My husband and I and two friends are staying at this beautiful hotel from 08 March for ten days. We arrived via Heathrow on Etihad Airways travelling business class which was very good. From walking through the entrance to the hotel we have been treated with nothing but kindness and everyone is very attentive, making sure we have everything we need. Our Butlers Charith and Tana are both always available to make sure that we are being looked after. Tana even arranged for a tour round the Royal Suite. The food is excellent in the Olea restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style with plenty of choice but if there is nothing that takes your fancy the chefs will happily cook something for you. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with a large rain shower and two wash basins. There is also a deep bathtub. There is an adults only pool and also a general pool. Getting a sunbed is never a problem no matter what time of day. Towels are provided along with bottles of iced water. There is a soft sandy private beach. I cannot recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough and would like to thank Charith, Tana, Amit, Anup and Abdullah on the door for making our stay so memorable. We have stayed at many first class hotels around the world and this is certainly at the top of the list. This is our first visit to the UAE and we would certainly come back again. The hotel facilities are excellent but it is certainly the staff who make it so enjoyable. Thank you all and we look forward to the remainder of our holiday.

My daughter treated me to an overnight here to celebrate my birthday & retirement. The whole experience was excellent.the hotel is beautiful and we were given a fantastic room with a lovely sea view. Our butler Anthony went the extra mile, I was presented with cake twice during my overnight at the hotel. Upon check in Anthony came & introduced himself bearing gifts of balloons, and said pink because I am a lady and yellow because I’m fabulous. How lovely is that!! I was also given A lovely fruit basket and a beautiful chocolate bomb cake with Happy birthday.

Our room was gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble, Anthony insured someone came to draw your bath in the evening, I mean to say how wonderful is that!! Anything we needed was brought promptly.

We had room service for lunch as with the COVID restrictions there are less options available, food was served promptly and really tasty. We had dinner in the Thai restaurant, again service was excellent though we were not as keen on our food there. The red duck curry wasn’t to our taste so we didn’t eat much of it. However again staff noticed and we were given complementary ice creams to make up for this. This was a perfect accompaniment to the additional celebration cake I was served in the Thai , as Anthony had made our booking for the restaurant I assumed he had advised them and we got a Molton Lava cake with a candle on it .We loved Anthony. 💓💓💓

Breakfast was a little confusing, we had booked a breakfast in advance but did not realise that this was a room service affair and the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast during the week. Just a slight break down in communication.

We were also given a late check out and I have to say the service across the whole hotel was excellent. The guys on the beach are doing a fabulous job in extreme heat wearing masks & rubber gloves. Well done guys & thanks for the lolly’s in the afternoon.

All measures were taken in terms of social distancing, staff wore masks, had gloves on and all areas were disinfected when you moved on.

Wonderful experience, we will be back. Well done to all of you & thanks so much. To the manager of the St Regis, you have some absolutely fabulous staff. 👏👏👏👏thanks again.

The st Regis is one of my favorite hotel brands with their signature butler service. This is a big resort in Saadiyat island, I booked only one night on my birthday and it was really nice experience.

I arrived later in the day and was informed to self-park which honestly annoyed me a bit as I always prefer valet. Even staying in Dubai a week before, valet service is available and the car is brought with plastic cover on drivers seat and steering wheel and sanitized with spray or handed with wipes, I felt for the luxuries st Regis it should be the case. Anyhow, had smooth check-in, no issues with booking and was escorted to the suite by the butler Ms. Envirylin who went of here way and made sure the stay was comfortable.

Being a titanium bonvoy member, the suite had nice amenities chocolates in shape of Cacao bean, water & fruits, Then I was greeted by a chocolate bonbon cake with singing birthday. It was so thoughtful of them.

Typical St Regis toiletries, spacious suit was upgraded from junior suit to the next, as per the booking. It mentioned sea/ocean view but the room being on a lower floor (2nd) the distance between the hotel and beach, and especially trees in front of the balcony limited the view. The interiors were really nice & one thing I appreciated having a fan in the bedroom ! Its probably the first time I see it in UAE, as Aircons keep it cool but I prefer fan for proper ventilation as I don’t like Aircon all the time, and it added to the resort aesthetics, at least in my opinion.

I wanted to visit the Buddha bar for dinner and tried to book in Advance, but it was fully booked a day before arrival. Was recommend the Sontaya (Thai / Asian cuisine ) at by the butler, and enjoyed the calm ambience and food was good.

Manhattan lounge was fully booked as well the only available time was 11 PM. The last orders was 11:30 & I ordered a cake with salted caramel topping and drinks, when it arrived it wasn’t as described and didn’t enjoy it, the waiter offered to remove it from the check but it wasn’t a big deal frankly.

The pools were closed at the item of stay due to government restrictions, I believe they’ll open now, however the beach was accessible and I enjoy swimming in the sea and sook in the sun. Unfortunately, the spa was also closed too so could not do any treatment.

A great thing about the breakfast was it’s till 1 PM allowing plenaty of time for late risers. Once seated a plate of pastries is offered and you can order your breakfast.

The property was very clean and offered masks and sanitizers. All staff were masks and felt really safe and comfortable being there , and would plan a longer staycation when all facilities will open again.

I couldnt fault the hotel, very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, there are a large amount of pool areas and lots of pools for children and adults to enjoy and the grounds are immaculate. The indoor Gym and and swimming pool are amazing and very well maintained.
The main problem was with customer service, there is a huge cultural mix of staff in this hotel and whilst English is the main language used after Arabic, we found that there was wide variety of abilities amongst the staff, which was at times frustrating and led to slow or wrong orders being delivered. The room cleaning was often done late in the day and the turn down service one day was at 9.20pm, far too late. When we checked out we had a query with our bill and the lady on the front desk was quite confrontational, not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. There is no doubt they are trying very hard and did put things right when they went wrong or didnt charge us, which was appreciated, but there was definitely a real overall disparity in customer service that I wouldnt expect in a 5 start hotel. Overall I would rate it at 3.5 stars but cant do that, so have graded down purely for the trouble we had in checking out. I have no doubt this hotel will continue to improve but still has a way to to deliver consistence excellence

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the St Regis which was fantastic. We have stayed at many 5* hotels, all over the world and the room we had here was the best we have ever stayed in (premium sea view). The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and make your holiday the best it could possibly be - special mention to Abdel who served us Arabic coffee and dates on arrival. My husband loved this and Abdel went out of his way to ensure he had Arabic coffee whenever he asked for it! The buffet restaurant served a huge variety of delicious food for breakfast and evening meal and complimentary water was available in the room, by the pool and on the beach ( brought to us in a bucket of ice to keep it cool - lovely touch) The beach was clean, the sea turquoise and we never had any problem getting a sunbed at any time of day. We hope to return next year. Thankyou to all the staff.

We booked and stayed at the St Regis for 2 nights.

The staff was very accommodating, and the butler service was more than helpful with all of our requests - especially with the needs of our 11 month old. They very kindly provided cleaning and sterilising services for her bottles and pacifiers. A toiletries kit was also given for the baby along with the crib that we asked for, and they are happy to send a high chair to the room upon our request.

The rooms were clean, tidy and well-maintained, but overall nothing special.
The hotel is priced higher than all other hotels at the Saadiyat, and where you’d expect that would mean the offerings or service to be above and beyond from other hotels that unfortunately was not the case.

The facilities such as the pools (adult and family) are at best, average. The service was slow (both at Olea and at their Buddha Bar restaurant, as well as in room service). The rooms were equipped with the bare minimum - for example, in the times of COVID and where masks are mandatory in public areas, they were only available for guests to pick up at entrances and none were provided in the room. They were also often running out of items we requested for, such as pool towels or pashminas at restaurants. Although the hotel was apparently busy, you would expect a 5 star hotel priced so highly would be able to accommodate for all their guests, regardless of how booked they may be.

A very surprising and quite inconvenient issue was that breakfast was only open at 8 am, with the excuse that it was open until 1 pm. I’ve never encountered a breakfast that opens this late, as I would expect many people (whether they were there for business, with kids or simply early risers) would also agree that this was a bit ridiculous.
Although the service was quite slow, the breakfast itself was great. There was a wide range of offerings and overall there were zero complaints about everything we had. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and happy to accommodate all of our requests.

Overall, it is safe to say that we were disappointed with the St Regis as we had much higher expectations upon booking. We had an open selection between all the Saadiyat hotels and decided to pay a premium rate in order to get a premium experience to match it. However, nothing in our experience justified this. Given the chance again, and if we choose to stay at the Saadiyat in the future, we would not pay an extra dime above the going Saadiyat rates for the St Regis.

We took our 5 month old for her first holiday to Abu Dhabi.

From checking-in to the check-out, flawless. Had the upgrade to partial-sea view room.

Thank you to all the team at the property.

KoKo & the butler team making sure our stay was perfect. They were so helpful in catering to our needs. Even having the baby bottle sanitiser given to us, they washed the bottles for us and brought them back to the room. Such a relief for us to kick back and fully enjoy our stay.

Kamal and the staff at Olea, with breakfast and dinner. Amazing food and huge variety of options.

Pool/Beach staff again attentive to all needs.

Stayed at St Regis Abu Dhabi Corniche last year, this is now our favourite property in the city.

We shall see everyone again soon.

Thank you

Spent a lovely time during National Day Holiday.

The staff was attentive and extremely polite. Their attention to our needs and comfort was exceptional.

The Olea restaurant is set up for covid and protection of the guests. The dining experience was especially nice and the waitstaff was very attentive without being overbearing. Anurag, the manager, and his staff were exceptional.

The lifeguard, Saoud, at the adult pool welcomed us as we arrived to relax at the pool and ensured we had a comfortable place and towels. He assisted us with getting refreshments and even took pictures for us.

The breakfasts in the room were very tasty, filling and were a great start to the day. The staff (including Hamad) ensured that the breakfast was set up for us and that we had all we needed.

The room was very comfortable, and was a very nice environment for relaxing. The balcony and view of the water was gorgeous.

This is one of the nicest locations we have come to for a relaxing visit that delivered well above and beyond our expectations.

As the title of my review states our stay was absolute perfection! I couldn't imagine one thing better. The resort itself is opulent in a stunning location. The service is beyond impeccable. This was my first stay at a st regis and I definitely will be staying with them again. Saadiyat beach is gorgeous, powder white sand the most turquoise clear water, it looks like the Caribbean. The service on the beach was excellent, free towels, water, excellent wait staff for drinks food whatever you could need. The room itself was very comfortable and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. We had appetizers and drinks watching the sunset at the sleek and trendy Buddha bar. Bonus they even have a happy hour and true craft cocktails - which is rare in the middle east. We also went back another night for an after dinner night cap at Buddha bar and it was very enjoyable, cool lounge music overlooking the beach. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Our favorite one of our 3 week stay throughout the middle east. We didn't want to leave - it was as highlight. We loved abu dhabi in general, definitely recommend going!

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this hotel but this time we had our five month old baby with us.

We had such a great experience last year that it was a no brainier to come here again with the baby. The service overall was fantastic from start to end. We arrived at 2am and had a smooth check in and bags were promptly brought up. Everything we had prerequested was set up in the room (cot, baby bottle steriliser, microwave and baby bath). The butler service was so useful this time around for things such as washing the baby bottles. They were fantastic in particular Sarita and Anthony who were so so helpful the entire trip and so attentive to our needs- Our son also loved them!

We had an issue with the cot whereby it was for an older child so the base is very low down- our son was too young to sleep in that and it was hard for me to bend down and put him in but the staff were so helpful in trying to find alternate solutions.

The other thing I will mention is that we had hired hotel transport from the airport to the hotel and requested a car seat, however the seat provided was foward facing and for an older child who can hold their head. I was a bit hesitant putting him in there because we use a rear facing seat which supports his head and neck. Other than that, everything was perfect from start to end. We cannot wait to return again next year!!!
