Check in was fast and efficient made even better by the explanations we were given and subsequent assistane. The room, quiet, is large wih all that is needed and large bathroom with oversized shower cubicle. Generally hotel facilities great with pool and bar on the top floor. The WTC mall is right next door. The only one disappointment is the WIFI that I could not sign into and the phone that we managed to sign in could hardly be used because the signal was too weak. A few oh F hotel staff tried to assist to no avail. Overall a most pleasant and quiet stay.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when visiting family in Abu Dhabi. A nice modern hotel with superb staff who are a credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. There is a nice rooftop pool and bar area. The hotel has direct access into the nearby mall which makes shopping and eating very easy. I will certainly stay there again next time I'm looking for a hotel in Abu Dhabi.

What can I say it is wet .literally wet ,as our room is leaking really badly from a heavy rain . Carpet has become a puddle of water and drops are so loud ,that myself and my friend are struggling to sleep . Ceiling is wet ,wall is wet ,curtain is wet and floor is wet . If you are planning to stay in this hotel ,make sure you check a weather forecast ,otherwise you might end up with unpleasant surprise . Room 1118 Nargiz and Fatima

Stayed here with friends for New Years Eve. After a less than ideal experience with a trendy hotel, I was expecting to have my patience tested, however Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre showed how proper management of high professional standards and training of people can elevate guest’s experience even though the property may not be as trendy looking. Early check-in request was a breeze and when we arrived there, Ahmed was waiting with all my details. Not more than 5 minutes wait even though there were a few guests already waiting to check in. In fact there were always people checking in until late night but there was never a long queue and the people were swiftly helped to their rooms. The bell boy was friendly and efficient despite his apparent shyness. The room was medium sized by UAE standards but was well appointed. There were DOUBLE beds in the twin rooms… making it more than enough for a couple and two semi adult children. TV… a fully stocked hallway coffee station… plenty of space for personal beverages. Bathroom was huge for this type of property. Housekeeping requests were quickly dispatched. Breakfast was a decent spread. The supervisor or manager at the morning shift went around greeting everyone a Happy new year. So did many other staff. The ground floor care serves great coffee and pastries. Checkout was a breeze. Ahmed took care of us well. With the mall right next door and plenty of sights around the area (Qasr Al Hosn and Corniche), this property is indeed my new favorite place to stay in Abu Dhabi.…

Breakfast at courtyard doesn't disappointment us. We always have r breakfast after Sunday mass. The food is amazing and service was excellent. Staff was always very friendly and helpful especially Jam Filipina lady, she took extra mile to always make us feel at home. I would surely recommend this place, food and staff was superb plus the ambiance . Great experience

Central place surrounded by malls, souk and restaurants. Situated in happening place. Just few minutes walk to Cornish and beach. Restaurant provides continental breakfast and provided Indian vegetarian on request. Rooms are a bit small but well arranged.

Elegant hotel with efficient services, excellent maintenance and clean common and private spaces. But, above all, an amazing staff and a first-class management that makes this hotel stands out against my many others experienced. Unlimited Breakfast 75aed pp at Fifth Street Café at the World Trade Centre. Breakfast was really good. We tried the eggalicious omelet and the festive fav croissant. The fresh juices and Green Goddess smoothly was refreshing. Thank you to Lakshanya for taking care of us.
