I have been living here for the last 18 months and am really so thankful for the service and hospitality from the cleaners, to the front desk to the manager to the GM--- all so warm and pleasant to deal with. They take care of my plants when I am away, answer my numerous questions and it just makes me feel good that I have a home away from home. The GM Danny Lingham and Manager Maggie, Sharlene, Cary welcomed me this time with beautiful flowers and a lovely bottle of champagne because I was not able to go home for my anniversary-- what a lovely welcome. There is a lovely pool and gym that keeps me fit too. Additionally, the location is central , near public transport and really anything and everything u need is a hop, skip and a jump and if not they will get it for you! Thank you very much!…

This hotel has the perfect location, in the very best part of the CBD. The apartments are big and comfortably furnished, while the prices are low. The service is excellent. The living room sofa was so comfortable that in the end I was reluctant to check out. To get something like that in the CBD for this price is unheard of. Also, there are some interesting people living there long term, with whom you can converse at breakfast.

1. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. 2. Breakfast was served at Blue Frog, decent spread. 3. Special thanks to Crystal, Jack above all Mr. Danny Lingham for the excellent service rendered during our stay. 4. The Suites is close to all the Prominent shopping areas. 5. You will be spoilt for choices when it comes to dining out. We tried the Mexican, Arabic, Chinese and Indian restaurant nearby. Many thanks for your wonderful service.

Service really excellent, apartment clean, nice swimming pool and sauna. The second floor lounge is really comfortable. The front desk staff is the best you can get. They are very helpful with check in, luggage and any support you need. A warm thanks to them, with particular regard to my friend Sharlene Yuan.

I have been living for more than two years in Fraser Suites CBD Beijing. The location is excellent. The apartment was very clean. But I wish to thank especially the staff at the front desk. They have been always willing to help whenever necessary and make me really feel at home. We received warm welcome by reception and bellboys. They are very helpful with check in, luggage and tips for the city. The room was clean and well maintained. They organize different activities such like outing or Christmas event for tenants. We enjoyed our stay there.

We visited there during the business trip to Beijing. The location was amazing, which sit right in the heart area of the CBD with plenty fancy restaurants, very close to the office as well. The club was my favorite, both for the food and environment. Particularly I’d love to say thank you to the guys at the front desk for their decent service, they were always smiling to me and willing to help. We stay here more than 2 years. This hotel, the service level is quite high. Most of the staffs are very kind. But as for the hard aspect, the property is not so new. Therefore, sometimes we face some problems. This hotel has a rounge in the second floor. The customer can use the rounge. It"s a quite good place.

It is a wonderful experience to stay with Fraser Suites. Location is great, close to CBD, next to a shopping mall and most important of all nice restaurants within walking distance. Staff are very warm, especially the front desk girls. A big thanks for their patience in assisting me.

Fraser Suites is a well-appointed property in a good location and excellent service to match. The buildung is well maintained and has in-house facilities to make you feel at home. The staff were always ready to assist with any requests.
