Outstanding experience here. I have stayed multiple times, and always enjoy it. The rooms are very nice, the staff is incredible, and it’s right by the mall without being connected so it’s not too crowded. The breakfast and other meals at the restaurant are outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting this area of Nairobi.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel continues to be a favorite. The staff is phenomenal. Cornelius helped with getting PCR tests and so much more. Samora helped with a medical clinic visit for another reason. Eric and Chris were awesome drivers! Jacinta helped getting us some airport special accommodations. Staff is the best. The hotel is doing some pool renovation, but it didn't interfere with our plans. Love this hotel. Food excellent.

Hotel is beautiful! Excellent amenities including French press coffee, tea and water in the room, turn down service and room service. Mary and Cindy at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Tony was always ready to lend a helping hand.

Great stay! Beautiful grounds and restaurant area. Very quiet and comfortable room. Shower was hot. AC was cold. Perfect location for my work. I would highly recommend a stay here if the location works.

Excellent hospitality and top-notch, professional customer-centric service. The hotel is a beauty, artfully furnished and the staff are friendly and super-accommodating. All week, Janet, the Food & Beverage Manager ensured that the needs of the Muslims on my team, viz daily prayers and meal packages towards Iftar, were cared for. Kudos!

James in the gym was amazing- he helped me have an amazing workout for three days!! He is kind and knowledgeable- one of the highlights of my stay at Tribe. The rest of the hotel staff was lovey; breakfasts are delicious.

Doreen in the Jico restaurant was very helpful with my catering requests. Very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I requested. My room had everything I needed.. the turn down chocolate was delicious.

I stayed at the Tribe once more to end my trip to Kenya, and once again the service was outstanding. Tony, Anthony and Cornelius from out front were spectacular and welcomed me back with open arms. Alloys at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. John, my driver to the airport was phenomenal, going out of his way to return my wallet that I had left in the car before my flight, I truly can’t thank him enough. The staff at the Tribe hotel is unlike any other, they are so kind and caring and work hard to make sure each visitor feels welcome and supported. I will absolutely be back at Tribe the next time I’m in Nairobi and will be highly recommending it to all my friends and family in the future!

The Tribe hotel staff are all professional, welcoming and helpful, not one of them dropped the standard. The hotel is also conveniently situated close to the Village Market Mall and has easy access to the mall through a walk way, with a staff member permanently at the gate. The hotel is in a safe area and has transport that is readily available. A special thank you to Joseph, Davis, John, Alex for making my stay pleasant. To the staff at the reception on my check in, I didn't get their names but thank you very much for your assistance in settling in.
