Everyone was super friendly and attentive to details. Sunny was very helpful and asked every day if I needed anything. Inrbirjesh(sorry if spelled it wrong) he gave me a beautiful room with view of the golf course. He made sure I got everything I needed in my room. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All staff had smiles in n there faces. Which was beautiful to see. Will definitely stay again.

We booked Westin for the last 3 days of our trip in UAE just to relax and enjoy/ Upon checking we had some small issues with the room give and they were very kind to offer us another room and upgrade us to a suite. Suite was spacious and fabulous and simply huge.... Everything was perfect. A big thanks to the Fatith from Egypt in the reception for his understanding and assistance which has highly appreciate. The room was facing the golf court where it was included in our rate a half hour golf which was a great fun for the family. The breakfast was TOP.... especially the crepes and waffles made on the spot and always fresh and warm. The hotel is 15 mins from Airport and same for two nearby malls. If we may suggest during rush hours in breakfast add staff may required. Ab big thanks to the staff from Ghana in the breakfast always with a big smile and to assist all the time. There 3 pool one for kids, one for families and one for adults which our favorite for total relaxation. Overall a very good stay in a 5* hotel and great value for money. For sure would love to come back.…

One of my favourite spots in AD, lovely modern property with a nice mix of restaurants and facilities. Rooms are massive, with big bathrooms and balconies. But what makes this hotel so special is undoubtedly the staff and the high level of service they provide. Will definitely be recommending and returning myself.

We stayed at the Westin to be close to the golf course and our family. The front staff were always very helpful with every question we asked from the minute we arrived. Sonny was a credit to the Westin with his joy to work. 5* to the lovely staff working at the fairways restaurant especially Eyobinq Would definitely come again.

Two weeks in a junior suite the wonderful Westin hotel. Lovely food, terrific service- always with a warm smile nothing too much trouble- from delightful, mostly Indian, Sri Lankan staff. Manager visible, running his morning team meetings in coffee lounge. Played 6 rounds of golf on 3 courses, all of which were fabulous. Hotel is connected to host course of Hero Cup and the event added extra interest. So golf practice facilities on site. Two nice pools, a gym, a la carte restaurant and buffet all perfect. Maybe our best winter golf holiday ever.

The whole stay was great and the property was nice and clean. The staff is on A+ level of hospitality and friendliness. We came to relax and we did enjoy it that we extended our stay. Everything from the start till the end was perfect at The Westin Abu Dhabi Resort! We decided to have our Wedding at Westin Abu Dhabi on 15th and 16th December 2022 and without a doubt we knew we made the best decision. From pin to piano, everything was taken care with perfection, making sure we don't have to worry about things at all. A true sample of excellent hospitality, given that it was one of the peak time for the hotel due to the busy season. Our big thank you to the entire team at the property, perhaps let me name each of them starting with: - General Manager: Ksenia Novikova who made sure to oversee everything goes smoothly without having any glitches and having our wants fulfilled. - Assistant Director of Events: Anita Pradhan. She was our SUPERHERO! She didn't say NO to us for any request. She always found a way to come through and make things happen. She was there to assist us throughout the wedding and made everything fell in the right place. - Banquet Operations Manager: Surender Singh. Our event wouldn't been possible without his presence. In short he was our ROCKSTAR! He was physically available at all our events from start till the end. He ensured smooth operations and gave detailed attention to every aspect. - Concierge Desk and Reservations Team: Fathi, Rohit, Brijesh, Ossino and Promila were extremely helpful at the front desk during the check-in and check-out process. They took care of our guests at all times, ensured to fulfill all the requests of our guests and helped us in all the aspects of the wedding. Lastly, thank you Sunny, Ansar, Krishna, Ibrar and Chandra for assisting with the luggage of the guests helped which ensured a smooth transition during check-in and check-out. Additionally, they were always present for any help required during all our events. All in all, the entire team worked hard day and night, with a smile, to make our wedding a memorable one! Very warm hospitality and swift communication over my past two stays. Convenient access to the golf club of which green fee is relatively affordable versus other courses in Abu Dhabi. Close to the airport so a good place to stay in case of making a layover or short stopover. Everyone was truly great and particularly Sunny!
