I debated on this hotel but glad I stayed here. It is not in the main tourist part but in Dokki, Giza nearby and close to all places including coffee shops and a few restaurants. It was nice in a way as downtown Cairo is really busy and polluted. Nice hotel. Very busy. Tight security. Welcoming. There is a lounge bar, coffee shop, restaurant and many other amenities on the premises. Huge room but I was upgraded and a massive bed. Free bottle of water, tea and coffee in the room plus a fridge and mini bar. I didn't include breakfast or eat at the hotel so can't comment on food. Clean. Nice atmosphere. Wifi as per most of Egypt is hit and miss. More miss and slow. Nice to see an iron in the room. Good security. I would stay here again as it's a lot cheaper than the hotels located along the Nile but still in a good location. The small negatives and the difference between a 4 and a 5. Staff were or should I say tried to be friendly but a few were very unfriendly and cold. There were mainly male staff. They tell you to wear your masks in common areas unless eating or drinking with the pandemic but most of the staff were not! Landing carpets were not clean. Housekeeping was hit and miss and could have been better. Water was not always hot. They gave me a complimentary basket of fruit and whilst I was not being ungrateful, the fruit was becoming too ripe and appeared to be there a while. It started smelling out the room and as I wasn't planning to eat it, I had to tell them to take it away. They did give a nice Christmas gift to guests which was sweet. Would recommend otherwise.…
Thank you super friendly staff I really enjoyed the stay and food was amazing The breakfast has a variety of food Also the view and location which is not very crowded as usual in cairo One of the best hotels i stayed in cairo
The staffs were polite and accommodating. We requested for a view and they immediately switched our room. However, the room was a bit outdated already and was run down. Food wise, it was just normal. I hope they have more variety on their breakfast spread.
In first night we annoying from bed but then they changed room to the best Very excellent hotel , staff and employees Very comfortable and nice view in pool I hope keep in same service and go to best Thanks Safir for this booking
Amazing room and services. once I arrived the receptionist was polite and amazing , she could understand what I need easily and provided every thing easily. the room was good and clean. It gave me a good feeling of comfort, I liked the privacy there no one to interrupt or knock on door or cause me any troubles. breakfast was amazing too . I surely going to visit soon and enjoy other services there as the pool, gym, spa and so on . easy check out . my overall experience there was good .
