Detailed Reviews
Because of the location, the price, and previous reviews, we hadn't expected much of the hotel, but were delighted when we arrived. We were greeted downstairs, and taken up in the lift to the reception on the fifth floor (called the ground floor by the hotel), our bags carried for us. The reception staff were well presented, professional, and very warm, friendly, and helpful. And we loved our room which was clean, tidy, well presented, freshly decorated, and with a great view of the roundabout, which was a source of much entertainment for the family. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the traffic!
The hotel entrance is a narrow gated alley to the right of KFC. If a taxi driver doesn't know the hotel, tell him "KFC Tahrir Square". When dropped off you'll have to walk to the right to get around the metal fence separating the road from the pavement.
The roof terrace is functional rather than attractive. The male staff on reception at night were OK, but were often slow and reluctant to stop smoking and get out of their chairs. If requesting extra soap or toilet paper it is best to stay in reception until the items are produced, otherwise you might either wait a long time, or simply not get it. The bathroom was freshly refurbished, but the design did not include a soap holder in the shower, or a towel rail (we used the door handle). To be fair, these are small quibbles, for the price and location (Cairo Museum is in the same street, Cairo Tower is a short walk away across the Nile, and the Metro is across the street), this is a decent hotel.

I already miss my new friends at the reception at this hotel. I saw on the booking website that the entrance was next to the central KFC and I thought it was pretty bad. It's a building where other people live, so they don't maintain it well. The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floor. All new and full due to the excellent location and excellent service. Soon, I got along with the reception staff, who do everything they can to please, except one guy. The girls are great. To tidy the room you have to ask and the only negative point is the breakfast, a fiasco that is so little. Congratulations to the sadic (friends).

Excellent location! Very attentive staff and comfortable beds. Reasonable size room for three but cramped bathroom. There is no cleaning during the stay and it is necessary to request replacement paper, towels, etc. if necessary. Breakfast place needs improvement and better cleaning, including the bathrooms.

BEWARE BIG SCAM!!!
Arriving at reception, the man told us that apparently there was no more room in the hotel (even though we had booked for at least a month) so we were sent to another one 10 minutes away. works, except the new hotel looks nothing like the photos, it's not clean and it smells bad. The man at the reception makes us pay 37 euros before seeing the other hotel (less than 15 euros on the internet), so we no longer have a choice and on top of that he asks us to delete the reservation on Booking so as not to not that we can give an opinion! BIG SCAM, don’t go there!!! Very dishonest man: when we call him on the phone after seeing the room he tells us that it is exactly the same and that he has several rooms so on Booking he cannot put photos of all the rooms, he does not care clearly from us! TO FLEE !!!

I already reviewed on (BOOKING) but didn't write the hotel was poor but not the workers they were kind. To be more specific I faced problems with hygiene I mean not fully cleaned even the breakfast as a boss u have to take care of these things but not the whole workers just to be fair enough and honest. Thanks to Kyrillos Atef and Basmala they were patient with us and kind they cared about us 🤍
