Apart from the staff being very friendly. Which they were. This hotel had very few high points. It was very dirty and parts of the room had not been cleaned throughly. I.e still dirt sticking to the top of the bin. The room was old and out dated. It would have probably looked good. In 1981. There was no plug in the bathroom. There was also the odd stain on the covers . I was visiting for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix which meant I was stuck in the room for most of the day. The more I think about it I should have probably stayed in that hotel by the airport where the room is basically a bed. At least it would have been clean.

Very good hotel with a quick professional service. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Hotel takes a security deposit but returned promptly on check-out.
Room was very comfortable. Ideal location right at Madinat Zayed shopping complex. Lots of shopping options and eateries around.

Very warm welcome at the reception. Very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. Mrs. Reah and I couldn’t remember other ladies but very professional.

Bad experience with communication and service, my room wasn't have hot water and I called reception two times around 1:15 midnight but unfortunately respond was unprofessional and after second time one of housekeeping came to my room to check the water that he confirmed no hot water and I asked him to send engineering to fix but unfortunately nothing happen which I have to take cold shower.
I think this last time to check in due to the staff lack unacceptable behavior.
I am really I don't like how the receiption handle and answering my call.

I'd stayed many times already at Paragon Hotel whenever i visit Abu Dhabi and the last is just this April 2015. This hotel makes me feel at home and the staff is friendly...Good price and truly WORTH!!! Most of the staff is Filipino, they 're all attentive to all your needs most especially the reception staff and house keeping whose still active to served you even in the midnight...

we used to take apartment room with living room & kitchen with cooking tools, and toilet is clean having complete amenities like sleepers&bathrobe is one of the most i appreciated because other hotels don't include this in the room amenities. Plus the FREE WIFI which is great...not same in the other hotels will charge you 10aed-20aed per 1 hour....and you could sleep well and feel relaxed!!!

Paragon Hotel is great place to stay and truly recommended...c",),,

The Paragon is a poorly maintained hotel but the worst thing about the hotel is the very poor customer service - the list of examples is too long. Also note that there is no wi-fi in the rooms (only in reception). It is not an expensive hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for to some degree.

We regularly stay at the Paragon on our trips to Abu Dhabi as it is a great location for easy access to so many things in the city. Right by Madinat Zayed mall and gold souq and has own parking included. A really handy city stopover spot.

For a new hotel, I had assumed they would provide the best of service...but I was wrong. The reception staff did not take any interest in showing what they have to offer. Instead I ended up in a very claustrophobic room, one of the smallest standard room I have seen in Abu Dhabi hotels. The staff were discourteous and did not bother. There was no concierge service around, the room was not cleaned the entire day and to make matters worse, the lady I complained to had no intention of apologizing, but instead gave me a very rude response saying they were "busy".
Internet facility was chaotic and there were electrical plugs with appliances but no socket in sight!!!!
The bathrooms are made to have you "squeezed" ::(
Please check the hotel layout before checking in. I would advise to avoid this hotel.
