I had the pleasure of spending three nights at the stunning PuXuan hotel in Beijing. It was a great experience from beginning to end, with a very attentive team making it feel like a home away from home. They ensured one of the smoothest check-in / check-out experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival at check-in, I realized that I had forgotten my e-cigarette in the taxi, the concierge (Evan) took it upon himself to call the taxi company and used my fapiao to find the driver details. Once I had checked into my room there was a knock on the door – it was Evan with the e-cigarette. Really remarkable service. The overall impression of the hotel room was great. It was a very bright and luxurious room. Breakfast at Rive Gauche was fantastic, there was a small buffet station and great selection of a-la-carte dishes, both Chinese and Western options available. I also tried the dinner experience at Rive Gauche and it was truly amazing. Great food and exceptional service by the staff and by Gerger the Director of F&B. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Thibaud who took great care of me during my stay. I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It’s thoughtfully and beautifully designed; peaceful, and luxurious. The afternoon teas come in jewellery boxes; perfume pouches appear on your pillow; and the mini bar has lovely plates and glasses together with an amazingly useful pair of scissors! The spa has enormous soft towels and gorgeous treatments. Everyone is professional but also kind. Someone really really thought about how to create something lovely with this hotel!

I had such a great time during my stay. The place itself was beautifully designed in-n-out and the location is just unbeatable. If you want to take a walk or rent a bike, explore and experience the best hoods in Beijing here is your hub to all detections. We used couple of services during our stay and all of them seemed great - spa, butler, car service, restaurant. The staffing is so lovely and I do feel they all enjoy working there so that great feeling of theirs was passed over to the guests because of their genuinely kindness and willingness to do everything they could to help us. All in all, great hotel. Will be back!

The Puxuan hotel and spa definitely exceeded my expectations! We are a family with a young child, when we entered the room, there were children's chairs to reach the water tab, children's amenities such as shampoo, toothbrush but also children's bathrobe. Also during breakfast The Puxuan hotel and spa offers a full set of children's tableware incl. children's chopsticks and super cute! The service level is also extremely high, all staff are very helpful and friendly!

I recently stayed at the Puxuan Hotel over a short 24h business trip to Beijing. I was blown away by the hotel’s hardware – so pretty and luxury. The modern courtyard design is stunning and I was very impressed with the bedroom look & feel as well as it’s practicality. I was hosted kindly by General Manager Thibaud and his colleague Ismael – they were both lovely and look after my every needs. I was leaving very early the next day before breakfast opens and the reception desk was very attentive that I receive a breakfast to-go before walking me downstairs to my car. Very attentive. I am truly looking forward to more stays there – stunning property and great team!

After cancelling our Sanya Xmas trip and spending Xmas Day at home in Beijing, we wanted a little break for some relaxation and pampering. We decided to book a one night spa staycation at the Puxuan and we were so glad we did. Upon arrival we were greeted by name and presented with a luggage tag gift. Such a lovely touch to be recognised and presented with a gift. We were escorted to reception where we were informed of being upgraded to a corner studio. The room itself felt really spacious and bright due to the 270 degree wrap around window and came with complimentary mini bar. We had afternoon tea included in the package which was delicious and the service was very good. Our spa service was so relaxing and I really like the modern northern European feel to the Spa. Very different to other spas in Beijing. The therapists were really good. We also ordered room service in the evening and the quality of the food was good which is quite rare in China. The food tasted as fresh as if it was just delivered in the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had in China and felt true luxury. There was a small continental buffet and all hot food was a la carte meaning it was very fresh and hot and the quality was very high. Service was also top notch too. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Puxuan and would definitely return again if they continue with their Spa packages. We stayed at forbidden city view room and fully enjoyed our staycation. We live in this city quite a few years and now we cannot get away since last year in this odd situation, we needed a break. Zoe at club lounge was very nice and kind, she introduced about the lounge and prepared pretty birthday cake for my husband. 谢谢 Zoe! We were lucky enough that not many people around so we could enjoy quiet and calm environment which is very hard to get in this city. We'd love to come back again.
