Mr. Mohamed the front desk manger, Jamal from reception and majed from the call center and chef fadi are so professional and polit and they make my stay memorable many thanks for them. And the engineer team they attend at 2 am very quickly when I faced an issue with the AC leaking
I have been visiting this Hotel for 5 years and it just gets better and better . The Management are doing an excellent job all new sun loungers around the pools , the A - inc Dining options are Excellent, the Rooms have been updated and the staff do a wonderful job . I can’t wait to get back ASAP
Very clean and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the sun goes sets at the front of the hotel so you lose the sun quite early in the evening. Also the beach is a very narrow slither of sand which was quite disappointing.
The service is good and staff are so polite but the buffet was very limited on this occasion. We had a very good time and many restaurants to choose from. There are many facilities and many things to do.
We booked this hotel for convenience when visiting the F1 ay Yass. On arrival we were offered upgrades at a high extra cost - we declined. Our room was a large sea view room and for our visit suitable, we had arranged for an extra bed in the room which was not in place, probably as they hoped we may pay an upgrade. The room (17th floor) had a large Queen sized bed and a single bed, sofa and plenty furniture. The bathroom spotless and with everything you could need including toiletries. We did need to ask for extra towels as there were three persons in the room. We booked on an All- inclusive basis and although this should have seemed straight forward with a dine around menu, there was definitely confusion from staff in several restaurants as to the time we could use this until. We were advised until the time stated on the sheet of paper, however found on more than one occasion that this was cut short and although the bar area was open and serving we needed to pay for drinks after 11.15pm - nothing in writing to confirm this and not really what is expected when you have made for an all inclusive to be met with a limited menu and now a curfew. There was also a situation when we wished to only order snack- starter style food) only to be told we needed to order a started, main and dessert - think a little flexibility is required and a clearer all inclusive option - maybe with bands so you can clearly be served by what you have paid. The buffet breakfast was average, there seemed to be a different method each morning, one morning a table was found for us, the next a free for all. We ate in the steak house - where the food was first class, the service also impeccable and quality of a 5* hotel. We ate in the Italian - the service was extremely slow having waiting for over an hour for our starters. Food was nice and well presented. We had drinks at the outdoor bar where it was set up for football on the large screen, service was slow and although there seemed plenty of staff there were many just collecting glasses. The pool area was well kept, towels available and the waiters very attentive with drinks etc. Overall the Hotel is good, there are improvements which could be made. The hotel did suffer from building noise.…
Unfortunately our 5 night stay at the Beach Rotana was underwhelming. Having stayed in the UAE before I always have high hope but the Beach Rotana didn’t live up to expectations. The room was very very standard with a poor quality of bedding, pillows were so soft they offered little to no support, the duvet was more cover than duvet and the bed was rather uncomfy too. On top of that the noise from the restaurant echos around the corridor and leaks into the rooms at all times of day and night. Unfortunately the service in the pool bar and the outdoor bar is slowww, often waiting a long time for our order to be taken and drinks to be delivered. However, the fish restaurant is a must for all!! Can’t say we will be back which is a shame as so many others rate this hotel highly.
Combined a birthday and F1 trip. Could not fault the staff at all levels, always smiling and helpful. Had meals in a couple of the restaurants and food and service was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay, the bar is set very high for future Rotana hotels 😀
it is a lovely hotel, we stayed there for few days; everything about it was spectacular, especially the staff, very attentive and hospital Definitely recommend them and will stay there, every time we visit Abu Dhabi
We’ve just returned from the Beach Rotana having had yet another wonderful week. This Hotel is our preferred hotel for the duration of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. My husband and I meet up with our friends and we are always well looked after. This year we stayed on Floor 20 of the Tower Wing and our room was serviced efficiently by Maria who was very obliging and courteous. The same could also be said about the team in the Club Lounge (Moira, Clarisse, Rashmi and Anna) who’s attention for breakfast, high tea and evening canapés was first class. In conclusion, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Beach Rotana Hotel
Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff and brilliant restaurants. Location is perfect and joined to a main shopping mall. Restaurant choices and quality were first class. Rooms were simple but clean and spacious. Only frustration was rubbish tv`s which kept freezing and buffering literally every 2 minutes.
