It was my second stay this year and I was astonished with the upgraded rooms, so updated, beautiful furniture. Of course team working there is very welcoming as usual. From booking till departure, all team was helpful and listening to all my requests. Special thanks to Security , front office and Housekeeping team. see you soon :)
Due to COVID-19 our traveling is limited because most of the hotels are limiting their service. This time at the Hilton golf pyramid I found really a big difference. All the staff are doing their best to make our staying better and enjoyable. I should mention Miss Mayada and her colleague at the executive lounge; also Miss Hannan at the breakfast section For the extra efforts they are doing . Really special thanks for Miss Chereen (guest relations )who take care of my family from the minute they stepped in till they left. Really it is good hotel
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been so far! It’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel. But it’s a joke! No toilet paper! I had to call reception twice to ask for a toilet paper then go to the reception myself and wait for more than one hour to get one roll. Just one! The housekeeper refused to give me 2 rolls. We are a family of 4 people. We just had 2 bath towels in our room, no hand towels. Again, after ask 4 times, the housekeeper brought us one more bath towel and refused to give us a fourth towel. Yes, 2 people had to share one towel! In a 5 star hotel! Few and low quality amenities like soap or shampoo. Our bathroom was very dirty, what is unacceptable, even more in COVID times. Paid wi-fi. And very expensive! Very loud wedding parties.
so let's start. i am currently trying to fix the card charges since they charged my when a checked in and when i check out. So in total was charged more than double. according to the mail i received the hotel has modified the rules so everyone has to wear masks in the hotel. Guess if the rules are forced by the hotel.if you guessed no you are correct. according to the mail i received the gym was closed (but in fact open when i checked in).So during my 5 day visit they hosted weddings for 3 nights. my last night i was scheduled to book out at 23 but i decided to pay the extra night so i can have a room to sleep before leaving. but the hotel didn't agreed with me. the music was loud and i couldn't sleep.I called reception to request them to turn the music down but of course it didn't.And of course no mention of this fact when you book a room even when i requested a quiet room since this was a business trip.and the last and most funny. they check your temperature. so because i was not feeling ok i asked for the result. and the person said that my temop was 33 celcius which of course was 100% wrong.…
What a great place?!. Located in a very nice location beside dreamland and next to dream park and close to Mall of Egypt. Check in was very fast and wonderful many thanks to Mr. Mohammed Hemdan. The room was nice with a great view on the pool, the bathroom had a nice jacuzzi. The pool area was nice. The bar service was also great and very delicious and had also nice staff. The main restaurant was great, breakfast was fresh with multiple choices, staff there were very friendly and very helpful. Can not wait to return back.
