and of course many Star Wars features.
The service is also excellent! The reception staff take care of everything and even think a little further than you - so everything is perfectly organized.
The hotel manager is present everywhere, takes care of the guests and that everything works in the hotel. We went on a guided tour of the hotel and were able to admire the many works of art and listen to the exciting stories. There are numerous "art" hotels in the world, but this house absolutely lives up to its name.
Thanks to the patron who built this hotel and mall with so much passion, enthusiasm and expertise.
If you are in Beijing - do not go to the usual, certainly also very nice and well-known chain hotels, but opt for something special that will stay in your positive memory for a long time!
We would stay again and again at the Eclat Hotel.

My wife, my infant daughter and I invited a few friends with us to enjoy the use of a Deluxe Lagoon Suite to celebrate the birthdays of my wife and also my daughter. Both my family and my guests had an amazing time; although my family have stayed many times now, our guests were witnessing the hotel for the first time and it far exceeded their expectations. I saw genuine awe and wonderment at the extravagant charm on display. The rooms amenities are outstanding. Not only is everything luxurious, it is unique, both in the sense that every room is different, but also there’s no other hotel in the world quite like it. In that way, the Éclat is able to offer an experience that even the most expensive world-class 5 star hotels cannot. It should be noted that the total number of adults was at the ‘not a party’ limit of 5. Prospective guests reading this review should be aware that having 6 adults in the room makes a big difference with the price (although I understand that you may also be given additional benefits). However, for us, the room was very affordable relative to the quality and luxury of the experience. Although all the staff at the Éclat are examplary, I would like to single out Tony Liu. He handled my booking from my initial inquiry, and worked with me to make sure that all my families were met. In fact, he went to great lengths to ensure that my infant daughters requirements were catered for! He really pulled out all the stops. It was also a delight to receive a handwritten note from the Manager, Mr. Lützel, as well as complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. We were made to feel very special. We had a restful night and enjoyed breakfast in our room the next morning which could also not be faulted; in fact the entire in-room dining and housekeeping team never put a foot wrong.
I am always recommending the Éclat to friends and family, so it is a pleasure to heartily recommend a stay at the Éclat to anybody reading this. It is a truly unique experience.

A more than wonderful hotel. The stay was comfortable. Everything was available in the room, from a massage chair and a spacious balcony with views. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom chair has a bidet and a dryer, and it works electronically. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work professionally, giving you a sense of luxury. They always accompany you when needed and when you leave for pickup. I already wrote a review earlier, but it was not posted, apparently because of the mark 1. I’ll write later what prompted me to give this rating and why now, after some time, I’m giving it another one. Pros: Luxurious apart-hotel - I’ve never seen anything like it before, it’s just a work of art Modern - ultra-technological rooms with a swimming pool in which you can swim in any weather. Delicious breakfasts Located close to all attractions. And now what made me lower my rating was the attitude of the staff. At night (00.45) I woke up from a party right above us. Unfortunately, I couldn’t fall asleep and went to the reception - where calming music was playing (apparently I had to go to bed right there) - they nodded their head and told me to sort it out. But they couldn’t do this until 3.35. With insomnia and extremely upset feelings, I came down again - this time with a video that the concert was not over - and turned to a safely sleeping employee (how I envied him!), to which they threw up their hands and said your number is too small, and above you is a big one and that's why you hear. I checked with the employee - this is generally the norm - of course not, they answered me and said that they would try to figure it out! We figured it out, but it was already 4 am! And a headache for the whole day! So if you can't afford a big room, expect this kind of attitude.

Eclat is a small art gallery merged with a boutique hotel.
The staff was lovley. The room was tidy w a spectacular view. All rooms are above the 16th floor in an unique glass building hosting a mall, gym and art gallery
The location is good for shopping, business and all tourist destinations are 15-60 min by car.

This hotel is not only beautifully decorated with all amenities you could wish for and great artistic touches. The service was extremely good, especially Emily at reception who came to my room to show me how everything worked and booked my taxi the following day. What we liked the most was how attentive and kind they were to us, the cleanliness and all the works of art To give you some but, we didn't really like the hotel restaurant, it's like it's not very good. We also didn't like that they put us in the suite with Harry Potter decoration knowing that we were going to celebrate a wedding anniversary, but they did give us the option to change and in the end we said no, we didn't care. Hotel Eclat, is a fabulous hotel. I did stay in a suite, unfortunately I don’t recal them being named HPS though.
The hotel and rooms all were wonderfully decorated, alongside artwork sculptures. I would recommend staying there, even if you have young children.
There are more places to choose from in the Beijing area.
