I cannot say enough great things about Palau Central Hotel. Top notch service especially from Irene who made all of our activity bookings via email ahead of our arrival (diving, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing) as well as restaurant reservations. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. A Four Seasons could not match this level of personal service! I also had two excellent massages at their spa next door. The massage therapists are trained in the Philippines, and the prices are a fraction of what you would pay in the US, and the massage is a lot better than what you would get at a high end resort. We split our time between Palau Central and their sister property Palau Carolines. I highly recommend staying at both for two different experiences. They are both excellent.…

Everything was great! This was our first time staying here after wanting to check it out for a few years and we were really happy that we did! Hotel room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and modern. Beds were great! Great bathroom - Toto Washlets are the best. Breakfast buffet was really delicious. Outdoor pool area was a total surprise - great space that surprisingly made it feel like we weren't in the heart of town. Location was central - very convenient for shopping by foot! Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We loved being able to pop in and out of Canoe House, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From check in to the airport drop off the staff were amazing. The hotel is extremely clean and has excellent facilities. The canoe house bar has very friendly staff with good quality inexpensive food and drink. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return soon, thank you

I highly recommend this hotel. It has up to date layout and design, with extremely helpful front desk personnel. The guest room is plenty large and has all features one could expect including comfortable bet, quiet and efficient AC, power outlets and usb charging. Good size TV with multiple international channels, toilet room has interesting architectural features and is large enough. The garden in the back of the hotel has a pool and some shaded areas that Include hammocks and a massage table. A driver is available 24/7 to get you anywhere nearby at no cost. A restaurant is attached to the front and is part of the hotel. They have a bar and music. Breakfast is included and has a very generous choice of items. Very enjoyable stay altogether.

Wonderful location, easy walking to shopping , grocery stores, restaurants, gelato store, museum. We were there 8 nights. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet, off the road. Can't say enough positive things ! Loved it !! Bathtub was great for soaking underwater camera gear.

We've stayed at Palau Central many times, for week-long stays. Great value/price! Professional and hospitable staff. The breakfast and Canoe House dining is excellent, too, and shops and markets are walking distance. Accommodating! Clean! Spacious rooms. Friendly! Treated like family at Palau Central. We're bringing a group of 30 young people here in 2022, and of all the places we looked into here in Koror State, this is THE best place to stay. Ever! We've stayed here in spring, summer, winter and fall-- year round. Any time of the year is a great time to stay at Palau Central! We can't recommend it more highly! Elevator. Split a/c in every room. Ceiling fan. Wifi in the room. Filtered water and Keurig in the room.

I stayed at PCH for 2 weeks and to be honest i was not expecting that level of classiness in such a remote place of the world, comfiest bed i have ever slept on in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needing to know about where to go. Below PCH is also The Canoe House which has great food and on certain nights of the week has live music which was also great.

I stayed at PCH for 1 1/2 months on a work assignment and had the best hotel experience ever! The staff were so friendly and accommodating to all of our team's needs and went above any beyond of what we could expect. By the end it felt like I was saying goodbye to family! I will be back!

PCH has been a pleasure to stay. From the wonderful front desk associates to the kitchen staff, as well as house keeping! I couldn't picture a better hotel to stay. That's being 100% honest. Waking up to smiling faces at 6AM.. WOW! I WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN!

The staff is outstanding in service and the rooms are very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. the location is great as everything in Koror is within walking distance. I wish the Palau central was a chain and available everywhere.
