Exceptional staff (Samil, Victoria and others). The staff treated me as an honoured guest would be treated staying in a good friends home in a foreign country. They ensured everything flowed and went above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly. Breakfast - Maître D’ was very professional, she used my name every time she saw me and helped facilitate any needs for expedited breakfast or takeawaycoffee when I had last minute meetings. Large international selection with great healthy options for my choice. Coffee and outside service could be improved but only with some tweaking or training. Rest was great and you’ll enjoy your breakfast. I was traveling alone and m time poor but I can imagine it’s a great place for long breakfast meetings. I used the pool to get 1km swim done before I left and it was good. If you run hot or swim hard it maybe a bit warm but I enjoyed it. Gym looks well equipped. Only design fault is the larger ADNEC /canal design - this could do with a retrofit to have a bridge across to the canal and waterside walking/jogging and cycling paths with some trees and greenery. A green or tree area near /in the hotel would be a nice addition to have some nature around and be able to get some air and take a walk. Staff, luxury rooms, food and beverage and location make thus a perfect location for those doing business or at a conference at ADNEC…

Honestly, I am always unable to describe this wonderful hotel. The staff are very helpful and cheerful, and they have a very good and nice reception. I thank them all, but I especially love the employee Abishek and the employee Joan for their good hospitality always for us and their cooperation with us in anything. I advise everyone who wants to go to Abu Dhabi, do not hesitate to book in this hotel

My experience at Andaz was really great good staff and very welcoming. The view at the bar was very nice and its helps you relax and enjoy the moment while drinking your favorite drinks. Special Thanks to Paul who gave us an outstanding service at the bar he went over and beyond on his customer service it made our visit more amazing. Keep it up and surely it will invite more guest to dine, drink, and unwind. Surely we will come back and enjoy the same experience.

Just to say how nice our 2 night stay was, From arriving to leaving the staff where amazing. The room was really nice and high up on 31st floor. The restaurant was excellent 👌 Our very best experience was at the spa. It was so relaxing. The reception staff at the spa were very professional and welcoming, many thanks to both of them,Kamal & J.P. Our therapist was called Jutarat, our experience was so good with her that we booked again for the next day, so if you get the chance to use the spa, don’t hesitate to do so. The only downside was the drinks package, it wasn’t really what it eas supposed to be, so that was disappointing, however that was the only downside

The best horel I experienced.
